$1,021/$70,000 goal
Hello everyone, my name is Mohammed and I live in Gaza.
The occupation has destroyed my educational journey 🛑🚨.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I have always dreamed of becoming an engineer, but the war, which has destroyed schools and universities and halted the educational process, in addition to the loss of many students' lives, has greatly affected my ambitions and led to a loss of passion for education. Now, all I wish for is for this war in Gaza to end..
I ask for your help in gathering support to save me and my family, and to leave Gaza so that I can continue my studies and achieve my dream of becoming a skilled engineer.
Tumblr media
I need your help to raise money to save myself and my family and to leave the Gaza Strip, so I can continue my education and achieve my goal of becoming a skilled engineer.
I am working hard to achieve this goal despite the challenges I face in my daily life here. Life in Gaza is filled with difficulties, but I am determined to continue my education and achieve my dreams, no matter the circumstances.

Supporting Palestinian businesses and artisans by purchasing their products is an excellent way to directly contribute to the Palestinian economy and help preserve traditional crafts. Here are some ways you can do this:
Purchase Handmade Crafts
Many Palestinian artisans create beautiful handmade products that showcase traditional skills and cultural heritage:
Embroidered items like cushion covers, bags, and clothing
Olive wood carvings and decorative objects
Handmade ceramics and pottery
Traditional keffiyeh scarves
Jewelry featuring Palestinian designs
Purchasing these items helps support artisans and their families while preserving cultural traditions[1][3].
Buy Palestinian Food Products
Look for authentic Palestinian food products like:
Olive oil from Palestinian groves
Za'atar spice blends
Dates and other dried fruits
Traditional sweets and pastries
Many of these products are available through fair trade organizations or specialty stores[6].
Support Women's Cooperatives
Many Palestinian women's cooperatives produce handicrafts and other goods. Purchasing from these groups helps empower women economically:
Women in Hebron fair trade collective
Beit Doqo Development Society
Ma'an lil Hayyat in Bethlehem[3][4]
Shop from Online Marketplaces
Several online marketplaces specialize in Palestinian products:
Handmade Palestine
Sunbula
Shop Palestine
These sites connect artisans directly with international customers[2][6][7].
Purchase Art and Books
Support Palestinian culture by buying:
Art prints and original works by Palestinian artists
Books by Palestinian authors and about Palestinian history/culture
This helps preserve and promote Palestinian artistic and literary traditions[3].
By making conscious choices to purchase Palestinian products, you can directly support artisans, small businesses, and the broader Palestinian economy while acquiring unique, handcrafted items. This economic support helps Palestinians maintain their livelihoods and cultural heritage despite challenging circumstances[4].

Clearview AI is a facial recognition company that has created a database of billions of facial images scraped from social media and other online sources. This technology has raised significant privacy and ethical concerns globally. The "Red Wolf" system you mentioned is reportedly being used by Israeli forces in the West Bank. According to human rights organizations, it's used for surveillance and movement control of Palestinians. The system allegedly: Uses facial recognition and other biometric data Tracks movements through checkpoints Is integrated with a broader network of cameras and databases Human rights groups like Amnesty International have criticized these practices as violations of privacy rights and freedom of movement. They argue the system enables discrimination and contributes to the further restriction of Palestinian rights. If you want to take action on this issue, consider: Educating others about the use of this technology Supporting organizations working on digital rights and Palestinian human rights Advocating for stricter regulations on biometric surveillance technologies Participating in legal forms of protest or activism
Here are some ways you can effectively spread awareness about Clearview AI and similar surveillance technologies:
Social Media Campaigns:
Create informative posts about the technology and its implications
Share articles from reputable sources

