Funfacts about PTM Characters!

Still chilling out from finishing my thesis, but I had a few fun facts about the side characters for PTM that I'd thought you'd all enjoy in the meantime! It's gonna include some of the canon characters as well as the ocs!

This includes some very minor, but not story defining, spoilers for PTM so proceed with caution! As a reminder, PTM takes place a school year after the current timeline!

Canon Characters:

Jade and Floyd made bets on who would get together with their crush first during their 3rd year. The loser has to let the winner(s) plan and execute the most humiliating way to confess. Neither twin is winning. Azul is currently winning with his bet of “neither of you will, you cowards.”

Ortho went to most of Idia's classes during his time at NRC, so he was allowed to “skip” repeating those years when becoming an official student by taking a competency exam. However, he is still staying for a year since the test only allows for core classes and not his electives. He's happy to do so, though.

Idia stayed at NRC to complete his internship with the school, much to his disappointment. He works as a Technomage Intern with the college's technology department.

The overblot cast got closer with each other and Yuu than expected over the summer due to Crowley and S.T.Y.X. requiring them to take part in a “summer camp” to monitor them and their health. Leona still hates Malleus though. Malleus is still mostly unaware of this.

Malleus still does not know how to use technology. Sebek and Yuu have a weekly call with him via a looking glass mirror that acts like a video call. Malleus enjoys it very much.

Kalim switched places with Jamil and is now vice housewarden, while Jamil is now housewarden. Neither's families were happy about this, but were shut down by Kalim being surprisingly firm about his decision. To everyone's surprise, Kalim does very well as a vice over a housewarden, though Scarabia has had significantly fewer parties since the switch.

Nearly all the clubs that had the 3rd years as captains/heads had one of the 2nd years take over into their 3rd year. Ruggie is now Spelldrive Captain, Azul is head of the Board Game Club, and the Gargoyle Studies Club is headed by Yuu. The Pop Music Club is also more formalized now, with Kalim as the head. The Science Club and Film Studies have an NPC 3rd year as heads.

Yuu isn't actually that bad at singing as everyone has (and will continue to do so) suggested. Most of the student body had classical training growing up as part of their privileged upbringing, and Yuu has to compete with that.

At least two pairs of canon characters will get together at the end! Guess who tehe.

OC:

Silas likes to eat bugs and regularly digs in the dirt behind Ramshackle to find something crunchy to munch. They did it once in front of Jamil and the poor guy screamed in horror.

Yev became the new Pomefiore housewarden due to being able to produce the best posion, as per tradition. However, he's actually quite bad at being a housewarden and his vice is the one that everyone tends to listen to.

The Salson triplets are from the TWST equivalent of Salem, and have a North easterner accent, similar to Boston I think. Wynfred and Marion mimic English, or Rosarian, accents, but Silas does not.

There are two more mermen in the school, minus the canon cast and two ocs. They aren't important to the story, but their names are Mariano De La Reyes and Benji (last name still pending). They're based off of Marina and Benjamin from the third Little Mermaid movie.

Speaking of mermen, Aspen is a squidmer and is based on the colossal squid. He's about 18 ft long and still growing. Tony is based on a tiger shark, but is the runt of his litter, hence why he's so small.

Tommy, the white rabbit beastmen that was introduced as Riddle's new vice, is notorious for always running late. He never has actually been late to anything due to parkouring everywhere and climbing the castle walls to enter the classrooms through the windows. Floyd learned how to parkour from him. Riddle hates everything about this.

Briefly mentioned in the last chapter was the botany professor, Kallpa. Kallpa is based on Kronk and the uncle of Yev.

Nurse Goethel has a wife and two daughters that she brings with her to family days on campus. The daughters are roughly age 11 and 13 and each time they've come have designated a student as the new person they want to marry. Two years ago it was Leona and Trey, last year it was Azul and Jamil, this year it's Jack and Ortho. There is no reasoning behind their decision, it's all based on vibes.

James has met Jade and Floyd when they were all very young. James was on his Great Aunt's ship, who was meeting with Papa Leech for unknown reasons. James only remembers them due to their heterochromia eyes, but the twins don't remember anything.

Marion has a really strong sense of smell that is on par with the beastmen. He hates Pomefiore because the dorm and students are heavily perfumed and it gives him a migraine.

Yaqub actually has a twin brother that goes to RSA. He thinks it's funny that it turned out that way and they like to shittalk their schools together on the weekends. RSA is much more chaotic and full of troublemakers than NRC realizes.

At least two pairs of the freshmen will get together at the end of PTM, but it will be a surprise as to who!

God" rang in their head as they looked up, eyes meeting the green leaf hanging above the two of you, "We don't have to push through with this... tradition if you don't want to..." they said but it came out as almost a mumble. As more teases fell from the mouths of your other friends, you couldn't help but inch closer to them, once you got the go signal you pressed your lips against theirs. It felt warm amidst the cold of the season and radiated a sense of comfort throughout your body.

They stared at you silently, waiting for you to make the next move. Yes, they're interested in you and they know you were interested in them, but they didn't want to rush you. Eventually you stepped closer, tugging lightly on their hand before they tilted your chin. It was a calm, ordinary kiss, yet it made the cliché movie fireworks explode both in your mind and body.

It was funny, you could've sworn you were sure they didn't like you back, so why were they kissing you so calmly yet with so much fervor? As you pulled back, you couldn't help the sense of longing as you looked back into their eyes looking like they, too, wanted more.

"I've liked you for quite some time now" fell from their lips, somewhat boldly even, the sudden confession made your heart skip a beat. A kiss placed on their lips was all the answer that they needed.

Once you gave your permission they immediately kissed you, their happiness was infectious and leaving you feeling giddy once they pulled away from you.

He loves laughing with you. He's a joke person and just loves being silly with you.

He genuinely does not understand why you like him. He can't comprehend someone loving him unconditionally. His entire life up until meeting you has been a compilation of giving all he has into doing what people ask of him. The fact you love him, not to gain something is insane to him

He's like a dog right? Wolf, dog, whatever. He appreciates that you just want to be with him in the first place.

