Although MPCs website clear about bring a business which contributes a portion of profits post admin costs, Sam regularly in videos and in print interviews misrepresents. He's says my charity abd he says 59% of signup fee goes to charity. If there is a problem l, it's on Sam, who according to original members, basically sold MPC control, in 2017. Your statement of knowing what he's doing with his MPC, is questionable, post corporate change of MPC. It's not just his alone. MPC has sketchy history, since Alex's involvement, and the rumors, look more as truths that a good portion of the administrative costs go to Alex pre-whisky, for a working, guaranteed salary before sales came in. It also begs the question, if Sam is interested in supporting charity with a portion of income sales, why hasn't 10% of whisky sales went to charity partners? The whisky is part of the GGC, Sam and Alex's business. Why wouldn't he plug a Newman Products design? Maybe he's not as interested in charity?
Dear MPC Anon,
It has always been 50%, which is logical. 59% sounds like a demented Asian astrologist suggestion - but you might be unfamiliar with Burmese recent history, so I shall give you a pass, on that one.
Who are the 'original members' who told you MPC was sold? To whom was it sold? When did that happen? I need paperwork to support this statement: the current corporate documents still list ONE officer - pay away from your wallet to find out it's very probably SRH: I am not doing it for you.
Tumblr media
Like it or not, Norouzi's involvement in MPC is a reality since at least its creation. You will have to prove me the 'sketchy' part with much more than a stinking grenade thrown by Anon or fandom illiterate gossip.
I will have to see contracts between MPC, AN, SH proving that pre-whisky launching costs of The Sassenach were drawn from the MPC accounts. I will also have to see bank and accounting documents proving so. According to US law, I would also have to be a Court and have enough reasons to subpoena these people and entities to show me those. Stop spreading the shite written by Pufflander once upon a time and ask Puffy, in her retreat, what the fuck did she do with the crowdfunded money for the Harassment PI Report (you know, *urv and co). Now that would be a really interesting question, right? No answer? Bad day, baby. Bad day.
Whisky sales under the umbrella of Great Glen Company LLC, a different legal entity with no charitable mission, were never designed to represent a charitable endeavor. I think you know the difference between a charity and a company, right? Suggesting he should give 10% of all his earnings to charity is akin to a church tithe. This argument is, of course, ridiculous, in the business world, unless there is an explicit and public vow to do so, with a particular company's benefits.
Newman's Own and the Newman's Own Foundation represent Paul Newman's personal commitment to give away 100% of Newman's Own LLC profits to charity: the Foundation serves to direct the funds to the projects its trustees deem the most appropriate, according to the Foundation's values.
Tumblr media
This is a different story and I also hope you know the difference between Great Glen Company, a business who wants to remain a business and a ground-breaking CSR commitment like Paul Newman's. Great Glen Company and MPC are separate projects - AN's loud involvement in both does not help, though, especially with an uneducated bigot, such as yourself, Anon.
Assuming he must give 100% of all his profits to charity is absolutely ridiculous, Anon. Why don't you give away all the profits of your lemonade stand to charity and set a blazing, luminous example in this fandom?
Unless you quickly substantiate what you wrote in anger on your phone, with links, facts and names, I am forced to tell you to kindly, slowly, but surely...
FUCK OFF MY PAGE!
[Later edit:] Should I start a US Tax Law 101 course for you, Anon? To me, this rather crude company/charity montage sounds legit. Also, MPC is not a charity, as shown in my previous post.

To help remember what you forgot! 🤔
“If you don't know where you've come from, you don't know where you're going."
In ten years of MPC have you heard about how it all started in Scotland? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 If not, then that's just how this company rolls I guess. Generally, nobody will know or care- sadly. If yes, then you are well within your right to be miffed, If you've watched it from the beginning and it hasn't been mentioned
After two months since SH IG Live from New York, 🗽last January introducing the main charity collaboration, we have not seen Sam refer to the origins of MPC on this 10th anniversary.
MPC has applications in various fields. However, it's important not to overlook the origins of MPC, to accurately plan a tenth-anniversary, you must remember both the date (when) and location (where) of MPC's birth, and the people involved which is crucial for its MPC celebration.
