All For One wants to preserve his purebred family line so he set up his son with a male omega who is also from a long line of powerful witches and wizards. This omega is named Katsuki Bakugo, now Katsuki and Izuku are childhood friends so this made it easier for him. What his father doesn't know is that him and his brother Tomura Shigaraki don't care about being purebreds or not but since Izuku loves Katsuki he'll go through it without making a fuss.