Leona Kingscholar- Thighs

He's always napping, what would make it better? Laying on your thighs of course. Whether you are a thick thigh girly\guy or not he's laying on your thighs. Do you have a choice? Not really, he just sits you down and lays down to nap. (Push him off)

Azul Ashengrotto- Voice

He's based off Ursula, what do ya’ll want from me. Fr tho, He likes your voice, Like a lot, he can listen to it forever. He probably rants to you after a shift at the lounge and then lets you rant.

Floyd Leech- Face

He just thinks your face is cute, especially when your surprised. He definitely does things to make you have certain expressions. That's probably why he squeezes people he likes tbh. Hes a reaction kinda dude.

Jade Leech- Your interest in him

this dude loves that your actually (trying at least) to be interested in what he says. He probably mentioned his mushroom thing and the second you asked about it he gave a slightly amused look. Honestly tho u probably don't care that much and he knows, but he appreciates your effort

Pomefiore 🪞

Epel Felmier- Taking him seriously

He's a very feminine looking dude. You not pointing it out or even seeming to notice is what makes him gain interest in you.

Rook Hunt- Everything

He's French or something, They're romantic right? (Watch me get canceled) He makes it a point to compliment every part of you any chance he gets.

Vil Schoenheit- You don't use him

You just like him. You don't want anything out of him besides affection. Other than being a model, star, and housewarden he also gets another title, your boyfriend. To everyone’s surprise, a potato ended up capturing the housewarden’s heart.

Kalim Al-Asim- Eyes

As cringe as it is, he really loves looking at your eyes. The way they have almosy have a sparkle to them when you talk about something of interest. (He's such a sweet dude)

Jamil Viper- Hands

Let's be honest, he probably loves you touching his hair or braiding it. He will deny it until his last days though. He seems like a back massage guy. Hes very tired and overwhelmed constantly, help him out a bit and rub his back.

Idia Shroud- You don't bully him. (I do though)

Most people thinks he's a total loser (he is). You don't make fun of him or anything, you just sit there and watch in silence as he rants about some game. He's surprised that you don't think he's weird or some filthy otaku.

Malleus Draconia- Everything

The only person who seems to not be scared of him is this shrimp in a run-down dorm. He's actually obsessed with every little thing about you, from the way you laugh to the length of your arms. He just loves being around you in general.

Silver- Put him at ease

He sleeps at random times and as long as you catch him before his head hits the road it'll all be fine. He likes the feeling he gets around you. He would try his best to stay awake while being around you. Tbh he just really likes you being okay with his sleeping habit

when they were younger they prob had a lot of tickle fights meow like not that they would use underhanded tactics but okay maybe they were using SOME and that just happened to involve pinching the other in the side to catch them off guard

kalim likes tickling people too but not to the extent of the four i mentioned at tbe beginning, but he’s that guy who could definitely mention that he likes being tickled or tickling people without any embarrassment. he tickles jamil sometimes ofc did u expect anything else theyre best friends!!!!

Omg I wasn't sure if anyone would catch it, but the mention of blueberry was indeed a reference! I just love Azul's eyes. They're so pretty. orz but I didn't want the fic to become all about his eyes, as that was already done in HBE, so I thought it'd be fun to write a very vague reference with the blueberry (cheesecake) reader always eats. I'm happy it was noticed!!!!

I hope to write more about Azul being a pervert!! Especially since there's a very thin veil of self-awareness. He's aware of his flaws and faults (even if most of them are seen as worse than they actually are due to his own low self-esteem and may not even be all that terrible), but then he also thinks you'd forgive him for being the way he is because "it's love" and "you should love me regardless of that." But then there are things he doesn't seem to recognize about himself, such as his own arrogance whenever he writes in his diary. He has this mindset that he's entitled to have you just because he's so used to getting what he wants. >_< spoiled......

Although I really wanted to write him as a shut-in, I thought it would be more chilling if he was actually someone with a reputation. A businessman who seems so composed and yet here he is writing the most depraved ramblings in his diary. AAAAA he's so gross!!!!

In the ending I've imagined, they both bleed out and die intertwined with Azul clinging to Reader like the anglerfish he is!!!! It's almost like a merry bad ending. They're together (as Azul had hoped).

Hollow (Armor!Yuu)

Summary: What if Yuu was a hollow suit of armor?

(A/N: This is probably one of the last AUs I write before I go back to writing for my Digimon x Twst AU. I don’t know why but the idea just came to my head after watching “Night at the Museum”. Anyway, here we go.)

Armor!Yuu is a sentient armor that made their home in a museum where they would wander around at night

Armor!Yuu of course can’t talk, but that doesn’t really matter to them as they didn’t see the need to

As for how they got to Twisted Wonderland, unlike how it usually goes with getting hit by a carriage they ended up messing around in one of the storage rooms

Armor!Yuu stumbled on a peculiar looking mirror before it suddenly glowed a bright light that absorbed them, leaving the storage empty

To say Crowley and Grim were confused when Armor!Yuu was wearing a full suit of armor was an understatement

Crowley also tried to insist on them "taking off" the armor but to no avil

In fact, it wasn't until Grim started setting things on fire that Armor!Yuu's true nature was revealed

What basically happened was that Armor!Yuu grabbed Grim and stuffed him inside themselves

Riddle yelled at them for getting in the way when they’ve needlessly put themselves in danger while Azul is just questioning why they just stuffed Grim inside their armor

Grim jumped out of Armor!Yuu, knocking off their helmet and revealing that they had no body underneath

Needless to say, that was probably the most rememberable entrance ceremony in all of NRC history

After which, Armor!Yuu finds out they can’t go home, they’re given a pen and notebook to communicate, and are allowed to stay at Ramschakle and work as their janitor

Of course things didn’t exactly go well on their first day

Ace: It’s fricking hillarious, your an empty suit of magicless armor that still got summoned by the mirror and you, a monster, weren’t called but still tresspassed.

Ace: Man, it took everything I had to not- Ow! What the hell did you throw at me? *Opens paper airplane*

Paper: Maybe if you weren’t such a stuck up jerk you would have friends you can actually have fun with. But no, you decided to boost your ego at the less fortunate, and you call us the losers when you're literally wasting time here instead of an education to help you in life. Go off and waste your time with someone else.

