Thanks for writing for Fire Emblem: Three Houses and for being totally awesome. ^-^ You're one of my favorite writers. ^-^ Thank you for sharing your stories ^-^ I plan on getting the game soon and I'm really excited! ^-^ It's also my first Fire Emblem game so I'm kind of anxious D: The battle system is what's worrying me. Are there any tips you could give me Ms. Wonderful Mandakatt Queen? 👑

And you call me a Queen too? PFF, I am the Queen of silly shenanigans maybe. *gently kicks at an imaginary rock, as she blushes more.* T-Thank you..!

I will also admit that this is the first Fire Emblem game of this type. It’s so different from all the others that I’ve played, and I lovingly call it Otome Battle Chess - It is an Otome game hidden within an RTS. You cannot convince me otherwise. =p

The combat system does feel like the other games, and I can tell you that it has what’s called a Casual mode - which means that if you lose a unit in battle, it doesn’t die, simply retreats. [I doubt I will ever play this game on normal for that reason. Too many good beans I refuse to lose.] And it also feels rather forgiving too, especially if it’s your first Fire Emblem game. 

Your first playthrough I would follow what the game recommends to make your units into - for upgrades and training. [ @silverdriftdragon recommended this till I get used to this one and I’m super duper thankful for that tip! ] and then your next playthrough you can change them up if you like.

It is so worth picking up, and I’m just a little upset with myself that I didn’t dive into this game when I first got it. But it’s got me well and hooked now. So there’ll probably be so many more words/stories from me on it. XD 

But when you do start playing Anon-san, come back and tell me of your adventures in Fodland! I would love to hear about them! ♥