For those who forget or are not familiar with MPC’s origins, allow us to remind you. Always is a good decision to look back on time on the first steps fondly, and to know the initiators who started the programme.
Where do we come from? Is fair to say and then think “Where do we go from here?” 2 phrases that can refer to questions about the past and future of MPC in their 10 years, that have not started in America? MPC, as everybody knows, and it’s good to remember, was born in Scotland by a Scottish with a purpose who decided to take a different path along the way across the pond.
Tumblr media
When SH back to Scotland to work in the Outlander series after spending more than 10 years in London. He came to John Valbonesi and the Shears brothers for help. The brothers Gareth and Chris Shears owners of Bear Strength Clothing, focus on the CrossFit market and teamed up with Sam Heughan, and co-owner of the Fight Camp Glasgow’s John Valbonesi to create My Peak Challenge, achieving personal goals – raising money for charity Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research and donating those profits to the cancer-fighting charity Bloodwise UK (now Blood Cancer UK 🇬🇧)
Tumblr media
Gareth and Andy Shear, who set up Bear Strength, a fitness clothing line in 2013, and distribute to countries including Canada, USA and Australia.
That included a My Peak Challenge t-shirt from Bear Strength, a wristband and a sticker. The team originally included Sam + three members (the two brothers and Valbo) and there was no connection to Alex Norouzi.
Tumblr media
Over time, AN gradually eliminated the Shear brothers after his participation in MPC. So, If SH wants to commemorate MPC's 10th anniversary, they should remember when, where, and who participated in its beginnings. MPC - My Peak Challenge was created in December 2014 and launched in January 2015 in Scotland with a different team. Let alone with Alex, since all this happened before he met Heughan.
Tumblr media
In a recent Instagram profile update, Alex Norouzi upgraded his resume from CEO to co-founder of MPC. This changes MPC's vision and relationship with Scotland, where MPC was founded and began without him. It's important to clarify that MPC's origins were in Glasgow, Scotland, not Los Angeles, California.
youtube
Tumblr media
SH teamed up with Fight Camp Glasgow’s John Valbonesi and Bear Strength Clothing to create My Peak Challenge.
EDA’s co-owner John Valbonesi played a role in Glasgow, being one of the initial Sam Heughan’s trainers at the MPCPrepProgram. In this context, Valbonesi would be regarded as a co-founder, Similarly, to Gareth and Andy Shear, the brothers who helped Sam. They designed 🎨 MPC logo and marketed the t-shirts, also contributing to establishing the first relationship with the early supporters, known as "peakers."
In late 2015 Alex and his friend, photographer Peter Lueders, travelled to Scotland for an interview and extensive fitness shoot with SH. Their photos appeared on the cover of The Box magazine in January/February 2016, which boosted Sam's ego. Later that year, Alex quickly became Sam's best friend. The goal of this trip was achieved the same year when My Peak Challenge headquarters moved from Scotland to Los Angeles. Mission accomplished. ☹️
Tumblr media
Additionally, Alex Norouzi was not a co-founder of MPC; he joined the movement later by building on the work done in Scotland obviously without him which helped to enhance his status in L.A. since his arrival in this city in 2004. This point is a distinction that should be accurately conveyed.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
However, Alex Norouzi was not involved in this stage, No one knew about him when MPC started its activities in Glasgow. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Now he’s trying to give a new version as a co-founder of My Peak Challenge, which is incorrect. MPC was registered as an American company after Sam Heughan transferred his headquarters to Los Angeles, but their activities were created and launched in Scotland first.
If Alex wants to consider MPC "founded" in the US, and not when it started operating in Scotland, then in this case, MPC wouldn't be commemorating its 10th anniversary, but only 8 years, as the company was registered in October 2016 in the US. MPC's current format is only 4 years old, dating back to 2020 when an additional modification was included in the products/services for personal training and online fitness. There's no information about staff or co-founders listed, meaning Alex isn't listed in My Peak Challenge. MPC only mentions Sam Heughan as the company's founder.
