Made another fankid again, this time with AnHorror!

Meet Sourdough-chan, She was once found in an abandoned bakery somewhere in the forest. She was born from a shooting star (just like Anpanman) and ended up gaining some supernatural yet somewhat uncontrollable abilites She has very big anger issues, so beware if you upset her, she will probably beat you until you stop moving(/hj). One of her abilities is that she can talk and understand Baikinman's minions and are very friendly to her (The Kabirunrun, Yamirunrun, etc...), this is extremely useful because she can stop the minions from attacking her and her friends.

Anpanman and Horrorman found her in that abandoned bakery and decided to raise her and become her parents. Akachanman's part of the family, too. He was adopted by Anpanman and Horrorman!

normaly i tend to hold a grudge against baby characters in anime/cartoons in general

but somehow i do not hold this grudge aganst akachanman

actuly some of my favorite episodes are episodes with akachanman in it

they (akachanman) somehow feel more...genuine?

idk maybe is their design wich is more simple compared with other anime babys that have big ol shiny anime eyes (cough cough hugtan)

maybe its because akachanman feels more like a character instead of a mascot or plot device

idk man but akachanman is just so cute and endeering i cant get myself to dislike them

Akachanman is a cute little baby who is a super strong hero! He often helps Anpanman out, but like any baby he easily becomes tired or distracted. When he becomes hungry or sleepy, he is only as strong as a regular baby. He depends on his friends to care for him even as he fights for them! He is good friends with Milkbouya the milk bottle.

I'll be honest, I'm a little disappointed when you said that Hoshi-chan can't age since I have so many ideas for them, but I'm way more confused than disappointed, like how can't Hoshi-chan age? Is their stars of life are too weak to let them grow up for something? If so, I can't even imagine the others disappointment, especially their dads when they realized that Hoshi-chan can't grow up like a normal kid.

Unless...

I was thinking about ideas and headcanons that related to Hoshi until I'd realized something, didn't Hoshi-chan was borned out of Anpanman and Baikinman wishes literally? And when they died, didn't their dads strong wishes that they didn't literally revived them (and Kaito)?

So I've been thinking, if Anpanman and Baikinman could wishes Hoshi back from the dead, wouldn't them wishing that the little star can grow up be the same?

I appreciate you wanting to learn more about hoshitenshichan… but I will take my directive for them however I please, thank you. This is a character I conditioned to be a certain way, and I will stick to that way.

In the meantime, here are the reasons why Hoshi cannot age.

So Hoshi is quite literally a star and an angel. ‘Hoshi’ meaning ‘star’ and ‘tenshi’ meaning ‘angel’. Hoshitenshichan. In the name! Before Hoshi was a Baby, they were a star of life. And they were the smallest star of life ever. They were small and weak and therefore manifested their body as a baby. If Hoshi was a normal star of life, their body probably would have manifested as an adult. But that is not the case.

They are also forever a baby because Anpanman can’t age past ‘adult’ like… he will have the body of a ‘young adult’ forever. He has reached his maximum capacity for age as far as the show is concerned, and he will never really age into an ‘old man’.

Hoshi is also pretty much eternal… so their body will stay the same forever. (Also also, a lot of people in Anpanman don’t age. Creampanda and Melonpanna aged up a few years after they were introduced, but notice how akachanman never aged even though time passed.)

It would also be very weird because of Frankenrobo. Frankenrobo is quite literally Hoshi’s big brother since Baikinman also made him. … it would be sort of strange for him to one day become their little brother.

There are a lot of reasons Hoshi cannot age, but the biggest reason is just simply they aren’t an organic being. Their body does not work the same way normal living things work. They don’t have organs or blood or anything, they’re a magical entity. One that does not have the capability to age.

In terms of Anpanman and Baikinman’s wish, they cannot wish for anything when it comes to Hoshi. They literally can only wish them to life.

…however, there is a teenage design for hoshitenshichan. It will never happen naturally, though. Even if Hoshi will never age, there is one instance where Hoshi did age up to be a teenager. Baikinman’s baby spray has the opposite affect on Hoshi. Since they’re a baby forever, the baby spray actually ages them up to a teenage age. There was one instance where they didn’t know what it was, accidentally sprayed it on themself, and spent the day as a tall, shiny star teenager. A very confused and scared one, though. he is handsome, kind and calm but sometimes narcissistic lol // someone come fight me and say this is not seokjin

shokupanman also supplies bread for lunches at schools sometime working together with other pan (bread), to produce better bread // someone come fight me for this too;((

Milkbouya is a little baby bottle! He’s always full of hot milk, ready for any hungry baby he happens to meet. Whenever he runs out of milk he can refill at Milk Island. He’s able to fly, holding out his arms like the wings of a little airplane. Although he’s pretty much a baby himself, he often acts as a caregiver for his even babyer friend Akachanman, who depends on him for milk to fuel his baby superpowers. Together these babies are almost unstoppable.
