Oh hell they have a motherhood book planned 😑 I am a little shocked by nightbound...I thought it was doing fine 😯

Straight up, I have NO idea what’s going on. I’ve been out all day today, haven’t checked fumblr or IG (since I don’t follow PB on other social media) and haven’t seen any updates.

I knew about Nightbound not doing well, hence the rebranding. I think what hurts NB is that they keep worldbuilding....which is great, but we’re in Chapter...12 already? I think the world has been built enough. You psych people out with a 30 diamond scene that doesn’t equal sex, you’re shooting yourself in the foot, lbr. 

I like NB and the characters in it, but I can see how it’s falling flat. They were hoping to capitalize the connection with Bloodbound, having Priya and Cal make cameos in the other respective books, but the pacing for NB also seems a bit off and hello, we still don’t know what Katherine’s last name is, right?

This might be another case of the fandom loves it, but the casual player population (aka 99% of the player base) don’t. 

Word of advice: If you love NB, then you better start hounding PB through official channels and spend on those scenes because as of right now, it doesn’t sound like a Book 2 is happening.
