im sorry but i really do think all of the 'yuri is better than yaoi,' 'yaoi is eating from a garbage can and yuri is a michelin star meal,' 'this would be better if its yuri' ... 'jokes' have 100% allowed actual homophobes to exist, and in some cases even thrive, in fandoms
