So, I have a few unorganized thoughts about the entire Britt getting suspended situation, especially as more information has come to light.

I think that whatever she was saying about MJF backstage was bad enough to warrant informing him and/or getting suspended in the first place even if he never got involved. I suspect this based on the fact that, you know, she got suspended and he didn't.

Furthermore, this isn't the first time that there have been reports of her burying or bullying talent backstage, see also her issues with Thunder Rosa. Thus, it's pretty likely that some kind of third strike system was in place regarding how she treats other talent.

Its also likely that aew tightened up their policies *about* backstage bullying in light of the CM Punk related debacles, which probably taught them that having the talent try to work it out in the ring isn't the greatest idea, and it's better to prevent the situation from escalating that far in the first place.

from the outside looking in, it was impossible to tell genuine complaints and issues with Britt's behavior from general 'I just hate her face' type complaints that follow pretty much all female wrestlers around wherever they go or whatever they do. When I saw the exact same 'talentless nepo hire' comments about Britt *and* Alicia, it's hard to take the fandom outrage too seriously.
