Artwork done of my Mermaid oc Ni'mue- featuring her son Akamei<3 Ni'mue is a character I made for a story a owned by a close friend- whose also the proud owner of Ni'mue's husband, Desi (whom you can see here). More Info under cut!
In this world, most merfolk live in large, tribal-esque groups called shoals all across the ocean. Ni'mue is a princess of one of the largest shoals along the Pacific coast called the Dor Djakir ("Flaming Spears" in English). After the tragic death of her mother, Ni'mue's father, the Chieftain, grew overprotective of his daughter and tried to keep her sheltered for most of her life. Unfortunately, Ni'mue developed into a curious young woman with a passion for exploring- and she would often escape the watchful eyes of her guards to wonder her shoal's territory unhindered- making discovers, befriending her people, and occasionally getting into lighthearted shenanigans. A bad habit she indulged in more frequently to escape the disapproving glares of her step mother after her father remarried.
Though her father was eventually forced to accept his daughter's penchant to wander, her happiness and wellbeing remained his first priority in all things. Infamously, Even after Ni'mue came of age, he refused to allow her to marry unless her suitor proved capable of protecting her. The prospect of a princesses' hand in marriage and an alliance with such a powerful shoal drew mermen hoping to court Ni'mue from far and wide- but none of them ever managed to pass the Chieftain's tests. Until one day, after a particularly nasty fight with her stepmother- Ni'mue accidently wondered beyond the safety of her kingdoms borders and into danger. But her life was saved by a mysterious stranger-
This stranger, A prince of a neighboring shoal called the Kithi, was named Desi. Having invertedly proven himself in the eyes of her father, a marriage was arranged between the two. Though Ni'mue was was hesitant at first to accept, she soon agreed in order to escape the critical eye of her stepmother. Though most expected her relationship with the Prince of the Kithi to be fraught with sadness due to their differences- Ni'mue knew she had the power to decide whether their marriage be for better or for worse. Overtime, she came to understand her knew husband and slowly fell in love with him- and he with her. Soon after their marriage, Ni'mue bears Desi a son whom his named Akamei.

When that branch of the HPSC finally gets taken down (I'm still pulling for them to make the SUPREMELY terrible decision to kidnap both LM & Deku, then DocF & Akamei go REALLY off the deep end), Hawks - with help from his in-laws - finds every file, "sample", or ANYTHING they have on him, & cheerfully destroys it. It’s a lovely bonding experience for him & Hirokazu.
YEAH he just.
He's gotta make sure. That it can't happen more

CC!NextGen
Ok, 2 thoughts
1) I have this idea that Eri eventually becomes a hero called “Back Up!” (Yes, the exclamation point is included). It’s both a reference to her Quirk, and the fact she’s a “back up” hero, or serves as back up in most situations. She’s trained enough to use “Rewind” that she can use it safely, and she works as a doctor/field medic/“healing” hero. Like, they only call her in for serious shit, but she can reverse just about any injury beyond straight up death. She also can use Rewind to sort of “pause” a person, keep them in stasis, until other medical help arrives, but this isn’t, like, great for anyone when she does that, herself included, and it’s honestly easier and safer to just rewind a person so they never were hurt in the first place. She only uses the “pause” option for if there’s some weird interaction that Rewind might not effect, or if using Rewind would actually be detrimental (I headcanon that sometimes, using Rewind can be a shock to the system, so depending on the injury, it’s actually better to just “pause” the person and wait for medical help to arrive).
2) K, so, Hirokazu spends his first few months at U.A. flipping between charismatic and jackass “I’m better than everyone else”. He seems to have SPECIFIC BEEF with Nijiko, which is frustrating for all, Because Nijiko sees him as someone to admire and emulate (other kid with a bird Quirk, also has controllable feathers, but seems so much better at it than her, could he give her some tips?? He’s so cool?). The various kids complain to various parents, Katsuki is getting horrible flashbacks to her own childhood and teen years. Sports Fest happens, Nijiko and Hirokazu fight … and hoo boy. It is BRUTAL. Both Hirokazu and Nijiko end up knocked out of the tournament entirely - Nijiko due to injury, Hirokazu TECHNICALLY for the same reason. Like, that’s what they tell the public. In reality, Hirokazu was the big instigator for the fight, so the school is coming down on him for Excessive Force, and threatening to ban him from the internships. But Katsuki decides “No, I got this”, and puts in to have Hirokazu do his internship with her. School agrees, so now Dynamight has a week to try and beat some sense into Hothead.