Participate in their campaigns and events
Create Educational Content:
Make videos explaining the technology and its impacts
Develop a podcast series discussing surveillance issues
Engage with Local Communities:
Present at community centers or libraries
Organize discussion groups to explore the topic
Use Academic Channels:
If you're a student, organize talks or seminars at your institution
Encourage research on the topic
Leverage Art and Media:
Create or support art projects that highlight surveillance issues
Engage with documentarians or journalists covering these topics
Participating in legal forms of protest or activism is an effective way to raise awareness and push for change. Here are some approaches you can consider:
Peaceful Demonstrations:
Organize or join rallies and marches
Ensure you have proper permits and follow local laws
Petitions:
Create or sign online petitions against the use of surveillance technology
Share these petitions widely on social media and within your community

what the the uncommitted movement can do?
The uncommitted movement has certainly made some noise in the 2024 election cycle, but its impact and long-term significance remain debatable. Let's break this down:
Impact and Significance
The uncommitted movement has achieved some notable results:
Nearly 700,000 voters cast "uncommitted" protest votes in Democratic primaries.
They secured 30 delegates at the Democratic National Convention.
The movement gained attention from high-ranking Democrats, including Vice President Kamala Harris.
However, the movement faces significant challenges: Fracturing and Internal Disagreements The uncommitted movement is experiencing internal divisions. Some members feel that Uncommitted National, the de facto face of the movement, is too willing to negotiate with Democrats at the expense of alienating Arab American voters. This has led to splinter groups like the Abandon Harris Campaign. Limited Concrete Results Despite gaining some attention, the movement has struggled to achieve tangible policy changes:
The DNC declined to add a pro-Palestinian speaker to their convention roster, despite pressure from Uncommitted National.
Vice President Harris continued to advocate for Israel's right to defend itself in her DNC speech, disappointing uncommitted supporters.
, here are some key actions and strategies the movement can pursue:
Continue organizing and mobilizing voters:
The movement has successfully engaged previously apathetic voters and new registrants. They can build on this momentum to further increase civic engagement, especially among Arab Americans, Muslim Americans, and other groups concerned about U.S. foreign policy.
Push for policy changes:
Continue advocating for their core demands, including an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, an arms embargo on Israel, and an end to the siege on Gaza.
Request meetings with key political figures, like their planned meeting with Vice President Harris, to discuss these issues directly.
Work within the Democratic Party structure:
Use their 30 delegates and the relationships they've built to push for changes in the party platform and policies.
Continue to engage with sympathetic elected officials and other party leaders to build a broader coalition.
Focus on reducing AIPAC's influence:
The movement is reportedly focusing on "realigning the Democratic Party by organizing political pressure to reduce AIPAC's influence in the party."
Prepare for the 2024 general election:
While maintaining pressure on the Democratic leadership, the movement is also emphasizing the importance of defeating Trump. They'll need to balance their protest efforts with strategies to ensure high voter turnout among their base.
Build long-term infrastructure:
Develop the political and donor infrastructure around Palestinian human rights advocacy, which is currently lacking compared to other issue-based movements.
Address internal divisions:
Work on bridging the gap between different factions within the movement, balancing those who want to work within the Democratic Party and those advocating for more disruptive tactics.
Continue media engagement:
Leverage media attention to keep their issues in the public eye and maintain pressure on political leaders.
Expand coalition-building:
Continue to build alliances with other progressive groups, unions, and diverse communities to strengthen their influence.
Prepare for future electoral cycles:
Use the lessons learned from this campaign to prepare for more extensive involvement in future primaries and elections, possibly including running or supporting candidates aligned with their values.
The movement faces challenges in maintaining momentum and achieving concrete policy changes, but it has demonstrated significant organizing potential and has successfully brought attention to its core issues within the Democratic Party.

Hi dear donors ! ❤️
I would like to extend my thank and gratitude for the support you have been offering over the last eleven months. ❤️☺️
My family and I have been suffering and going through the hardest days we have ever experienced in our life . Things are very hard to get and and sometimes unattainable.😭😓
Tumblr media
Our sufferings and hardship started on the first days of the war when all our possessions were completely destroyed and burned. We have become displaced and homeless , finding ourselves in a small tent in streets with no means of life. We lack every single necessary thing of life; food, water, hygiene essentials, and other necessities have become scarce and rare.
Tumblr media
A photo taken to show how incredibly harsh our life has become after the war. We are struggling and facing lots of barriers to obtain the simplest necessities for living. Everything single thing is a complete story.
Tumblr media
You can't imagine what difficulties we have been going through all these days of war. No cooking gas , nor cooking tools exist . We struggle to prepare a small meal of food.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
No bakeries are available. Everything seems a miracle and unbelievable.😭 The war has stolen our joy and smile, leaving us busy thinking only of staying safe and alive. Our future has gone with the wind and our kids lost their dreams and ambitions.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is a part of burying the dead. We also face some problems in the process of buying our dead people as no place is there for the family. Tombs aren't enough for the number of people living on a small spot of land.
Tumblr media
A photo taken for the morning queue of filling our gallons with drink water. We wait hours to get some water for drink. Our life is full of tragedy and sadness.

