5. Do they have different cultural backgrounds (e.g. a Rook who was raised in Antiva with Harding who was raised in Ferelden)? If so, do they ever share parts of their culture with each other?

So while Lucanis is Antivan through and through, Lydia is a blend, culturally, of Rivain, Tevinter, and a little bit of Elven. I think the greatest bit of cultural exchange they do is through food, especially with Lucanis's love of cooking <3 Paella quickly becomes one of Lydia's favorite dishes, and Lucanis enjoys using uncommon ingredients (at least in Antiva) to experiment with different flavors for dishes like Rivaini Couscous Salad.

In addition, I also think Lydia's very chill attitude towards spirits (being from both Rivain and Tevinter) helps with Lucanis navigating his relationship with Spite. Maybe he is a horrid abomination like he's been told of his whole life. Or, maybe, he's something like Lydia's friend Rowan, someone who doesn't allow being possessed to turn them into a monster and makes peace, and even friends, with the spirits inhabiting their body.

12. Any inside jokes?

So Lydia and Lucanis are always trying to convert the other into liking tea and coffee, respectively, right, and they have long discussions hashing out the pros and cons. During one of these discussions, Lydia's mouth was moving faster than her brain, and while she meant to say "Tea is good for calming the mind and its got healing properties" what came out was "Mind tits good for calming properties" and Lucanis immediately hit her with this look of bewilderment that sent Lydia spiraling into laughter, and when she caught her breath to explain he also started laughing.

So now whenever one of them is feeling overwhelmed by the craziness of their lives, the other can usually give them a good laugh by going "You know what you need? Some mind-tits.", and even when it's not enough to make them actually laugh (bc their lives can get pretty crazy), it still ends up being a sweet sentiment that essentially means "it's okay to take a break" <3