(No idea who actually wins the Sports Fest? Either rando, not related to the Chaos Class, or possible Akiko, who just went Kirby on everyone and spat them out of the ring.)
So, Kats is dealing with Hirokazu Kazanawa, Hero Name: Notus, the Southern Wind, and internally apologizing to all her teachers because GOD, was she this self-absorbed? Like, Hirokazu spends half his internship complaining about Nijiko getting to intern with Hawks, when HE should have been, he’s CLEARLY better than her. Katsuki is kind of ripping her hair out, but LM is doing her internship with Deku (multiple Quirk use practice) so she helps out a bit. Anyway, eventually Katsuki does start to chip away at his exterior a bit. They even start getting a decent heart-to-heart going, about blame, and insecurity. In fact, it’s going really well, until Hirokazu realizes Katsuki is comparing him and Nijiko, to her and Deku, and without even thinking, goes “Do NOT compare my sister and I, with you and your husband, that’s disgusting.”
Katsuki: “Ok, fine, I what the fuck do you mean ‘sister’!?”
Hirokazu: *shit, fuck, I fucked up*
Hirokazu clams up, but Katsuki is determined, and eventually Hirokazu blurts out that’s just what his mom told him. So, Katsuki contacts Akamei, like “Hey, your son said some shit, can you confirm what the FUCK he’s talking about??” And Akamei decides she can USE this. So, she spins a bit of a story, that her “partner” cheated on her with someone, resulting in Nijiko. That he ran off with his mistress, leaving her and Hirokazu behind. She only saw Nijiko once, but it was enough to recognize her when the news about her adoption went public. She has no idea what happened to her partner, or the mistress. She also used to be very bitter about Nijiko’s existence, but now she’s wondering if maybe Nijiko and Hirokazu should connect? They are FAMILY, after all.
Someone decides to do a DNA test, to confirm that Nijiko and Hirokazu are related. And yep, they are. DNA test also confirms who the dad is, so now the whole squad is concerned, and wondering WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!?
-
AHAHAHHAHAHAHA BEAUTIFUL And yes to everything on Eri!
No but yeah I’m I’m I’m-
I’m imagining that their DNA test to check out the story they just use what they have on hand to do it quickly, which while it runs Nijiko and Hirokazu’s DNA against each other, it also runs the DNA against logged samples in the system.
And there’s Hero DNA in the system, partly because the Commission are control freaks and partly so it’s easier to sort out crime scenes in the aftermath of a hero v villain fight.
Then yeah the test dings on a match to Hawks’ DNA which has everyone like ???????????. Then a follow up of ‘okay looking at the kids and their Quirks that makes sense but how the FUCK-”.
Because they know that Hawks isn’t going to cheat on his husband ofc. And even if they were going to do something threesome-ish then it’d be someone they knew and therefore they’d know about the kids. But clearly they don’t!
They also def know something’s Up™ because obvs that doesn’t match Akamei’s story of her partner running off.
They’d talk and then mention Akamei being involved and that’d click for Hawks because he remembers her and what kind of person she was/what her job was and he’s like “Bad news, I just remembered that the Commission had some DNA samples that could’ve been used to make them. Worse news: I don’t think it was just a case of wanting a surrogate father.”

CC!NextGen: The Kids In Total
Ok, this is just me and Mimi spitballing, you may do with this as you will. First ACTUAL kids, then spitballing and musing. Please note that not ALL THE KIDS need to be involved. (Mimi: “Honestly, it makes more sense for the ages to be a bit staggered, so you’ve got the core kids involved, then all their sibs and cousins. Also, if you try to make ALL the kids involved, then you’ll just have a U.A. class of the kids, no other new students, which can limit some of the kinds of characters you can have.”)