Ace: The hell. You seriously wrote this?

Armor!Yuu: . . . >:(

Ace: Don’t stare at me like that. Besides, your still just an empty bucket-head and a cat.

Grim: I’m not a cat!

Armor!Yuu then watched Grim and Ace duke out, only getting involved to block the fire that would’ve scorched the statue of the Queen of Hearts

Armor!Yuu needless to say is done with Ace’s (and others) sh!t in this AU, they’ve dealt with teenagers just like them in the museum, like hell their dealing with another one when they couldn’t do anything about it back home

They’re a gentle giant, but they won’t hesitate to tear you a new one if you disrespect them or their new friends

Now for some miscellaneous details:

Armor!Yuu took off their own “head” after Riddle used his unique magic on Ace, Deuce, and Grim just to mess with him

They wear a cape in the school’s colors along with a matching plume as to make up for not wearing the proper uniform

They try to avoid rain as to make sure they don’t rust

They’re very good with swords and often train with Silver

After Chapter 6 they got a “little” broken up, but Idia helped by upgrading their armor to a more advanced one that kinda resembles the Charon robots(?) [Gonna be honest, still confused if they're robots or people in high tech armor, or both]

What do you like about Idia?

I got so excited when I got your ask, Anon. And now it’s your problem because I’m probably going to talk a lot lol Thank you very much for asking and giving me an excuse to shower Idia with compliments.

And sorry for replying so late.

To be honest, Idia feels scarily close to being a perfect character for my liking, he kinda has all the qualities that I usually fall for + somehow manages to (unintentionally) incorporate vibes of so many other characters that I like. A friend that got us into twst knew that I’d instantly get invested, it’s almost embarrassing, to be honest lol

So the easy answer would be that I kinda like everything about Idia, but I am annoying, so here are some categories:

Visual

Idia’s design is so damn cute. I really like the combination of him being a lanky scrawny creature with bad posture and being almost “moe” level of adorable. His creepy smile and silly giggles and dark aura works very well with his pretty face with dark lips and this almost… pathetic regular expression. I think his face is what I like about him the most, both the expressiveness and the way it’s drawn in general.

His hair, obviously, are also a big part of it. It’s so unique. One of the first things I said when I started drawing Idia regularly was “oh I’m going to miss drawing his hair so much when we move on from twst” lol Because there is really no other character like that (well, there’s also Ortho, but you get what I mean). The shape, the physics behind it, the fact that it expresses Idia’s emotional state so nicely not only in colour (which is very pretty btw, both the blue and the pink hues, and the orange ones as well), but also in how it “acts”.  

Also, Idia’s overall silhouette is great. It’s just… his clothing choices are so fun. His long moe sleeves in his PE uniform, his striped shirt that he wears under his uniform, and of course the huge bell-shaped hooded jacket that hides his body. For some reason it’s, I don’t know, especially cartoony? In a good way, of course.

And lastly, his body language. I love how awkward he is and how much he tries to take as little space as possible when he is stressed out or scared.

So yeah, as someone who draws, I really enjoy Idia. I always have fun with him, and it’s a huge part of why I’m so into him.

Personality/quirks

He is so annoying 😔 … and I love every second of it lol

I love the fact that Idia isn’t just a lovable hikki otaku guy, and he has a lot of unpleasant qualities: he is an elitist, he is stubborn, he is rude sometimes, he makes assumptions about other people (well, he’s surprisingly perceptive so he’s usually right BUT). He likes to tease and to get on the other person’s nerves, and whenever he feels threatened, it’s not unusual for him to attack with negativity first or just to take a dig at his opponent. He is both self-deprecating and self-loving at the same time. But honestly this is what makes him so great. I usually draw him being freaked out by others, but in fact I really really love it when Idia is insufferable.

Because it a) makes sense considering his background; b) is written in a way that is very fun to read; c) is balanced out very well.

Idia isn’t malicious; he’s just socially inept and genuinely scared of others. He is an asshole, but in reality it is due to the fact that he doesn’t know how to connect with others and doesn’t want to seem desperate, plus gets overwhelmed by others very easily. In fact, I think he is much more empathetic than Azul, for example, but I won’t talk about it this time.

I always think about that line that Idia said when he was roasting Riddle for not knowing how to play videogames. I don’t remember the exact line, but it was something similar to “I’ve never seen anyone who is as much of a noob as you lmao but I’m a fucking loser with no friends so yeah makes sense”. I think it describes Idia’s view on others and himself quite nicely: torn between “everyone is shit” and “I am shit”. “I am a genius and everyone is wrong” and… you know.

I also love that Idia drowns himself in his coping mechanisms, but he is still surprisingly realistic about what’s going on in his life. He did create a robot to resemble and act as his diseased younger brother, but he never allowed himself to forget that it is indeed a robot. He doesn’t want to forgive himself, but he also is tired of feeling pain and doesn’t know how to cope with it. So his solution is extreme escapism, but also hyper-awareness about his own faults and never-ending state of excruciating guilt.

So yeah, he’s such a fun character to dive deeper into psychology-wise.

Love his serious moments, love his silly moments, love his complaints, love his emotional rants, love that he’s passionate about stuff that he likes, love that he critiques society in the pettiest ways possible, love his giggles, everything.

(He also reminds me of Katsu in a lot of ways so I am biased lol)

Story

Oh I’ve talked about how much I loved Ch6 a lot, so I won’t write another essay (physically stopping myself).

I’ll be brief and just say that I honestly would have loved Idia even without learning his backstory, because he is just that entertaining, but knowing it made me appreciate him on a whole other level. I love how much depth his character has, how nuanced it is and how beautifully his chapter ended. Seeing him getting closure was very satisfying, and I love that it didn’t change his character drastically overnight.

His love towards Ortho is a beautiful thing, ship-wise or not.

So yeah I kinda just blacked out at some point, I think lol I can talk about Idia forever. He is just an extremely enjoyable character to both read and write.

Synopsis - You and Twst boys enjoying your day a HeartLand.

