'Prithvi Shaw is not even around': Jadeja warns Shubman Gill after maiden Test century

Shubman Gill scored his maiden Test century on the third day of India’s first match against Bangladesh. The innings extended India’s dominance in the match apart from the fact that it made a strong case for Gill to be retained in the squad even when captain Rohit Sharma returns from the injury that kept him out of the ongoing first Test.

Gill scored 110 off 152 balls, hitting 10 fours and three sixes. New Zealand Defy India's Spinning Trio With Bold Reply

World champions in Test cricket New Zealand defied India’s feared spinners for 41 overs as they ended the second day of the first Test at 129 without losing a wicket after the home team made 345 with Shreyas Iyer stroking a century on debut in Kanpur on Friday.

Ashwin was the ninth out bowled by spinner Ajaz Patel for a timely 38 with five fours.