(we also both recognize that actualy writing and coming up with this many characters is a LOT. So, it’s just thoughts and opinions, which may be discarded!)
Tell us your thoughts!
Izuku/Shoto/Eijirou/Ochaco/Katsuki - Umi, Miku, Miyuki. They have at least one more kid, probably adopted. We headcanon that, as much as they all LOVE Miyuki, Ochaco had a horrible time being pregnant, just really awful, and is NOT down to do that again. Next kid after Miyuki would absolutely be Deku fulfilling everyone’s predictions about bringing a kid home.
Hanta/Tenya/Mei - Gumi. K, this is just us, but me and Mimi both see Iida as the kind of guy to have SO MANY KIDS. It’s not anything PLANNED, he just really loves his partners, so it KEEPS HAPPENING. The only reason he doesn’t have some insane number, like 15, is that neither he nor Sero have a uterus. Order would be Kid1, Kid2, Gumi, Kid3&4 (twins), Kid5 (which Mei swears is the LAST ONE, she’s got MECHANICAL BABIES to work on!).
Momo/Kyoka/Denki/Hitoshi - Kanade, Kaname, Hibiki. This … Actually seems fairly perfect, if they aren’t all the same age. Mimi wants to argue for a bio-Shinsou kid, but I argue he’s going to take after Dadzawa and just semi-adopt a bunch of underdog teens with shitty home lives.
Eimi/Tsuyu - Akiko. So, interesting fact. Twins can be genetic. If you are a twin (either fraternal or identical) you are more likely to have twins later on. So, yup, give these suckers a pair of twins. I’d lean more into the Frog thing. Wait, make it shadow frogs, ninja frogs, let’s get Greninja up in here.
Mezo/Fumikage - Nijiko. Mimi and I both agree that these two wouldn’t try for bio kids. That’s a lot of work neither really have time for, not to mention, considering their extended family, could get complicated real quick. They were just planning to be the responsible uncles, but then Nijiko happened. We can see them POSSIBLY adopting another kid (Mimi is really attached to Nijiko having a little baby brother with a squid or general cephalopod Quirk), but they wouldn’t go out of their way.
Hawks/Toya - (eventually) Hirokazu. This was kind of weird, cause like. BEFORE Hirokazu, these two were like “nopenopenope, no kids, not happening”, but AFTER Hirokazu, we could see them wanting kids of their own (that they actually PLANNED FOR AKAMEI). Mimi really wants the Future Heroes Program to, like. Akamei is pregnant when everything goes to shit, after she’s arrested, they test the baby, it’s Hawks, he and Toya adopt it when it’s born, but like. I also want to give Hawks a BREAK, so. Maybe they adopt a kid through a mission later. But I could possibly see them looking into adoption or surrogacy later. Maybe they wouldn’t go through with it, but I see them looking at it.
Himiko/Tooru - so, you didn’t put anything for these two, which has caused Mimi to go a little feral. She came up with a Himi-Tooru kid who, rather than straight up invisibility, is a proper camouflag-chameleon type, “can change colour to match background”. Then she showed me the Mimic Octopus, so now she posits they have a kid that can change shape, colour, and texture to imitate objects, animals, and so forth, but it isn’t proper “shape-shifting” like Himiko does - kid can’t BECOME the objects/people/animals, but she can look real dang close. Look up Mimic Octopus, it’s actually SOOOOO COOL. Anyway, Quirk called “Flattery” (based on “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery”). We also had the thought that, while Mimic kid would be Himi-Tooru, they could have another kid by more traditional IVF, ie, get a friend to help, so Sato donated for a Sato-Himi kid, who drinks blood to power-up.
Mina - I know we’ve joked, but I seriously see Mina as a badass single mom of 2. One adopted, one bio. Whoever the bio-kid is, dad is around, but is more of a fun uncle. He’s involved, but he has his own life.
