Hey y'all! Do you have any recipes/advice for making your own curry powder? Curry powder spice mix? Idk what it's called, but my brother wants to try making curry and I can't eat any of the curry powder we've been able to find for sale because it has cinnamon in it* *in the US there are three different things that are considered cinnamon for the purposes of food labeling. I am allergic to one of them, not allergic to one of them, and have not tried the third, but since most places don't specify which one they use and just call it "cinnamon" I can't eat anything cinnamon unless I make it myself
