The natal star is his Core or Hearth stone whatever sounds better, protects his soul and stuff, also the hottest part. The red parts are scars that are just doused fire that can't regenerate (with no lore yet lmao). I love featureless Grillby designs, he's only allowed to have eyes and perhaps a jack-o lantern smile sometimes 😡/lh