Monoma/Tetsutetsu - Mimi, direct quote: “Let’s be honest, Monoma’s that guy who says he HATES kids, and never wants any, and Tetsu’s just kind of made his peace with the fact they’ll never have kids, then Monoma’s going to save a baby from a house fire, they’ll be all alone in the world, he’ll get super attached, and call up Tetsu like ‘Hey, do you want kids? Cause we have one now’.”
Me: “….that was real specific, did you…..have a character in mind?”
Mimi: “Not really. Maybe a solid mutation type, there aren’t enough of those. Or just. Living crystal.”
So, those are, I THINK, all CC canon pairings? (please tell us if we missed anyone or got anyone wrong!) So, here are Mimi’s fan hopefuls!
Koda/Pony - The two are shy and adorable. They have a small army of animal themed kids that can all talk to animals, some better at one species than others.
Ojiro/??? - Ojiro’s Mimi’s favourite character, so there are a few options here:
1) He marries Setsuna (girl who can detach her body into pieces from 1-B) and they have a bunch of kids with Quirks that let them detach their tails/grow multiple tails
2) He marries a lovely Quirkless girl, who works as like, an accountant, and they have many tailed children.
3) He marries Mimi’s OC, Jun Hanayama, who’s Quirk gives her plant control, and plant-based biology (looks like a tree nymph, pointed ears, Hero Name: Persephone), and all their kids look like fae creatures. Total number of kids, 3. (Note: Jun would go to one of the other hero schools, and we made up an older sibling, Aoi Hanayama (Non-Binary), same Quirk, Hero Name: Dryad, who would’ve been in Toya’s class, to continue the joke, of “that year, everyone was "Ele-MENTAL”, badumtish.“)
Again, all are opinions and just thoughts to be shared, feel free to pick, choose, or discard at your leisure!
-
Ahahahahhahaahahaha
Okay we’re going through the list!
Izu/Ocha/Kats/Sho/Kiri - Honestly yeah I could 100% see them getting another kid because they were RIGHT and Izuku just. Yoink. /technically/ you can count them picking Nitaru up by the scruff as ‘adopting another kid’ but idk on that (I feel Izuku would feel responsible for him due to the biological relation, but wouldn’t be sure if this family is ‘right’ for him). Could be a different kiddo though in which case I say one younger than LM.
Hanta/Tenya/Mei - honestly that’s hilarious and I WILL need to retcon some things because my only note is that Gumi has to be the same age as LM.
Momo/Jiro/Denki/Shinso - yeah just about. Shinso is good with no bio kids but he’s always on the lookout for kids who need help out of bad situations.
Eimi/Tsu - Honestly I go back and forth because on one hand I think Tsu would be more down for just a singular kid because like. She loves her siblings and she loves her parents, but she does have some negative feelings over being parentified as the oldest daughter and she doesn’t want to accidentally do that. But also twins aren’t exactly planned, and it’s hard to parentify one if they’re the same age.
Mezo/Fumikage - Yeah they didn’t really plan on kids they were kinda in the ‘well we’re not actively trying and it can’t happen accidentally so 🤷🏻‍♀️’ but then they pick up Nijiko and whoops our daughter now.
Hawks/Toya - Oh yeah I’d 100% say give them a break and any further kids should be something they want and plan for with no fuckery and/or obligations. But yeah they were very much ‘nope! Never!’ until they found out about Hirokazu. Which is a whole mess ofc. But they only have him for a short while (he’s already 15-16 when they get custody so that’s about 2 years tbh). But they do a decent job which is what they were so scared of beforehand and it just clicks in the parental instinct for them so they might look into other kids. (Toya: Wow I really am just like my dad only starting to be a good father in my late 40s.)
Himiko/Tooru - honestly I knew I’d want them to have a kid but I hadn’t yet gotten around to planning out said kid but yeah no I love this Quirk idea!
Mina - Hell yeah single mom vibes!!
Monoma/Tetsutetsu - that is entirely on brand tbh. I will say i’m banning the crystal thing because I have plans for that sort of Quirk(althoguh it’s still in this family lmao)
As for the suggested ones:
On one hand I get where you’re coming from on Koda/Pony on the other hand I feel like they’re gay in opposite directions. But consider Pony/Kinoko for ultimate cottagecore lesbian vibes. (tempted to give them a kid based on The Last Unicorn tbh).