A/n - Been awhile since I wrote for Heartland expect more smut from my world before I change it. Also I forgot to add in Idia so I’ll put him in part 2.

Warnings - Mild language, spying, roller coasters, mention of heights!

Riddle

Would wait in like patiently while you sit in the shade.

“Thank you so much Riddle I would’ve waited too,” you offered. “It’s okay my love I didn’t mind it.” He handed you ice-cold water that you placed on your sweaty forehead. “That’s for you to drink get it off your head,” he demanded. “Fine!”

When he sees people cutting in the line he lets them have it immediately.

“Hey you two,” he yelled. “You thought no one would notice you cutting huh?! The people around them glared at them realizing that they had just randomly appeared. “Why would you say anything asshole!” They cussed getting out of line. “Ugh I hate rule breakers,” Riddle scoffed.

Try’s to go on as many rides as he can since it’s his first time at a amusement park.

You two even ride on the teacups which is a kiddie ride but it was worth it seeing Riddles's focused face as he turned the wheel. You went on the Little Dipper a children’s coaster. He was ecstatic even after you went over and over again. Then you finally got to the Big Dipper. It was worth the pictures afterward where they zoomed in on you and riddle as he hugged you so incredibly tight you almost passed out. You made fun of him afterward, he couldn’t even be mad at you. He put the picture in his wallet so it could go everywhere with him.

Leona

Would buy the flash past cause he hates standing a waiting.

“Look at those losers,” he laughed. You walked past all the exhausted people waiting in line. “What did you say jackass,” someone asked him. “Come on Leona I don’t want to get kicked out.” You pushed him away from the fight that was about to happen. “Damn that ass is fat.” The same stranger gawked at you. Now you couldn’t hold Leona back as he punched the man in the face. He fell right on the ground and you both ran before security came. “We couldn’t even get on the ride!” Sorry, it was instinct to protect the queen of my pride,” he smirked.

Only likes slow rides where he can just lean on you and rest his eyes.

The tunnel of love was perfect. It was dark shutting out the brightness of the day and most importantly private. He could let his guard down and lay on you. You were his favorite pillow. You sat admiring his handsome face and playing with his hair stands. He sits up after while wrapping his hand in yours. “Thank you for coming today.” No problem Baby.” He kissed you before hissing at the harsh daylight as the tunnel ended.

Would buy you pretty much anything you want.

You wanted all of the heartlands stuffed plushies so he brought them without a problem. You wanted to get matching bracelets he brought them. You wanted candy to bring back to grim he brought it. He would buy anything just to make you happy. #1sugardaddy!

Azul

Starts praying to the sea witch as he rides the roller coaster.

Azul always made sure to keep a cool and powerful composure. So when you saw him this disheveled you couldn’t help but laugh. You never heard him scream until now you swore that would be the last time since he practically made you go deaf. He threw up after the ride was over and promised never to do that again. “You’re lucky I love you, he hissed.

Enjoys water rides

Especially the artic-themed one. It reminded him of a trip his family took when he was younger. He’s always had respect for penguin men so seeing a live one made up for the other hell hole that they called a roller coaster. He didn’t mind getting splashed with pounds of water at all. He looked perfect while wet and you looked like a wet dog. “It’s your karma Y/n,” he laughed.

Admires the theme park Industry

“I should take some pointers from them.” 12 thumarks for 2 water bottles,” he winced. “That small plushie is 45 thumarks must be because of the brand.” I see that’s why they don’t have any water fountains here.” Smart so smart,” he smirks. He writes down all of their outrageous schemes in his notebook. “Maybe I can use these gimmicks for the mostro lounge!”

Kalim

Buys out the whole park for a day for you two.

Invites all the other students but not all of them have s/o’s so it’s pretty empty. So that means no lines! You get to go on every ride you want and you get to pick any seats.

Eats a bunch of ice cream

You and he take on a challenge of the 12-scoop cone. Kalim could probably do this on his own but you at least wanted to help him out. Employees watch the messy ordeal with delight. It’s pretty gross your drool mixing and the sweet flavor of ice cream. But you two do a Victory kiss after. You win a picture with one of those sketch artists. You and Kalim can’t sit still laughing through the whole picture because of a sugar high.

Gets Heartlands car service home

The car is spacious enough for you two to lay on each other. You fell asleep in a deep food coma. You awoke to Jamil tucking you and Kalim into bed. “Go back to sleep,” Kalim shushed you.

Vil

Planned the date way ahead of time

Vil was in the middle of school and had a huge acting role. So he didn’t have much time for you. But he promised he would make it up somehow so he brought you to heartland.

Made sure you where protected

He smeared plenty of sunblock on you both and made sure you applied more every couple of hours. Vil himself looked like a mom with his sunhat and sunshades but it also was a great disguise to hide him from his fans. “I want today to only be about us.”

Longed around all day

First, you hit up the heartstrings sauna then you hit up the lovers station. You sat on his lap in the hot springs almost falling asleep on his toned chest (IDC if you're big). You were overheated afterward although your body felt refreshed so you finished off with a cold shower. “I’ve never felt better,” you chimed. “Guess I’ll have to take you to the spa more often,” he offered.

Went to the boutique

Vil wanted to match with you for a while now. But he couldn’t find anything suitable to his taste. Either all the couple's merch was too cringe or just downright tacky. But when he saw heartlands options on Magicam he couldn’t help himself. You and him got matching red and gold corsets. Never in your life did you think you could rock a piece as majestical as this one. But Vil promised he would style you once you got back to school.

Malleus

His guards had to come

Malleus got permission from Lila to bring you here. It would have to be a secret and his team of guards would have to come along but they promised to at least stay hidden. He caught silver gawking at you both as you shared a milkshake. Then he caught Sebeck glaring at you both walking down Heartland rode.

Took plenty of photos

Even though you told Malleus you could’ve just taken them on your phone he wanted a Polaroid. “Your so old fashioned ,” you teased. Before he could purchase any more photos you saw a booth. You took some time choosing the best filters to make you look totally cute. He was a bit weirded out by all the pink but he took them anyway an amused smile on his face. Lila was smiling like a proud father after seeing your photos in the booth. You pointed out the stain your lipstick left on his cheek in one of them but he left it on too lovestruck to care.

