dialogue 7 and 2 with alex Turcotte!!

You’re not exactly sure how you got roped into a halloween party at the last minute where your friend ends up abandoning you to chase after famous all star hockey player Trevor Zegras.

You wander around the busy house, surveying the multitudes of people in costumes ranging from accurate and fun to revealing and a little lazy. You loved both, enjoying the different takes on different costumes.

After you make yourself a drink, you settle back on an empty wall, looking around the room spotting a boy who looks just as lonely as you feel. You watch as the brunette looks around the room just as you do and a burst of courage has you walking towards him.

“Hi,” you say, leaning against the wall next to the brunette.

“Hey,” he greets, eyes scanning you up and down.

“My friend abandoned me at this halloween party and I don’t know anyone,” you start and the boy nods, a small smile appearing on his lips.

“But, you look as miserable as I feel so I figured I’d come over and say hi,” you explain and he laughs at your blunt observation.

“Alex,” he says, holding a hand out to you and you take it in yours shaking it as you respond with your name.

“I know people here and yet I was also still abandoned,” Alex jokes and you grin.

The two of you exchange the usual information, who you knew here, what costume you decided on, where you were from, etc.

“Wanna step outside?” Alex yells over the music that has started booming louder than before.

You nod and with a nervous move, Alex takes your hand and leads you outside. You head in the back yard until there’s only a little bit of light streaming from the party and you’re finally able to hear yourself think again.

“What’s your favorite thing about playing hockey? And not like a media answer,” you ask and Alex takes a second to mull the question over.

“Makes me feel closer to my dad. Helps me think. I just feel better on the ice,” he admits sheepishly, a flush of red covering his cheeks.

“That’s sweet. I miss that feeling,” you reply wistfully, thinking of a time when you didn’t have to put all your attention on work and could enjoy some of your favorite pastimes.

“You’re shivering,” Alex says, noticing the way your body shakes against the cold.

“I didn’t realize it’d be this cold,” you explain, smiling awkwardly.

“Here,” he says, slipping off his jacket and placing it around your shoulders with no hope of being able to decline.

“Thank you,” you say with a grin towards the young hockey player.

He leans over, pressing a kiss to your cheek and you feel the heat rush over where he made contact.

“Anytime.”

What Would Happen

"What, what would happen if I kissed you?" Alex swallowed hard, getting in close. He was a good foot taller than she was, but their eyes never left each others.

"I would kiss you back." Her voice was hardly above a whisper. She bit her lip, making them all the more irresistible. His close proximity was making her heart pound.

Alex took that as his cue. He leaned forward to her level. His lips brushed ever so slightly against hers, asking for permission one last time before fully committing.

Butterflies, fireworks, every sort of way someone has ever described a true love kiss was felt when they finally kissed.

"Holy Shit" Alex said breathlessly. "That was-"

"I know" She licked her lips, savoring the sensation of him on her.

"Want to do it again?" He cheekily grinned, showing off his dimples.

can u do something abt getting high w/ the boys (quinn, luke, jack, trevor, & alex, since 4/20s coming up LOL 😩) idk why but i feel like quinn would stop being sad for once & j laugh at literally everything, luke would either have the munchies or j start saying out of pocket shit to everyone, jack would def be flirty/touchy w u, trevor would obv know what he's doing & be super chill, and alex would j fall asleep 💀 idk i might be super off but what are ur thoughts ahahaha?

ooo okayokay, im not the best person to write a blurb abt this bc i've never been high so idk what its like 😭 but i'll give my thoughts :)) also wont elaborate on trevor bc i dont write for him !!

quinn i feel would definitely be giggly. its like, the one time he isnt stressed or overthinking so his mind takes full advantage of it and he loosens up. he also wants hugs cuz duh, and this is when he accepts people's affection towards him. physical touch is a must, not even romantically but just in general, with his friends and all. and he shows them how much he loves and appreciates them too, probably by doing small things like smiling at them or laughing at their stupid jokes

luke totally has munchies omg !! he eats everything he can see and quinn also feeds into it by giving him everything he wants. quinn sees a bag of chips "oh, i need to give that to luke!" and idk why i feel like he'd love sour gummy worms and chocolate pudding. he'd become the cookie monster in human form.