Ojiro darling I NEED to give this boy more attention. Honestly on Quirk alone I’m seeing the potential in the Setsuna one of their kid just being some kinda funky tails that work like a hydra situation. Not sure yet on him. I feel like I need to swing over to him and focus on him and developing a friendship/relationship instead of yeeting random characters together.

At some point, in the distant future(later plot) - Akamei: "HE'S MY SON!" / Hawk: "LIKE HELL!" / Toya: "Ya know, if anything, he's mine." / Akamei: ". . . what." / Toya: "Well, it’s not like YOU'RE the one who helped my fellow Phoenix find his fire." / Akamei: ". . . I'm going to ENJOY killing you." / *Elsewhere* Hirokazu: "NITARU!" / Nitaru: "I'm WORKING ON IT!" / LM: "WHAT THE FUCK-!?" / HK: "SHUT UP, WE'RE TRYING TO SAVE YOUR ASS!" / Deku: "FLIRT LATER, FIGHT NOW!!" / LM: "DAD!"
I hope we're meaning the Hirokazu/Nitaru because any other combination may run into problems.

I mean, yeah, that’s fair. I just really love the dynamic of Akamei having another kid to push Hirokazu. Like, if both Hitori and Miu feel like too much, I’d keep Miu, make her Quirk more “Ashen Harpy”, and work with that. Partly cause I also feel like having ONLY Hirokazu is a bit … not unrealistic exactly, but like, why are he and Nijiko the only “successful” kids (ones who made it to term)? Nitaru has his genetic disorder/supplement thing going on, that makes sense, so like, why not try to make more Hero kids?
But on the subject of other kids in the program, I feel like they TRIED to have more than just Akamei’s spawn. Like, if no one else, they had plenty of Hawks DNA. But I imagine they aren’t just doing basic IVF. They are doing DNA manipulation. Trying to pick and choose the best traits. So, like, they TRIED to have more kids, but given that they’re fucking around with the genome, a lot of them didn’t take. Loads of the volunteers miscarried. Some of the kids were born, but were weak, sickly, and ended up dying. The only kids that survived? The Hawks kids. And like Akamei would definitely play the angle of how her kids are “stronger” than anyone else’s, but part of it is just that they had so much Hawks DNA, they can afford multiple tries.
I would also have, like. Nijiko is oldest, by like … Say a few months? If that? And she would have the least amount fuckery - they barely altered her genome at all. Hirokazu, they would have played around a bit more, done a bit more picking and choosing. Like, Nijiko was stable and all, but the Program wants some heroic ideal. Nijiko’s heavy mutations were probably “not desirable”, so Hirokazu they did more careful selection. When he came out fine, they figured “hey, I guess this means we can pick and choose whatever, right?”
Yeeeeeeah, no. They got lucky with Hirokazu, honestly. The more they manipulate the DNA, the more they pick and choose? The less likely it is that the kid survives to term. The more likely they are to have health defects that impact their survival. Like, Akamei’s kids, she can argue all she likes that it’s cause she’s “better”, and maybe something about her Quirk did make the kids more stable, but otherwise? It’s pure luck.
So … I guess I answered my own question. But I still feel like just Nijiko, Hirokazu and Nitaru are … like. I feel like they need at least one or two others. More than that and, yeah, that starts sounding complicated, but otherwise, it feels like too few. You know?
OR scrap Hitori AND Miu, and make another, younger kid from a different hero (maybe Miruko?) that’s an up and comer (despite being, you know. 7.) and Akamei is pissed this brat seems to be “upstaging Hirokazu(/her)”. (Though now it’s getting complicated, isn’t it?)
-
Honestly my hesitance with it is that they only have so much to work with.
