Last weekend we were at the #alisowoodscanyon to do the #drippingcavetrail but it was closed so we just stocked to this 3.3 miles #alisocanyon trail and man! We got reward with this awesome creek and waterfall! Isn’t Mother Nature just pure blessing? 🌿💚 . Two weeks ago, I was 1 of 18 who participated in an act of nonviolent civil disobedience to urge Gov. Jerry Brown to shut down Aliso Canyon. After two years of no action, we put our bodies on the line because thousands of lives are at stake. Thousands are still getting sick, people are dying, pets are dying and it goes beyond sick communities. Your health or your livelihood?

As a resident who both lives and works in the northern San Fernando Valley within miles of the Aliso Canyon/Porter Ranch methane gas leak, I am concerned about the general lack of appreciation for and comprehensive response to this disaster and the damage it is clearly inflicting on people within the community.

I feel the severity of this issue is being under-reported in the press, perhaps…
