My goddd, making Dirk an Ajin in an au of sorts has so many possibilities. It could take the angstier route of the anguish of not being able to die, or it could go the fun route of Dirk taking great advantage in the fact that he can't die and just resets and comes back. He could use it for the most dramatic reasons, just cuz he's bored, we know his big self sacrificing ass would use it all the time. God, I may have to make this a future project >:)

Rewatched Ajin: Demi-Human recently and of fuckin course I made an AU with TWEWY characters. Featuring two of my favorite scenes from season 2.

I'm back into COD and I was thinking...what if it was crossed over with Ajin Demi Human? I think I'm cooking with this concept! Umm, to explain, Ajin are immortal basically, but you have to actually die in order to discover that. So if we combine that with sad COD character deaths... YES I'M COOKING HERE! An extra detail is that you also get a little creature you can control that can fight. Each is unique, so I can't really explain them because they're all specific to their creators. But with the main character of Ajin Demi Human, he dies a bunch and learns how to control it (kind of).

And just yeah. It'd work! Plus maybe go watch that anime/or the read the manga. Just 'cause it's underrated.

Uh I gotta draw some art for this sometime.

Oh and the creatures aren't cute. At all. Big scary monsters :) Google them ;)

Keitember 2024 Prompt 26

Angstiest prompt so far: Soulmate AU where you switch bodies with your soulmate on the 18th birthday of the youngest of the pair. Kei and Kai are soulmates. Kei's 18th birthday takes place during the time he was experimented on. Kai has a bad time and when the day is finally over he makes plans to escape prison and get his best friend (and so much more) back.

Izumi in this au was also kept in the laboratory and they got out with Tanaka on their own and decided to throw up the revolution. That might be a mistake to try to fight them when they are together.
