once again the pap smear did not pap :') I've been having some stupid complications going on. third time's the charm, tho; tho it'll have to come after smth else, bc it might be interfering with it, and also is just a general problem anyways. largely bc I have no idea what the problem proper is. a gastroenterologist is the next step for now.

#also it's fuckin cold today for some reason. or at least I'M cold.#man I wish I could order smth or smth bc I'm both hungry and tired #also I need new shoes bc the insides of the old ones after removing the rotting insoles are fuckin Disgusting #they like. they not only crumbled apart in places but like; got sort of sticky and ig Melted a little in some places??#I had the original insoles for the shoes so I removed the ones I had gotten for my arches (which is how I discovered the vile mess...)#and put the old ones back in. ironically the shoes felt a little better to wear #I DO legitimately need better arch support. tho that depends heavily on both the supports staying in place; and my feet going in-#the shoes correctly; both of which I think were a Problem here #but idk if I ever want to do smth like that again. it'd have to be something that cannot melt or rot or whatever #also ideally the shoe should be machine-washable. tho unfortunately most of the nicer ones I looked at were decidedly Not #which is a shame bc I Really want a nice pair of skechers...