Hot air balloon ride

He assured you that he could just pick you up and fly with you and that there was no reason to get on some dangerous aircraft. But you knew his magic could sometimes be too powerful. So you got on anyway and it was a perfect way to get away from everyone else. The balloon lifted you both high in the sky he watched the hue of your skin change with the sunset. “Were alone now,” you pointed out. Or so you thought Lilia was resting on a cloud watching you both. Malleus broke away from your savory kiss his mood quickly souring. Lighting struck almost tearing your hot air balloon down. “It’s okay let’s just crouch down!” He apologized sinking to the bottom of the basket. You sunk with him. “Finally I have a you too myself.” He let out a wicked smirk before using his magic to blow you both further away.

Also what do you think about those who hate him? Personally I don't really like it, because their reasoning are only because he was referenced to Frollo who is a racist character. Rollo and Frollo are not the same character, yet he was so badly hated despite being the greatest side character with powerful background and impact on the fandom that everyone now wholeheartedly agree to want him as permanent character.

So, I should first establish that I haven't seen the whole event yet. So there won't be too many spoilers, if any at all, and that I obviously won't be mentioning the things I don't even know about yet. I'll be putting my answer below the cut just in case, and because it's kind of a long response.

I've actually seen a lot of debate on this. I think a lot of people are uncomfortable with Frollo as a villain, and rightfully so, because he's a very realistic villain. Out of all of Disney's villains, Frollo is one of the most realistic and probably darkest one out there. But if people choose to dislike Rollo because he reminds them of Frollo, well, to each their own. But I think it should be mentioned that people have to remember, Rollo isn't Frollo.

Of course, as mentioned above, I don't know how much Rollo will resemble the original villain he's based off of in the end by his words or actions, because I haven't gotten that far into the event. If it is because of his actions in the event (that I will see later), I don't understand. Because if that's the case, wouldn't most players hate the dorm leaders plus Jamil? They've done horrible things in their chapters. Riddle nearly killed Ace. Leona nearly killed Ruggie and was willing to risk the wellbeing of a whole stadium of people. Azul stole and tormented and used dozens of other students and was ready to make mc practically homeless. Jamil probably had the intention to either seriously hurt or even kill Kalim and co, while keeping the rest of the dorm under his hypnosis. Vil was ready to kill Neige and those who tried to stop him. Idia assisted/allowed the kidnap of his classmates, destruction of his school, and tried to unleash countless overblot beasts that would wreck havoc all across the globe. And we know Malleus is somehow gonna top all that when his time comes.

Me personally, I think the reason I've gotten so attached to Rollo, is exactly because he's based off Frollo. I'm not saying I enjoy his character because of the actions of who he's based off of, but because Frollo is a very memorable villain to me. You see, I was raised in a very religious background (I am not religious anymore) that even extended to the school I attended when I was young. At that school, I was at the after school program nearly everyday. And during that program, at a certain time they'd play movies for us kids to watch. Since it was a religious school, they regulated what was shown, so we were only usually shown old disney movies or movies with religious themes. The two most popular were, I believe, The Prince of Egypt and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Which I guess is why I've immediately liked Rollo, because he reminds me of those days. But I digress. This is getting long, so I'll just end it here.

When he see you getting rejected by the students or when you want to start a conversation and the students just run away. He laughs. A very loud laugh.

He stop when he notice your dejected form.

“Stupid shark~. To get sad over this trivial matter. That fish didn’t even worth your attention.” Floyd said simply before dropping himself into your shoulder.

floyd and jade know and they’re ALWAYS using it against him. it’s like their main method of annoying him cuz what better way to mess with their boss than tickling?? well, they also use it for cheer up tickles mostly when he’s feeling self-conscious.

bros the type to like.. cover his mouth to try and hide his laugh. he’s not fooling anyone, everyone can hear his concealed laughter. it’s really easy to get his hands to move anyway, because if u get his worst spots, or occasionally armpits, he will be too busy trying to pry ur hands away lol but his face gets pretty red

he’s a sweet ler tbh i feel like he gives gentle tickles and never pushes the lee too far yk? like since i imagine him being really good at reading people, he will be observing their reactions the whole time so he can tell when they’re nearing their limit

that said, he’s a pretty mean teaser. he builds it up so u think it’s not bad at first but somewhere along the lines, he manages to say the most embarrassing things with no shame. “i guess it’s fitting for someone so adorable to be so ticklish.”

he tickles floyd and jade sometimes. sometimes when he’s in a bad mood, he takes it out on them by tickling them. again, never going too far tho.

he’s also the type to like gently and quickly scribble someone on their back or neck.. or poke them in the side as he’s walking by or if he’s trying to get their attention? ofc he only does this with close friends (and jamil bc my azujami heart can’t help it)

bros def a 9… 9.5??? SOMEHWEEE ALONG THOSE LINES. anyways, he’s very ticklish.

ALSO IDK I FEEL LIKE EVERYONE CAN TELL BUT HE DEF LOVES TICKLING. he likes being tickled, he likes to tickle, just he’s like “it’s a fun way to bond with friends”

if only jamil could agree. kalim jumps him and ambushed him with tickles. but it’s fine, because jamil absolutely wrecks him when kalim isn’t behaving or is being lazy. (why are kalim and leona so similar aka don’t wanna do shit sorry that’s mean but am i wrong)

kalim has a really loud laugh but it’s very distinct compared to his regular laugh, which is also very loud. many times, his laugh can be heard throughout the dorm and the students just sigh cuz they know what’s going on.

also i feel like kalim would be the type where after being absolutely destroyed, he’d be breathless and struggling to catch his breath and still be super energetic and all like “wow you got me good!!!”

can i say kalim sneak attacks???? like esp with jamil, but all of his friends always fear the wrath of kalim because they could be doing literally ANYTHING but he just pounces and tickles them whenever they least expect it

while most times he is pretty caring when tickling someone, there are times he gets to wrapped up in it and goes a bit overboard and someone has to stop him. afterwards, he feels super guilty so he will shower u with aftercare, hugging you and apologizing nonstop, offering snacks, you name it.

