Bright Addae Foundation sells customized goalkeepers gloves to generate revenue
Owned by former U-20 world cup winner Bright Addae who currently plays for SS Juve Stabia, the Bright Addae Foundation has made goalkeepers gloves to generate funds to fund the foundation. This was revealed by Dickson Boadi the administrator of the Bright Addae Foundation.
Speaking in an interview the administrator of the foundation said
“Even though the Afro-Arab Group and its Chairman Alhaji Salamu Amadu are supporting us to cater for the needy, we also have to do something because it is written that heaven helps those who help themselves,”
Dickson Boadi thanked some individuals for their continuous support of the foundation.
“We further use this medium on behalf of the Bright Addae Foundation to express our profound gratitude to the Afro-Arab Group Chairman Alhaji Salamu Amadu, Dr. K.K Peprah of KK Peprah Roofing Company Limited, Serena Camela, Mubarak Wakaso just to mention a few,” he added.

Mr. Abdul Haye Yartey, President and Bankroller of Division Two side Cheetah FC has called on the Group Chairman of Afro-Arab Group of Companies Alhaji Salamu Amadu to engage in a partnership that will help develop football.

Addae who has been experiencing the lockdown in Italy to ensure the COVID-19 pandemic is defeated globally expressed his delight for putting smiles on the faces of these individuals. Afro-Arab Group boss distributes free hand sanitizers to help fight Coronavirus
Chief Executive Officer of Soccer Time Africa and Chairman of Afro-Arab Group of Companies has distributed about four thousand (4,000) hand sanitizers to Zongo communities to help combat the spread of the Corona Virus. The donation, according to Alhaji Salamu Amadu, is to create awareness and education on steps to take to help reduce the spread of the virus. Distribution of the hand sanitizers covers areas such as Nima, Mamoobi and Mallam Atta markets, and later it will move to other Zongo communities in the country. “Afro-Arab Group’s ideology is to help the needy and the time is now for us to support the President’s directives to prevent the deadly COVID- 19 viruses from attacking us,” said Alhaji Salamu Amadu. “Afro-Arab Group under my supervision will continue to support the government and the President Nana Addo by giving our small quota as citizens so that it won’t get out of hands,” Alhaji Salamu Amadu added. Alhaji Salamu also commended President Akufo-Addo and the National Chief Imam Of Ghana His Eminence Sheikh Dr Osman Nuhu Sharabutu for their efforts and plans to propagate awareness message across the country. The President has announced measures by his government, including tightening of Ghanaian borders, travel ban as well as suspension of public gathering, including religious services at mosques and churches. Following the President’s directive, the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu held a press conference and asked Ghanaian Muslims to adhere strictly to the President’s directives. Subsequently, a press release by the National Chief Imam, issued in consultation with heads of the various Islamic sects, suspended all congregational prayers, including Friday prayers at mosques. The statement asked all Muslims to pray at home until further notice. Bright Addae dedicates goal to Italian ambassador to Ghana Giovanni Favilli
Ghanaian International and former Under 20 World Cup medalist Bright Addae scored a spectacular goal for Juve Stabia against FC Crotone in the Italian serie B at the Stadio Romeo Menti, Castellammare di Stabia.
The goal was his second of the season. Addae dedicated his first to his close pal and friend Alhaji Salamu Amadu.
Scoring his second goal of the campaign, the versatile player has dedicated the goal to the Italian Ambassador.
In an interview after the match, he expressed his gratitude to the supporters of SS Juve Stabia, the technical team and his team mates.
“I will say this goal is a special one because it is going for a special person like no other in the Italian Ambassador to Ghana.
“I dedicate this special goal against Crotone to His Excellency Giovanni Favilli, the Italian Ambassador to Ghana” he ended.
Addae scored the winning goal for his side to clinch all three points. Juve Stabia are now pegged on 11th spot on the league table with 32 points.