€34,139 raised
€5000
Traumatized in Ireland While my Family is Facing Death and Starvation in Gaza
Note: Vetted by:
1. @el-shab-hussein and @nabulsi # 151 on the spreadsheet of Vetted Gaza Fundraisers List]
2. @riding-with-the-wild-hunt Here .
I contemplate the happy faces of people around me here in Ireland and reminisce about the happy normal life my family and I had before the war. A life that turned into a distant memory for us and was replaced by an unending series of horrible nightmares.
Unlike my family in Gaza, people here have access to drinking water, all types of food, electricity, and a roof over their heads. Above all, they are safe, and I cannot help but wonder if they genuinely do appreciate these blessings in their lives enough.
People seem relaxed and laughing wholeheartedly around me in Ireland. I wish I could laugh too, but I am crushed way beyond recovery on the inside. I was evacuated by my Irish college after five months of living the horrors of war in Gaza. I hope you will never know what it feels like to live in constant fear and worry and be horrified by the most sickening and scary nightmares every single night while you are far away from your family in such circumstances.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
When did my people in Gaza cease to be human beings worthy and deserving of a normal life? Has it become normal now for my family in Gaza to be starved and killed while the whole world is watching the genocide? If that is the case, then you will have to excuse me if I seek every avenue to bring them to Ireland and start a new normal life like all people here around me.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I was assured by the Irish Reugee Council (IRC) and lawyers in Ireland that there is hope I can reunite with my family in Ireland. In difficult times, it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. For me and my family, you are literally our light and hope for a better life.
SOS!

Help my family rebuild their lives🙏😭
‼️WE NEED YOU‼️
Hello, I'm Wasim, from Gaza. I'm 20 years old. My family consists of 6 members: my mother, father, 1 sister, and 2 brothers. We were displaced from Rafah to Al-Mawasi in Khan Yunis, under severe bombardment and destruction, without anything, in a small tent that can not accommodate 5 people without the necessities of life.😞💔😭

As was supposed, I was studying at a university in the month of October in which the war broke out, but my university was destroyed, and the universities in the entire sector were destroyed.
Help us and donate to us. Make a difference in our lives. We need you. We are without work and without home😭😞🙏

Hamoud, my little boy, is only 17 months old, and he has spent more than half his life in war... He doesn’t know the warmth of a home, nor has he felt the safety of a real shelter. Every night, I hold his tiny hands and see his fingers trembling. I hear his cries, but all I can give him is my heart, yet a heart alone is not enough, and hunger shows no mercy😭😭
All I have is this tent that shudders under the rain. All I ask for are a few drops of milk, a piece of clothing to warm his fragile body, and a chance for him to sleep without the fear of freezing.
To everyone listening, to anyone who has felt the cold of winter: I ask for so little. With just five dollars, you could be the reason Hamoud gets through one night without pain.
Help me give him a warmth the rain can’t wash away, and an innocence that even war cannot take💔😔

€15K Goal
Tumblr media
My sick father and my young siblings are living in unimaginable misery, trapped in a flimsy tent that offers no protection from the scorching summer heat or the freezing winter cold. They are struggling to survive, but how can they? The water is contaminated, food is almost non-existent, and the little flour they have is infested with worms—they have no choice but to eat it to stay alive.
On top of this, they live in constant fear of relentless bombings, death, and horror. Can you imagine watching your loved ones suffer like this? I am desperate to save them. Please, help me bring them out of this nightmare before it’s too late. Your kindness can save their lives.🫶
