These two devils had fought whole day since the morning👹⚡️👹 I had only one week for this apprenticeship in Suame with no nanny during Easter vacation. Having great fun of ground decoration under tropical sunlight. My master, Kwame Akoto, was painting a gravestone for his local customer. People, food, scent n music of neighbourhoods, sun n dust, envy n poverty as well, everything is so vivid n powerful here in Kumasi. #everydaylife #kumasi #signwriting #signpainting #graffiti #graffitiart #popularart #waysideart #urbanart #commercialart #wirkshop #studio #apprentice #apprenticeship #artanthropology #culturalanthropology #ethnography #africanart #akotokwame #almightygodartworks 師匠の描く線に従って白いアクリルを塗っていく。車が駐車するときのちょうど縁石の部分。人の頭を描く出した。そして私がアクリルを塗る姿も。そして一番奥のよくバイクを停める場所に「ここにコジョがバイクをのる姿を描きなさい。」と言われチョークを渡された。なぜ突然これが始まったのか考える。私たちの滞在が残り一カ月と話したから？私たちがアコトの生活の一部だから？コジョが隣の整備工場でトロに轢かれかけたから？コジョが最近、体調が悪いから？私が気前よく弟子料金と家賃を払ってるから？なんにせよ突然歌い出し、祈り叫び始め、美味しく健康なものをよく食べ、いつも正直なで自由な人である。 (at Suame Magazine)

I like how master is. He cares animal n children. He loves singing writing n painting. When I brushed on ground to remove the paint, he started adding the line with chalk n told me 'Yaa, this is art. Paint as u want. Do the design.'
