i have come to the maybe obvious solution that especially now that im w0rking from home *permentantly* i should transition to breakfast foods that would work better for this situation (that i have generally moved away from bc they were difficult to make myself eat really quickly right when i woke up)

#like... its sooo mcuh easier to eat in the mornign when i can just have a food thats ok to sit beside me #that i can occasionally chomp on over the course of an hour #but i stopped bying a lot of them sicne getting this j0b bc they could make me sick if i ate them too quickly #and werent great for travel #all this to say. i think i need to buy bagels again. amybe some toaster strudles too that could be nice
