sorry but Melanie was absolutely taking notes from H on this album
#like#the collab with a nine inch nails artist#and then Milk of the Sirens was very much Lighthouse inspired#and there’s differences as well#like they’re not 100% similar#Void is reminiscent of it too#same with Evil#also if you told me it was Grimes singing and not Melanie I would 100% believe you#Melanie just doesn’t sound unique anymore#I still love her tho#no yea no shade#I just expected more#personal