Like. Again, to get technical and kinda gross:
Nitaru was made through the fuckign around with DNA samples to clone. Nijiko and Hirokazu would’ve been made with actual like. Sperm samples they had on hand. Which like. God knows /why/ they collected those samples. My current thought is that the few members of the Commission who wanted this whole build a bear bullshit but kept getting shot down decided to do that just in case they ever got the green light. But they only have so many ‘samples’ to work with.
So between making Nijiko and Hirokazu, various failed attempts(the IVF not being successful in the first place, various complications causing loss of the fetus, etc), and then yeah the couple of projects on altering that resulted in more like Nitaru.... it’s unlikely they’d have anything more. And it’s not like they can get more of those samples!

(For Nitaru - totally fair!)
Akamei I just see as … she’s a total control freak. She needs to be in control all the time. It’s part of the reason she volunteered for the Future Heroes Program in the first place.
Also, I see part of her thing Is, like … Akamei never had control of Hawks, and that drove her INSANE. So, having “his” kids? That’s kind of a power trip for her.
Also, like. I thought more about, like, other kids in the program? And I came up with two (which you may use or not, if they feel like too much, I get it).
Hitori, and Miu - Hirokazu’s younger siblings. Like, Nijiko was the other kid they tried, but her handler/mom took off. Which threw a wrench into making more kids, cause now they’ve gotta interview and scrutinize all potential future handlers to make sure that doesn’t happen again. But Akamei and Hirokazu are working out, so why not just have Akamei do more kids? So you’ve got Hirokazu (male, 15), Hitori (boy, 7) and Miu (girl, 5). All are varying levels of bird/fire quirk. While Hirokazu and Hitori take after their mom a little more, Miu looks a lot like Hawks.
(Hitori’s Quirk: Ashen Wings - User has wings, whose feathers seem to be in a constant state of smouldering, like a banked fire. User can detach feathers, and control them, as well as any ash they create.
Miu’s Quirk: “Harpy”/later: Firebird - user is covered in feathers, has a Harpy physiology, human face [note: wings are on her back, she does have arms]. Currently, does not have an fire based abilities, but her feathers seem to be fire-proof [will later gain the ability to, like Hirokazu, set her feathers on fire, though unlike Hirokazu, will not gain fire-bending abilities. Will be able to “cloak” her body in burning armour.])
While Hirokazu is the kid that’s technically the best the program has come up with (so far), Akamei keeps goading all the kids to compete with each other. If any of them fuck up, well, we can always replace you.
-
You know I’m so fucking tempted to go full Maximum Ride on this shit, but I’m trying to rein in the idea of all these kids. (If only because Hawks feels bad enough about one or two but this many???)
But yeah Akamei never being able to control Hawks veery much gets to her.

CC!NextGen
Ok, this is the LAST ONE I’m doing today, I promise!
Mostly just some general thoughts!
1) Nijiko’s mom wasn’t a handler, but another agent in a similar vein to Hawks, or Lady Nagant, but she wasn’t “public” because she had a less … “friendly” Quirk than they did (ie, She was a mutation type Quirk and HPSC are full of prejudiced assholes). I see her as another kind of bird-related Quirk, but with some minor to moderate aerokinesis (airbending). They were hoping Nijiko would get the wind control, which … gonna be honest, I’m all for giving her that, but I am the kind of person who wants to overload my characters with as much cool shit as possible, so I have NO IDEA if she’s starting to get OP. I mostly wanted to really lean into the Rito reference, soooo … Uh, make it kind of latent? Make it part of how she can fly so fast?
Anyway, uh (name, name … Let’s be obvious!) Kintori (gold bird) spends most of her life working for the HPSC, until she gets drafted into the … Future Heroes? Future Heroes Program (name pending, if you have a better one, PLEASE USE IT). When she has Nijiko, she wants to get out, but struggles to figure out a plan that would get them both out alive. Like, she’s mostly separated from her kid, but like. She wants them both out. In the end, she figures “fuck it, one is better than none” and makes her escape with the main goal of saving Nijiko, which … I mean. She did it!
Kintori’s Quirk was “Canary”. She looked like a Rito-esqe Golden yellow bird. She had airbending abilities, but she didn’t really get many chances to develop them fully.
