Going into the weekend sleepy but feeling so much better and for that I'm thankful! . When you're sick I feel like it can become mind over matter... No, I know, you're not going to will yourself better, your body needs time to do its thing. . But you can remind yourself that this is short term, you will feel better, it's okay if you do nothing but watch obnoxious amounts of TV and lounge in bed all day. Allow yourself the time and space. . Throughout this journey I am finding out how mentally strong I am. When things get tough, when I'm sick, when I'm healing, when I'm hurting - I'm looking for the positives more than dwelling in the negatives. I've had a large mindset shift. . I'm lucky to have found these women who help me see the light in dark situations. I'm lucky to be able to push my body in workouts harder than I have ever done before. . I'm lucky to have learned, and to continue to learn, that I can do hard things. I am strong.
