Anytime post war, Ron and Hermione play truth or dare :)

‘Alright now just the books left,’ Hermione said opening up the last of their moving boxes. It was official, Ron and Hermione had officially moved in together. 

‘Yeah right, just, living with you also means living in a library now. Look at all of this!’  Ron said in regards to all the books, he took out one from he box.

‘What’s this?’ Ron asked, opening up what appeared to be an album cover. 

‘Oh just some childhood photos,’ Hermione said, flicking her wands so that a bunch of the books floated onto the book shelves. 

‘Ouuu the muggle photo’s that don’t move!’ Ron said excitedly flipping through the books, Hermione smiled at him. 

‘Aw baby Hermione, who's this?’ Ron asked pointing to the other baby beside baby Hermione in the picture. 

‘Oh that's my cousin, you’ll meet her soon. I miss her, Elizabeth, we used to always play games together.’ Hermione said nostalgically.

‘What are muggle games even like?’ Ron asked. 

‘Suppose they’re like wizarding games minus the magic,’ Hermione responded. 

‘Yeah? What’s a popular one?’ Ron asked curiously. 

‘Well let’s see, I suppose the normal ones all kids play are hide and seek, tag, truth or dare....’ Hermione laughed at the look of confusion on Ron’s face. 

‘What the fuck is hide and seek? Like a seeker?’ Ron asked, looking at Hermione. 

Hermione laughed, ‘No it’s like...you’d go hide somewhere and choose someone to look for you, you win if you don’t get found.’ 

‘Ohhhh,’ Ron said, ‘find the invisibility cloak!’ 

‘What?’ Hermione asked, confused.

‘We have a game like that too, it’s just called find the invisibility cloak.’ 

‘Oh is that the magical hide and seek then?’ Hermione asked, ‘Suitable name.’ 

Ron nodded, ‘what’s tag? Sounds like a potion ingredient.’ 

Hermione laughed again, ‘no it’s like a running game. Basically you choose one person to be the one to run after everyone else and they have to catch them. If they catch the person that person then has to be the one to run after everyone.’

‘Ohhh....stunned!’ Ron said appreciably, ‘I always won stunned,’ Hermione smiled. 

‘So what’s truth or dare then?’ Ron asked. 

‘You basically ask someone to tell a truth or do a dare, suppose you have a magical name for it as well.’ Hermione said. 

‘Er no-’ said Ron. ‘I don’t think we have a game like that.’ 

‘What? Truth or dare?! It was my favourite!’ Hermione said. 

‘Forcing someone to tell the truth or do something against their will? Sounds like Veritaserum and the Imperio curse mixed together.’ Ron said. 

Hermione laughed, ‘it’s not dark like that! It’s supposed to be good fun!’ 

‘Alright let’s play it then,’ Ron said. 

‘What?’ Hermione asked. 

‘It’s your favourite game you said, so let’s play.’ Ron responded. 

‘Are you sure?’ Hermione asked him. 

‘Of course I am, wouldn't have suggested it if I wasn’t now who goes first?’ Ron asked looking at Hermione. 

‘Er...I suppose I will....okay truth or dare?’ Hermione asked, 

‘I'll start it light I suppose, okay then, truth.’ Ron said. 

Hermione looked at him and then smiled mischievously, ‘Who’s your favourite sibling?’ 

‘Wha- Hermione you can’t make me pick a sibling!’ Ron said flabbergasted. 

‘You have to answer.’ Hermione said simply. 

‘Fine then, Bill. Don’t tell anyone. Would have been George but he traumatized me too much as a child and Ginny’s too sassy. Alright you then truth or dare.’ said Ron. 

‘Since you said truth I’ll go with truth too,’ Hermione responded. 

‘Okay...hmmm...if I told you that you had to get rid of crookshanks for me or else I’d leave, would you?’ Ron said smiling at her. 

‘That’s such a horrible question! You want me to say I’d get rid of my cat!’ Hermione said, looking at her curled up cat. 

‘You made me pick between my siblings!’ 

‘Fine, yes, oh I’m sorry Crookshanks I do love you!’ Hermione said to her cat. Ron nodded appreciatively. ‘Truth or dare,’ Hermione added. 

‘Dare,’ Ron said. 

‘I dare you to go hold and cuddle Crookshanks, tell him you love him and would never ask for him to be kicked out.’ Hermione said, smiling. 

‘Of bloody course...should have known.’ Ron said, he walked up to Crookshanks and picked him up. Crookshanks meowed confusedly. 

‘I love you Crookshanks, I’d never ask for you to be kicked out,’ Ron said cuddling the cat into his chest, and then putting him down, ‘alright, truth or dare?’ Ron asked Hermione. 

‘Dare,’ Hermione said looking at him, smiling. 

‘All you’re going to do is copy my answers?’ Ron asked, Hermione shrugged her shoulders. 

‘Alright, I dare you to come here and kiss me.’ Ron said. 

‘Ron!’ Hermione said laughing. 

‘You heard my dare.’ Ron said, opening his arms in anticipation. Hermione smiled and went towards him, placing a kiss on his lips, Ron deepened the kiss and Hermione’s body began to feel tingly and warm. 

‘Truth or dare,’ Hermione whispered looking into his eyes. 

‘Dare,’ Ron said, looking a Hermione with a twinkle in his eyes. 

‘I dare you to....come test the bed with me,’ Hermione whispered slyly. 

Ron’s eyes widened, ‘don’t have to tell me twice,’ he said eagerly and Ron decided, as the two of them entered their bedroom, that truth or dare was Ron’s favourite muggle game too.