his tickles tend to be on the rougher side but not enough up hurt. it used to, but after realizing that some people don’t like it like that, he eases up a bit. since i said before that he sees tickling as a bonding activity, he wants to make sure that everyone’s having fun.

sorry i love vil he is so so pretty UHH BUT I THINK IM GONNA GIVE HIM A 4. idk i just can’t see him as all that ticklish.

rook is actually the most devious and feared tickle monster in all of NRC (REAL, NOT LYING) and unfortunately, vil is one of the people who suffers the most from his tickly endeavors. and sometimes it’s a bad thing and sometimes it’s a good thing.

first of all, vil isn’t all that embarrassed about being ticklish. now, that doesn’t mean he wants the whole world to know. he’s alright with being tickled or tickling someone as long as it’s in a private space.

he still blushes like a hyena tho (i don’t think that’s an actual simile but for some reason it was the first thing that popped up in my mind so it’s staying) but he will still be like “if you’re going to do it, just get it over with…” meanwhile his heart is pounding

expectantly, i mean who would have ever guessed, vil has the most graceful, beautiful, angelic, harmonic laughter anyone who’s tickled him has had the honor of hearing. it’s like a reward, not to mention the fact that sometimes it can be difficult to find spots that make him laugh. after all, most generic spots like his sides, can only incite a huff maybe?

he is like scarily good at keeping still while being tickled (the other housewardens could never). umm so any “keep your arms up” games that go on, he’s probably going to win LOL

pretty good ler but doesn’t do it too often. really only rook and epel, sometimes he thinks it’s a bit childish (even if he enjoys it)

BUT BUT BUT when he was training epel with etiquette, he would like scribble on epels back to get him to stand straight or yk just things along those lines. and for rook, he just goes crazy. (somehow he still manages to look gorgeous while doing it)

surprisingly gentle tickler, honestly it’s crazy. sometimes it feels like he isn’t even touching u with how light it is, which honestly just makes it worse because he makes u anticipating (i have no idea how to word this) yet still giggling and laughing lol

Idia Shroud

oh shit, this man. he’s so. 10.

he’s so extremely ticklish. like everywhere. except for his feet and neck. yay, the two spots people barely go for when he’s being attacked. like yeah, for the neck maybe a little scratch or scribble here and there but when he’s being wrecked, that’s not where people tend to tickle him.. how lucky.

blushy boy. his hair is red his face is red his ears are red. he wouldn’t even be as flustered if he was.. A LITTLE LESS SENSITIVE??? but when he’s laughing like a hyena (is this where i got the simile for the other one) he can’t help but feel ashamed

he loves it tho like i can tell u idia shroud loves being tickled and while he would never say it, everyone and i mean everyone knows. well, everyone who’s tickled him. i mean, he never tells them to stop. of course, it can’t go on for too long or he will start feeling uncomfortable but just the right amount will have him eating it up EVERY TIME.

he gets embarrassed tickling people back. unlike vil who rarely does because it’s “undignified”, he doesn’t it too because he’s too embarrassed. he’s never tickled azul (he wants to tho i swear) and he can’t tickle ortho because when programming ortho, he didn’t really have tickling in mind so obviously, he didn’t add anything like that in (he should tho and give ortho have a taste of his own medicine)

i feel like he would be an awkward tickler who slowly turns sadistic the more confident he gets, esp with the teasing. “hehehe, you’re a lot more ticklish than i thought. this is nice.” with a somewhat terrifying grin on his face

i think i’d like to give him a 2 but when lilia is tickling him, it’s a 5? idk he’s not super ticklish and doesn’t get tickled often. also lilia has some kinda power that makes his ticklishness switch.. not really. he doesn’t know how it works either.

LILIA STILL LOVES TICKLING HIM THO and occasionally silver will join in if he’s not sleeping lol and sebek wouldn’t dare (even tho he wants to so so badly)

So many quick-witted insults where some of them, including the delivery, becomes funny. The number of fights on campus increase since you enrolled because there’s no way you’re going to let these guys pick on Deuce or Epel for foolish things (watch them fall for you so quickly after that). Some of the students need to be brought down a level. Their egos are way too big…

Azul tries to stay far away from you because he and bullies do not get along. But I think it would be ironic if he fell for you. Azul gets called a pathetic, greedy crybaby in the aftermath of his Overblot and some switch inside him is flipped and he’s weirdly into it—which is so mortifying for him because he would have wanted to shrivel and die the moment you turned your bullying on him.

Call him a loser for being unable to do certain things and so he has to compensate for that with cheating contracts! Tell him he’s gross for getting hard over the most insignificant things (your fingertips touched, you stretched and your uniform rose up a few centimeters and he saw your stomach, you’re licking your fork clean of cream after enjoying a sweet treat, the list goes on and on). Azul is so down bad and he kicks himself for falling for a bully of all people. As if tolerating Jade and Floyd’s teasing was irksome; now he has to juggle your insults while also reminding himself that this isn’t something he should enjoy.

But your eyes are on him and he’s all you think about in those moments. It’s fine for now, isn’t it? Azul can be a bully, too. Perhaps he ought to return the favor.

A/N: Planning to post some finished requests tonight thankfully but I wanted to share something super self indulgent with you guys since I just recently got an Alexa! I'm still kind of in a funk (since classes are STILL not over with) so thank you everyone for your kind words in my inbox q wq For now I only have Riddle and Leona...but if everyone likes it I'll make an effort to finish! I kinda am working on Azul's as we speak >:3 Warnings: Boys missing you terribly, Riddle justifying the breaking of rules and Leona realizing that he is talking to an inanimate object.

The Ramshackle Prefect leaves to go to RSA for a month, following a lead that could get them back home. And while the dorm leaders do miss them terribly, it seems one of them is hiding something.

“AZUL-SHI DO SOMETHING.”

The Octavinelle dorm leader barely listened to his friend's request as he also crowded over Idia’s phone, the other five dorm leaders looking down at the screen as a pair of familiar eyes stared back at them.

“Where is Idia? Can you please hand me back to him?”

Riddle blinked at the sprite on the screen before looking back at Idia with a frown.

“Explain yourself, Shroud.”

