I did a lot of thinking tonight while waiting for my stomach to settle (it never did and in fact now has stabbing pains that might be an issue with my pancreas or spleen). Fingers crossed I'm well enough to go to the signing tomorrow, but it was only ten bucks so if I have to miss it I'll just be very sad but not out much. On Monday I'm going to call my doctor and try to change my appointment date; it'll be very last minute and might incur a fee but I don't care at this point. On Monday also I need to figure out if AAA can replace my battery or if not can they jump it so I can get it to a car parts place and replace it. There is just too much shit right now and my appointment was supposed to be a routine checkup and I just don't want to deal with the stress. And anyway, if the pains persist I'm going to have to go to urgent care anyway, so no point in trying to keep an appointment that can be put off.

#vent post #there's just so much shit right now #i also pissed off my mother in law by reminding her that chronic fatigue means chronic #and that if she refuses to even try what the doctors and ot told her to try than what's the point of me trying to help #she keeps screaming that she wants to get better and does nothing to try and get better and then gets mad when she doesn't get better #she wants me to join a physical therapy class with her but she refuses to do the stretchs she was told to do #and refuses to do the mediation and breathing exercises the ot gave her #and then gets mad at me when i point out that pt will assign the same things #which i know because I've done it for years #i told her I'd ask her doctor for a referral when we see her next month but that just made her madder #so now she's not speaking to me and I'm not sure that's a bad thing #also found out today that my calico is mostly blind now when she walked into the water bowl and freaked out #she's not doing well but seems comfortable except for that moment #bought her special food today and extra kitty hydration packs #not much else i can do for now
