How is the kdrama “I am a God”?

Uhhh, I barely remember the actual story. That's how not good it was.

Song Il Guk is great in historical stories but not so good in modern ones like A Man Called God. His hair was absurd (really just...god awful) and his character was as unlikable as possible while the main female character was boring as fuck and useless.

He had zero chemistry with Han Chae Young, whom I usually love but she was terribly miscast here as a bumbling journalist/photographer. He was better off being paired with his sexy and capable secretary, Vivian, who was also the most interesting and sensible character in the story.

They also went quite over-the-top with the James Bond bullshit high-tech gadgets/lair.

I guess if I had to sum it up, it was terribly boring on the revenge side and I didn't like the main romantic pairing enough to pretend the revenge plot wasn't putting me to sleep.
