clyde and tolkien would be business partners, they’d have a huge booth not really specializing in anything but it’s all relatively good stuff. they’re HUGE on social media & great at promoting their brand. everyone knows them. MONSTERS at the bins and rag houses. it’s easy to talk them into giving you a deal but they’re very flirtatious & complimentary; most of their customers leave spending more money than they planned to

i headcanon jimmy as literally giving zero shits about his clothing like he kind of just wears the same thing every day (technically all of the boys do in canon but like. jimmy irl does) but he’ll show up to support his friends occasionally. likes to browse for comics, sports merch, vintage & antique stand up comedy ephemera

craig is the second most successful after kenny. small booth of workwear, denim, curated 70s-80s and earlier tees. has good taste and goes for quality>quantity. very chill but veryyyyy snobby he considers himself way above other sellers who mainly do 90s/Y2K cheap stuff. too domestic to be traveling all the time but he sources a lot from estate/garage sales. rarely posts on social media but still has a lot of clout somehow

tweek shows up to support craig, he LOVES the $6 clothing booth which craig scoffs at him for because most of it isn’t great vintage but tweek doesn’t care about value/rarity he’s not in the scene much himself

happy sunday here’s what kind of vintage i think the boys would be into if they were in the flea market scene

stan: just there as a buyer. he’d collect tees of his favorite bands of course and he’d spend lots of time flipping through record booths. he splurges on little toys and funny things he remembers from his childhood & doesn’t really care about rarity he just likes the nostalgia & novelty of it all. also picks up a few cheap basics like flannels

cartman: he’d be a t-shirt dealer. INSANELY overpriced. middle schoolers go wild for his booth. he probably has a lot of 90s anime tees + jncos and jorts. literally doesn’t give a fuck about customer service, sits there smoking a joint all day. leaves his booth to go get stuff from the food trucks like minimum six times throughout the day and makes butters watch for thieves. butters nearly starts crying because people keep asking him for prices (oh yeah cartman wouldn’t write prices on anything)

butters/marjorine: also just there as a buyer. doesn’t really give a fuck about labels or value as long as it’s Y2K and slay

kenny: mostly into pre-1960s/antique workwear, denim. crazy ass who’s always on the road rescuing shit from old barns and abandoned houses, climbing into mineshafts. doesn’t wash anything before he brings it to sell. everything in his personal collection is falling apart + stained that’s all he wears. but he also has the rarest shit and is the most successful out of all of them purely due to his insane work ethic

kyle: im not sure he’d care about vintage clothing because it took him a while to not be grossed out by his skin touching things that are so old and used. similar to stan he partakes for environmental + ethical reasons. he nerds out about old photographs, books, sports and game memorabilia, etc. also buys little toys or dumb keychains/magnets/pinback buttons to surprise stan with