You can't be something you're not! Pretty simple.
youtube
SH participated in what it means to reach maximum physical condition, now it is in Valbo’s hands, Program Director of MPC @mypeakchallenge, Hollywood Personal Trainer 🤔 I wonder What is Valbo's customer base in Hollywood?
Tumblr media
SH wore the Fear The Beard T-Shirt in his Twitter avatar, including Graham McTavish, who rocked a Fear The Beard T-Shirt as well.
Sam should be careful when distributing co-founder titles. "Co-founder" implies a role in the creation of the idea 💡 and does not necessarily reflect an individual's skills or abilities. Co-founder is not a job title, and it isn’t a perpetual licence to be employed at the company, regardless of what you do. It's important to clarify that Alex, and no one else associated with MPC in America, was among the original participants who help created My Peak Challenge - MPC in Scotland.
Why do SH fans travel to Edinburgh to celebrate the MPC gala or come to celebrate Heughan's birthday? 🎈 Why not Los Angeles? There are times when certain things need to be made clear, and this is one of them, although Sam Heughan forgot to mention it during the MPC anniversary video, as usual. He only remembers Scotland when he needs to brag or sell something.
Alex seems to be trying to erase any memory of Sam that might link him to his old life in Scotland. Essentially, he wants to prove that Sam started a new life in Los Angeles solely related to him. Perhaps SH wants to hide something related to his past, which always suggests that his new life began with Outlander as he always wished.

😳🤦🏻‍♀️ A Criterion of Embarrassment 🤦🏻‍♀️😳
As Sam strolled through Soho with an escort girl, I was on the move. I watched the Just Jared news and the posts on Tumblr, but I wasn't really paying attention. I guess that's why I didn't really care. But I felt really embarrassed for this 44-year-old man who lacked integrity and backbone. One more time, just one more time. *** *** *** Clearly, we don't know the full story behind Sam and Caitríon's soul-selling transaction. We can only speculate. We can come up with some ideas. But these are just our guesses, nothing more than that. We don't know what kind of blackmail is behind this deal. We don't know what Sam and Caitríona are risking if they (potentially) disobey. But that's not the point. The point is, IMHO, elsewhere. Is it more important to be honest and have integrity, even if it means less fame and money? Or is it not?
*** *** *** Oh, by the way, my 15-year-old son would be so embarrassed to publicly fangirl Taylor Swift like 44-year-old Sam Heughan did. I really can’t even imagine.
Tumblr media
But that's just a little detour. I'm already back to my main thought.
*** *** *** Today’s Sam and Alex Norouzi's instastories are the same. First, Sassenach Gin, with Abba's 'Money, Money, Money' in the background, and then Sam and Caitríona, ‘the best chemistry on television’ (and you know it!).
Tumblr media
Oh yes, I know. It's mostly about money. Or maybe it's just that.

thekitchin Great to see our friend @samheughan again at @thekitchin as he joined us in between filming to try out some of his favourite summer serves using @sassenachspirits Whisky and Gin…
A shared genuine passion for the best of Scotland’s food and drink - perfectly balanced with a wee dram of Sam’s Sassenach Whisky…
Sam and @tom_kitchin also enjoyed one of our iconic dishes, ‘Scallop in the shell’, which has been a firm favourite with our Outlander friends since the ‘Men in Kilts’ series.. Sláinte! 🥃 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I was wondering if you know why Sam keeps using German words lately? I noticed it on a TikTok with Sassenachspirits, in the interview with Josh and today in his IG story
His friend and business partner, Alex Norouzi was born in Germany and I think raised there, so that's probably why. 🤷‍♀️

¡Hola! ¿Crees que es Sam el que aparece en el fondo de la historia del Día del Padre publicada por Alex?
Dear Día del Padre Anon,
You ask: Hello. Do you think that Sam is the person in the background of Alex Norouzi's Father's Day story?
Pero, ¿por qué Dios iba a mirar la publicación de Norouzi, cuando la de Sassenach Spirits es mucho, MUCHO más interesante, eh?