Idia whimpered as he hung his head low in shame.

“[Y/N]-san...I mean...the Prefect left to go to RSA for a whole month, right? Crowley said it was to help them find a way back home but apparently there was some trouble there too and...and he brought them to fix it...”

Malleus’s neutral expression changes into something a bit sadder while Kalim lets out what everybody was thinking.

“To take them away so suddenly...I didn’t even get a chance to give them a goodbye party!”

“They’re only away for a month, Kalim.” Vil’s eyes stay on Idia’s phone screen.

“But I’m sure a party would have let them know how much I would miss them!”

Riddle clears his throat, “That still doesn’t explain anything about what I am seeing. Why in the world do you have something that looks like...that looks so much like them on your phone!”

Idia was sure this was hell. Of all the people to catch him using his phone during a dorm leader meeting, why did it have to be Riddle? What was he even supposed to answer to that question! That he missed talking to [Y/N]-san about the new animes that were releasing this week that he had purposefully made an AI from data Ortho had collected on them and their mannerisms?

He would rather die!

“I--I was testing a new AI! Just...for schedules and stuff like that! And I didn’t have anything else to base it on so I just took [Y/N]-san’s information and made a prototype! It’s not just going to go out to the public like that! They can customize it however they like--!”

Azul hums as he taps the screen, the sprite giggling as he touches their cheek before looking up at all of them expectantly.

“...A prototype, huh.” he smiles and leans back while taking his phone out, “Everybody stop crowding around him, we might as well be breaking his arm slowly at this point.”

The rest of the dorm leader's move back with only some protest, Idia’s eyes shining as he looks up at his other friend.

“Azul-shi…”

The dorm leader of Octavinelle grins, “If it’s a prototype then that means it needs users, correct? More people to test it out?”

“Eh?”

Azul puts his phone in front of Idia and smiles at him like he was just about to close a rather important business transaction.

“Well then I want the prototype as well. Download it to my phone, will you?”

“Eh?!”

Idia presses his phone to his chest as if Azul was about to take it, looking around nervously as the other dorm leaders take their phones out and set it in front of him.

“If it’s an application for scheduling then I could use it to keep Heartslabyul’s matters in check. I’ll take one too.”

“Ruggie is gonna be busy during exams...this thing better work as an alarm.”

“Surely this would help me keep track of my schedule for both the Monstro Lounge and school. I’ll take one with a statistics program built in, Idia”

“Oh!! I want mine to be able to sing! And can I also get them in Scarabia’s dorm uniform? I want to see what [Y/N]-san would look like!’

“I’ll take that as well. I also want a photo re-touch feature as well as one hour updates as to what is going on in my Magicam account.”

Each phone was placed in front of him as Idia felt his head start to spin. He just wanted to keep this thing a secret only for himself! He wasn’t even planning to release it, it was all just a lie so they wouldn’t know his greatest shame!

A shadow was casted over him, Idia looking up slowly as Malleus smiled and placed his phone down.

“I am eager to see your finished product, Shroud.”

The tarts in front of him looked absolutely delicious.

Trey had really outdone himself this time. The strawberries were cut into perfectly neat shapes and the glaze over them made them so mouth wateringly shiny that he could practically taste the sweet treat without even having to taste it!

Which only made his want of one grow even more.

“And here comes the next batch.” Trey smiles as he puts down another plate in front of him, Riddle’s eyes now staring at that plate while his vice dorm leader cleans himself up.

“When did you say the Unbirthday party was going to be today?”

“A-At three o’clock sharp.”

Trey nods as he looks at the clock in the kitchen.

“Perfect. I promised to meet Jade to get some herbs he has been growing as well as letting him teach me how to make this one soup they had in the Monstro Lounge about a week ago.”

He grabs his phone and heads out, leaving Riddle with a quick goodbye and a promise that he would make it back as quick as possible.

Leaving him all alone with two plates filled with his favourite treat.

The dorm leader looks around once...then twice...checking if anybody was coming into the kitchen before going back to stare at the plates.

It wasn’t like he was going to grab one

The Unbirthday party today would be using pastries that Trey had made yesterday. It was the third of the month so the rules required a completely different pastry. The strawberry tarts were most likely for tomorrow.

So Riddle could wait. He was the Heartslabyul dorm leader after all so not only could he wait but he was required to wait! As the dorm leader he was to set an example and he couldn’t let himself be seduced so easily by just two plates of such yummy looking tarts--!

He quickly takes his phone out and looks down at the screen, face flushing as he tries to remember how Idia told him to open up the new app.

“[Y/N]-san…?”

A face peeks out from the corner of his phone, smiling as it recognizes his face and steps out while giving him a polite bow.

“Good morning, Riddle-san! What can I help you with?”

He can’t help a small rush of excitement at seeing the Prefect’s face after not seeing them for two weeks. Riddle would make an effort to stop and talk to them whenever they made their way to Heartslabyul that not seeing them for so long had almost thrown him off his schedule.

And...he missed the conversations he had with them.

As the dorm leader and a student in NRC he didn’t necessarily have time to go to any other events or take part in any of the shenanigans others would get up to, not that he necessarily wanted to, but it was entertaining when the Prefect talked about it with him.

It felt like they were letting him into their world.

So maybe this substitute would suffice...it was a scheduling app after all so it wasn’t like he was using it for pleasure only.

“Would you please repeat rule 56 of the Queen’s handbook?”

The AI clears their throat as a book animation appears before them.

“Rule number 56: On the third of April, black tea should be served along with pineapple tarts. Followed by a game of cards in which the loser must pour the Queen tea for the rest of the Unbirthday party.”

Riddle sighs as he looks back at the plate of tarts.

“...I guess I’ll wait until tomorrow…”

“Wait until what?”

He looks down at the AI, the sprite blinking in confusion as it waits for an answer. Idia had mentioned adding a conversational feature…

“There is no rule about what to eat tomorrow so I decided that we would have strawberry tarts.”

“Are those your favourite?”

Riddle nods and steps out of the kitchen, making his way to his room as he stared back at the open door.

“They are. Ever since I was little. I couldn’t have many because of--”

He decides to not go deep into the subject.

