Okay so, this is Aurora. She is 31 and she was promised to the son of ars goetia before she was even hatched.

She was based on a snowy owl but I think it’s quite obvious 😄

Now we can move to the handsome raven man named Ivern.

He is an Ars Goetia and Aurora’s husband.

He is 35 and he really likes playing the piano

Finally, meet the beautifull twin girls Aelia and Eclipse

They are 13 and they are inseparable

For now, I can share only their design. Maybe in the future I will post some story with them 🫶🏻⭐️

A year after the events of Infinity War, Loki returns to New Asgard to reunite with his brother. Pre production research/context

Irving penn

Irving penn was born in Plainfield, New Jersey in 1917. He worked with a Russian émigré named Alexley Brodovitch in Paris in the 1920’s. Alexley taught the applications of principles of modern art and design. Through multiple mediums including magazines, architecture and photography.Irving was originally a painter (he travelled to Mexico to paint and took pictures to document his trip) but didn’t love what he was doing so he eventually destroyed his work. He was hired by vouge when the art director saw some photographic work he’d done while on his trip. Penn developed recognition for Striking style portraits and still life. He was sent around the world on portrait & fashion assignments. He traveled all around the world producing work for vouge. During this time he was able to focus on what he loved taking - portraits of people in natural light.

During the 1960s vouge‘s budget became tight and Penn didn’t enjoy how his work looked on the paper. So he decided to start looking at revitalising old paper techniques. Vogue evidently shut down their New York studios, during that time Irving began to work in advertising.

During the last decades of his life his work appeared regularly in vouge. Penn died in 2009 at the age of 92.

I love how weird yet wonderful his style is. Throughout these portraits there a consistent colour. His images seem very erry and absurd.

“Corner portraits 1948”

This image is part of a bigger project called corner portraits.

I was drawn to this image as I love that she has been posed in a way that there is equal amount of negative space within the image.There is a erry sense to the image. As the title suggests she is in a corner but for some reason this image makes me think of those glass mirror mazes that only have one way out . The narrowness to the bottom of the image draws you up to the models face.

This image to me could be considered surreal as the persons facial express makes me think about absurd photography. I love that he is drawing a self portrait. The is nice shadows within this image(they contour his face).

I love this portrait as it was done with creative manipulation techniques. The photographer created this portrait by using a cracked mirror. I think if this portrait was done now it could be done by using layers in photoshop.