But why would I look at Norouzi's post, when the Sassenach Spirits' post is much, MUCH more interesting, right?
Tumblr media
Apparently, a plain Happy Father's Day to All post. S comments with a give me five emoji and SS answer: ' Happy Father's Day Dad'.
And then, you have S's story, sharing Sassenach Spirits' picture, with two quite interesting add-ons:
Tumblr media
Double entendre at its finest, covering him for the week, on socials. Fandom's factions are going to skirmish at least for the mandatory 72 hours news cycle over it.
Something definitely shifted, since last week-end. And you want me to peel my eyes at a blurry background, Anon?
It's all there. In plain sight.

First drink headquartered!
Tumblr media
A very legitimate question: What is the connection between Sassenach Spirits and STARZ? 🤔
STARZ invited Sam to promote a tasting at its headquarters during his alcohol tour in Denver. This marked the first time STARZ was directly involved in promoting Sam Heughan's alcohol business at its main office.
Does Sam Heughan's new role as STARZ’s host involve entertaining guests, employees, cast and crew while promoting his business? Is Heughan's alcohol venture related to his actor’s contract?
Tumblr media
The American network has long supported Heughan's alcohol; Even their bottles of gin were included as gifts sent to entertainment critics to bolster the Outlander series for consideration, demonstrating Starz network's support to their favourite actor’s side venture.
Tumblr media
In case you didn't know for award actors/shows, usually the network is the one to submit actors because it's expensive and very politic-y.
Additionally, during Outlander's wrap parties for the end-of-season, they were topped off with Sassenach whisky, gin, and tequila to entertain attendees, indicating further increased sponsorship by the broadcaster. It should be noted that some STARZ executives travelled to Scotland precisely to attend these end-of-season parties.
However, there seems to be an unusual level of engagement from STARZ regarding Sam’s opportunities, which is not commonly seen with other actors on the network. This raises questions about the nature of his invitation to STARZ headquarters: Was it as an actor, or was it more in line with promoting his alcohol brand?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
What role did Alex Norouzi, Sam’s partner who closely resembles his “attached at the hip”, play in this invitation as well? Did he receive an invitation for what purpose? Or was Sam there as a pedlar boozer, pleasing STARZ employees with private whisky and gin tastings and signing bottles during work hours? Because they did not have chance a to meet up with him at a local Total Wine & More store in Denver instead?
Regardless of the reason for his appearance at the network, he ended up on the list of pedlar booze in STARZ headquarters, dressed for the part, no less. His last two series, Outlander, finished filming in 2024 (despite having one more season left the contract is over - a contract usually says “payment will be sent upon completion of filming”), and the series finale in the US, The Couple Next Door, finished airing, leaving no immediate projects on the horizon.
Actors primarily sign contracts specific to a single film or TV show, not a long-term deal with one studio. The old system where actors were tied to one studio for long periods has largely faded away.
Tumblr media
This raises more questions: was this an instance of absurd innovation to entertain the employees of the network? Or is STARZ more interested in Heughan’s alcohol business than anyone anticipated?
If this is the point, an arrangement likely involves separate compensation to keep SH engaged, it’s possibly through extra payments for merchandise rather than paid for an acting role. This will seem an inadequate combination and does not support the actor's creativity or allow him to showcase his acting abilities.

@yeahyeahoks No, TCND never was part of the BBC. The series is from Channel 4 (Channel Four Television), another British media company that is funded by commercial activities, unlike the BBC, which receives funding through the licence fee. TCND is a collaboration between Channel 4, Starz, and Eagle Eye Drama, the producer, and distributed by Beta Film.
@imahalfemptykindofgirl Sam has found his home at STARZ 🙄, unlike other actors who seek opportunities at different studios to advance their careers. He has focused his attention on this American network, embodying the saying, “Any port in a storm.” I agree that he won't become a top actor at STARZ, despite their efforts to showcase him everywhere across their slate. Although he has appeared in three series on this network, he hasn't delivered standout performances in any of them. Now, they seem determined to turn him into a sales alcohol success that will ignite his STARZ family 🤯