2) Hirokazu’s Mom, Akamei, WAS a handler before the War - a junior handler that got promoted rapidly afterward because a bunch of people died and they needed bodies in positions. Akamei took full advantage and really rose to the occasion, which would be impressive if she wasn’t, you know, an awful human being who was fully on board with human experimentation. She didn’t get drafted into the FHP, she signed up. Her Quirk is “Greek Fire” (look up Greek fire if you don’t know what that is, it’s really cool), which got passed on to Hirokazu … sort of. Hirokazu is fire-proof, so the program is PRETTY SURE he should have some fire-bending/Todoroki style nonsense, but currently he isn’t displaying it. They are currently trying to see if they can artificially trigger a Quirk Awakening, but not having much luck.
3) Main Doctor (for whom I do not have a name), guy who ends up being the Big Bad? If you’ve ever played Final Fantasy 7, imagine the unholy offspring of Hojo and Franken Stein from Soul Eater. That’s what I’m picturing. Completely unhinged, literally nothing matters except his research and how far he can push it.
4) The 3 kids I said are the “up and comers” - so, like, the Edgelord portion of the project has been put on hold For a variety of reasons. But despite the Nijiko Mishap, Hirokazu is working out great, so they’ve started three other “recruits”. In my head we have an Eraserhead kid (about 7, they also have Eraser), yet ANOTHER Hawks kid (5ish, Hirokazu’s direct sibling - look, they had plenty of access to his DNA), and an All Might kid, who’s like 3. When the whole thing goes boom, Hirokazu and his baby sib get adopted by Hawks and Touya, Eraserkid goes home with either Aizawa or Shinsou, and then the third kid goes home with Monoma and Tetsutetsu. Like, when everyone is raiding this place, Monoma and his metal husband find a sad little blonde baby, and get SUPER ATTACHED. Later, after they find out it’s All Might, Monoma’s just “cool, my kid’s grandpa is All Might!”. Kid is either Quirkless, or has “Mom’s” Quirk (which I did not think about).
(Only other thing of note - Mimi said it, now I can’t unsee it, Eraserkid has a cat mutation. The mom had a very mild cat-related Quirk (“Cat’s Eye”), which became full blown in the kid. Kid has a “third eye” which is the one that can “Erase” other’s Quirks.)
Again, you can take or leave whatever, this is just to share and get the ideas out! : )
-
Okay! Thoughts!
On Nijiko’s mom: Honestly I could go either way but I kinda like the idea of her being a handler but like. While they expected to use the mother-child bond to make the children more obedient, they didn’t realize that the bond would also make the mother feel so much for this child she’s bonded to, especially to the point that she’d try to escape.
Hirokazu’s mom is exactly what I’m imagining thank you lmao.
Also yeah gotta have an unhinged doctor.
I’m debating on the other kids because of what I said previously about the possibility of getting these kids/getting the DNA samples. Because while I could see the Commission having a viable sample for Hawks on hand for creepy ass reasons, getting something for other Heroes is going to be incredibly difficult.

I also have a half-baked idea that, like. During CC!Next Gen, AfO & Yoichi kind of team up, use the last of their own power to fuck over Akamei & DocFrankenstein? Like, they both sort of see themselves in Nitaru, & decide, "Well, this is the first thing we agree on in decades, let’s go be brothers again" & go out flipping the Doc the middle finger. So, Izuku still has all the OTHER Quirks, but OfA & AfO OG Flavour is gone. His own AfO is much weaker, & he can't hold on to Quirks for long.
honestly idk if they'd be any help because they're mostly just haunting Izuku and giving moral support/advice.
I think that he's just kinda stuck with them until he dies.

Ok, THIS IS THE LAST 1! My idea was for there to be at least 1 more Hawks kid from Akamei. Partially because Hirokazu's working out, partly because Akamei wants to push Hirokazu more. & what better (more messed up) way to do that than threaten to replace him with his literal kid brother/sister?
Akamei really saw the Todorokis' dysfunctional sibling rivalry and said "aw sweet I want me some of that but on purpose!!!"
