good news im getting extremely goofy

wailmer line gets drizzle over oblivious. there's also explosion as a TM, and aqua ring through level up

sunkern's solar power becomes drought after evolution. sunflora also learns weather ball and earth power through level up

castform now has 80 in each base stat over 70, learn weather ball on lv 15 and ominous wind at 30. combine him with one of the goofy permaweather setters that now roam the lands for maximum silliness

woobat and swoobat have slightly boosted base stats. simple is now a regular ability with klutz as a hidden one. stored power is learned through level up

skitty line has movese changes, with tail slap, yawn, and baton bass being level up moves for skitty. acrobatics can be learned through TM. delcatty's stats have been updated to later gen standards with a boost to special attack making it 65, new bst is 410

is any of this balanced? im not sure. but i do think weather is underutilized in the singleplayer side of pokemon which is what im trying to spice up here, and maybe it'll incentivize the use of pokemon you might have overlooked before

bw2 patch notes i'll be implementing in my funny little romhack that doesn't change much just offers a different unova experience:

pidove line's attack and special attack stats will be swapped along with a more special attack oriented moveset. hurricane's included

watchog's illuminate is replaced by guts. adjusted moveset includes such hits as fake out, chip away, and last resort bc i couldn't think of a better STAB move to cap off the learnset

archen line has a new secondary ability in rattled, learns outrage through level-up and has access to glare and pursuit

it might be neat to touch up some gen 1-4 mons as well but like idk who to tackle there so im gonna try to hone in on gen5 fellas for now. im still open for suggestions tho wahey