“I’m sure Trey’s pineapple tarts will be excellent. I will just have to wait until tomorrow to enjoy the strawberry ones.”

The AI hums before the book animation pops up again, looking down and flipping a couple of pages before speaking up.

“Riddle-san. While it does say that black tea should be served with pineapple tarts...it does state that it should be done for the Unbirthday party and the Unbirthday party only.”

He frowns, “Your point?”

“I am sure no rule would be broken if only the Queen has a tea party before the Unbirthday party. From what I am seeing here--”

They flip a couple more pages.

“There is no rule about a tea party of one enjoying a strawberry tart.”

Riddle blinks before looking down at his phone, the sprite smiling as they shut the small book and lets it disappear with a ‘poof.’

No rule would be broken...if it was only a tea part of one?

He looks down at the AI when he hears them giggle.

“Riddle-san looks really happy.”

A blush covers his face at being called out on how big his smile probably was.

“Did I help in any way?”

The dorm leader takes a deep breath before smiling as he looks down at the phone and presses his fingertip on top of their head, rubbing it back and forth as if they were petting them. Something he knew he could never really do with them in real life lest he was looking to get odd looks.

“More than enough. Would you like to accompany me during this tea party?”

“Yes please!”

Riddle nods before looking around once more and clearing his throat.

“And...would you refer to me as ‘dorm leader’ from now on?”

The sprite nods as they give him a polite bow.

“Yes, dorm leader!”

He would need to send his report of the app as quickly as possible, Idia had really outdone himself this time...maybe he could ask if he could get them dressed up in the Heartslabyul uniform?

Riddle still wished you would hurry back.

“Leona-san! Please wake up!”

The blankets on the bed wriggled a bit as the phone was tousled over from one side of the bed to the other, the sprite inside frowning as they tried again.

“Leona-san! Please wake up! Ruggie-san texted you!”

A hand comes out of the blankets before holding the phone up.

“Read the text out loud then.”

Sighing, the AI pulls the text up and reads out loud.

“Please be awake by the time I get there, Leona. I need to make sure I get your signature on these papers for the dorm budget. If you don’t I’ll hold your lunch captive!”

Leona’s face finally pops up from under the blanket, the man sitting up and running a hand through his hair as he speaks up again.

‘Oi. What time is it?”

“It is 3:14 in the afternoon, Leona-san.”

“And when did Ruggie send the text?”

“At 3:00 o'clock.”

He groans and lays back down, the pillows flying about as he holds the phone to his face and smiling when he sees the sprite looking down at him worriedly.

“You really do look like them…” Leona whispers before tapping the screen so that he is poking the sprite’s cheek, “What is that face for?”

“I’m just worried for you, Leona-san. Too much sleep is a symptom of some sicknesses so--”

“Hah? You think I would get sick so easily?” he yawns and stretches, “I’m different from humans. Beastmen need a lot more sleep than regular humans do so...I’m just doing what my body tells me.”

Green eyes watch a notepad appear before the AI as they write down the information, smiling as they close it up and watch it disappear.

“I’ll keep that information in mind so I can serve Leona-san better. Thank you so much.”

Leona blinks at the words before a lazy smile crosses his face.

“Serve me better, huh? Never thought I would hear you say that.”

Usually the herbivore would be frowning and telling him to get up and actually take charge of his dorm and how he didn’t act like any grown up they knew. The sprite, however, tilts their head in confusion before speaking up once again.

“I am yours, after all.”

“Damn right you are.”

He looked at the phone a bit more, the sprite smiling up at him as he poked their cheek or patted their head. A part of him wondered if you would react like that with him as well. You always seemed so annoyed with his antics yet you never failed to come back to talk to him, telling him how he needs to get his act together if he is ever planning to go back to the Afterglow.

Leona would bet money that if he patted your head out of nowhere you would be highly flustered. Getting praise from him was something that didn’t happen often, after all.

“What day is it?”

“The 12th day of April, Leona-san.”

Another two weeks of you being gone. He frowns and closes his eyes as he thinks about you meeting those other students. RSA was just full of idiots...like his brother--

“Dammit.”

He slams the phone down but blinks when he hears a small yelp, turning the phone back around to find the AI looking rather frazzled with their eyes closed and hair all over the place.

“Shit. Are you....okay?”

Great, he was asking an application if it was okay. He could understand why Idia would hide this, right now he felt like he was crazy.

“Y--Yes! It was just unexpected!”

The sprite fixed itself up quickly and smiled back at Leona.

“Are you okay though, Leona-san?”

The dorm leader chuckled and nodded as they set the phone down gently and laid down next to it. At least that part was very much like you, worrying about others before focusing on yourself.

“You’re not going to complain? I almost just threw you.”

Without missing a beat, the AI stands up and looks at him.

“Leona-san is still working hard despite his body telling him to sleep. My program tells me that it would be a natural emotion to feel frustrated if you are not allowed to do something you want. Normal actions of frustration speak of physical manifestations such as kicking, punching or throwing. I was simply calculating it for it to be the latter and for it to happen towards a pillow. I’ll make sure to fix my calculations next time.”

He shakes his head and sets the phone down gently.

“Weird thing. You shouldn’t forgive someone so easily after they wronged you.”

“But you didn’t wrong me, Leona-san. I didn’t feel any pain. I just want to make sure you are feeling your best! You are my number one priority!”

This machine is going to make him go insane, he knows you would never say that but the fact that Idia had gotten your voice down so well that it was almost as if you had just told him he was your number one---

He was already getting a headache.

“Set an alarm for an hour. Ruggie will take around that long anyway.” Leona lays down and wraps the blankets around him.

“Of course. Alarm set for one hour. Would you like to be woken up with a personalized message?”

Leona hummed before grinning.

“Wake me up by calling me ‘King’.”

The sprite fixes its settings before giving a polite bow.

“Yes, my King. Please enjoy your rest.”

After this he would send his report to Shroud and maybe ask for an outfit upgrade. He only needed to show him some Afterglow clothes and the nerd would probably be able to make the AI wear them, right?

Whatever, the moment you came back Leona would make sure that you gave him some headpats for making him wait so long.
