I hope I'm not overreaching, but my brother and I were pretty similar with the heat out here in CO. It took low blood circulation discoloring my brother's toes and causing stinging pains to finally ease up on that. Not assuming you're at that point at all, but I hope you're being mindful of your wellbeing.
I am don't worry!! We keep our doors to our rooms mostly shut and up to at least 60 but leave the rest of the place like 50-55ish, nowhere near toe discoloring but anyone we have over complains!!