jack !! so !! fucking !! touchy !! (this is kinda 18+) his hands need to be on you 24/7, he's a horny little shit. he'd need you to be straddling his lap, his hands would be on your ass and he would be too high to care that his friends are watching.

alex would absolutely be sleepy. the boys would probably try to keep him up but he'd be rubbing his eyes, fighting hard to stay awake. he'd probably want cuddles too and i think quinn would give them to him.

Alex glanced at his phone that was vibrating on the coffee table as he was playing COD with a bunch of the boys, before he actually noticed who was calling and paused the game tossing his controller down as he picked up the phone answering it Owen letting out a “Dude!!!” Which lead Cole to shaking his head as Alex waved them off as he went into the kitchen to talk to you

You were ranting on the phone saying how bad it hurt and you were never gonna get over this asshole you had been dating some egoistical frat boy even if he got over you.

And you end up crying

And I end up lying,

'Cause I'm just a sucker for anything that you do

You had ended up overthinking everything and crying about it, Alex despite having a huge crush on you ended up lying to himself and you. About how you and your boyfriend would somehow work it out like you always did and things would go back to normal and you wouldn’t have to worry. He was a sucker for you and anything you did despite if it hurt him or not.

And when the phone call finally ends,

You say, "Thanks for being a friend, "

And we're going in circles again and again

He hadn’t realized how long he had actually been in the kitchen on the phone with you till Cole came and leaned against the doorway and watched his his best friend pin over you yet again. He wanted to make sure everything was okay and then get back to their game. It wasn’t no surprise the boys were weary about how hung-up Alex was on you but you were oblivious and your jackass of a boyfriend had you wrapped around his finger.

You had quietly told him “thanks for being a great friend Alex I don’t know what I’d do without you.” He had hummed muttering out a “yeah no problem” before hanging up and sighed. Cole looked at him for a moment seeing the udder sadness coming from his best friend. You two were back to running the same circle you had been since you started dating that dickhead.

I bite my tongue but I wanna scream out

You could be with me now

But I end up telling you what you wanna hear,

But you're not ready and it's so frustrating

Alex had to bite his tongue to keep from screaming infront of everyone. You could be with him now. But.. yet again he ended up telling you what you wanted to hear instead of telling you how he felt. But you clearly weren’t ready and it was frustrating.

Owen wanted to strangle him. “You’re acting like a lovesick puppy Alex.” He had said when Alex yet again chickened out on telling you how he felt about you. “You need to grow a pair and just tell her how you feel maybe she’ll wake up and realize she has a good guy right infront of her instead of that asshole.” At this rate Alex was scared the boys were gonna hold him down and take his phone telling you theirselves for him.

He treats you so bad and I'm so good to you it's not fair.

And when the phone call finally ends

You say, "I'll call you tomorrow at 10, "

And I'm stuck in the friend zone again and again

The kid treated you so bad and it pissed Alex off because he always wanted the best for you, he was good to you. Everyone could see that by now but you. The boys were especially put off by it because you were like a little sister to them and they loved you to death and didn’t like seeing you cry over him. But anytime they’d try to intervene he’d reel you back in, (though they never thought that he’s one guy and they’re a whole team. They only use their big brains for selective moments)

He was yet again on the phone with you, the boys didn’t even bother trying to stop him now nothin would get through to him “I’ll call you tomorrow at 10, ok Al?” and there he was stuck in the friend zone again

He knows someday it’s going to happen, and you’ll forget the day you met that asshole. He can tell when you two hangout that you’re so close to confessing to him because he knows that you feel something too. He’s gotta get you to understand you don’t need someone like that and how you belong with him instead.

The boys were starting to think it was pointless how he dedicated this much time to try and win you over. You were stubborn and never saw the truth of how horrible that frat guy was to you, yet Alex was always right there when were you gonna realize..
