Just thinking about my wealthy, pseudo politician uncle and aunt who, directly after my mothers death, unfriended me on facebook because I didn’t vote for his reelection in a state I didn’t even live in anymore, because of some old beef they had with my, poor, unemployed, disabled mother, that they had never treated kindly and thought was a disgrace and embarrassment to their perfect image, all while not reaching out or sending any condolences to her one (1) child who had officially lost both her parents before the age of 30. :)

#this is what happens when i check facebook #i am reminded how horrible most my family is #they're still friends with everyone else #all my aunts and uncles #all the cousins #even an old friend of mine who has no connection to my family #and i know hes only friends with my uncle because he supported him politically #its fine #everything's fine #im not bitter #🥴😬#also i say pseudo politician because it was for sheriff and like... not really a political position #but its a government position with power #and my home state makes it really political #and they literally acted like they were way more important than they were #high on power ya know #like i actually think he didn't do bad at his position but like...#get over yourself #this is why i only really talk to my dads side of the family nowadays #they give love unconditionally #you know like families should
