#i think overall it wasnt a very good expac and had several instances of extremely questionable writing#but its also not the “you should skip everything lol” hellscape people make it out to be#(along with arr which im actually enjoying replaying on lukadia)#idk i feel complex things about it. which makes it more interesting to me metanarratively than hw#which i enjoyed a lot more but didnt provide the same kind of food for analysis that stb did. because it was better put together#if that makes sense#also i think the writing of the female npcs was already :/ but the fandom treatment of them is worse#and also i dont respect people who say that the only good part of it was z*nos.#salt tag
