That´s such a good and valid idea though. Like you´ve already gotten pretty popular as an idol and you thought that it might be a good idea to pull a stunt like that to gain even more fans ( and of course to make the idol in question very flustered)

Imagine all the idols standing in line to try and get a chance to perform that song with you once they catch wind of you wanting to do that, only to be disappointed because you´ve already decided on the person you want to sing the song with from the very beginning.

They´ve all wanted to have a live concert with you since forever and have begged you to collaborate with them but now the competition is even more serious. I mean, there´s at least one kiss live on stage with you included in the performance! And the way you would gently stroke their face so lovingly too? Oh, it sounds like absolute heaven! They all want to be close to you and this would be the perfect chance to act like a couple in front of thousands of fans. It would also get the public talking about the two of you as an official couple with various media outlets already theorizing that you might have been dating in secret behind the scenes all along.

It´s such a lovely thing to think about! But I think how well this goes would depend on the character in question.

Jun and Hiyori both feel kind of entitled to be performing Trap for You with you. I mean, it´s literally their song so it makes sure that they would be the ones singing it with you, right? They also already got all the moves down perfectly and don´t have to learn the lyrics either. It´s clearly the most logical conclusion, right?

And then there´s someone like Rinne that would not let go of you once after you leaned in for a kiss in the beginning. It doesn´t matter if you actually wanted to go for the kiss or just wanted to pretend you did, he´s going to pull you in and kiss you right on the lips as he wraps his arms around you. He kind of ruins the entire performance because he just boldly makes out with you on stage while the music goes on in the background. He just doesn´t care at all skjflbfl

I actually thought of including Aira sending fan letters to his favorite idol and every time they devolve from excitedly rambling about how much he liked their new songs to what might be considered crazed love confession. But I forgot :/

Ooooh if idol reader was the type of idol to do fanservice like that I feel like Aira might literally faint at some point. The moment when you blew a kiss his way will forever be ingrained in his brain. He blushes so brightly and almost can´t contain himself from yelling out in joy. He does get jealous when you direct that same kind of attention to other fans though

It was really super fun to write because I´ve never really written a fanboy yandere like that and so I got a lot of ideas! :D

today I had a kinda weird dream but I don't remember shit the only thing I remember (very well by the way) is the fact that me and aira were fanboying holding each other's hands and right in front of us was niki and Leo with really really cute smiles and then I woke up I hate it here orz - airabu anon (they were 2d but I don't really remember if I was 2d too? shit was wild)

Abt the niki bday event I player a bit on the tour event and I don't think I got any presents? I played like 4 songs and nothing, and on the jp one I also played the event and got it but eng?? I know that now with the eng release there's ppl that are there mostly for the story and all but i just played the jp bcs its a rhythm game with pretty cards so now that everyone is talking abt it i went "oh, most ppl just play hard/easy" bcs i play rhythm games for so long that i forgot its not really that normal to play on expert? i think? coiahnoidgnao in expert mode i got most if not all songs full combo'ed already, but the special ifhsoifa its fun but its really hard, esp the ones with a delay god i hate those except for falling in love its wonderland, got a b but close to a gihgaoi i play that on a daily basis to hopefully get a full combo (i just end up dying tho) - airabu anon

When I was starting out I also mainly played it for the rhythm game and because I liked the songs but I quickly also grew interested in the characters once I found out about the translations but it definitely got harder when all of the translations were taken down from the wiki and no one knew where exactly to read the past stories again, was very sad

I think for me one advantage might be that I've played love live school idol festival in the past so enstars music wasn't my first rhythm game. I was able to move on from easy/normal difficulty pretty quickly thanks to that past experience!

I mostly play on expert now as well and am able to full combo up until around level 27 I'd say. Higher difficulty songs still scare me fnfnd ESPECIALLY special mode.

I tried Miwaku geki when it was first released, thought it wasn't physically possible for a human being to full-combo and then stayed away from that special mode for a long time fnfnd

Then I tried fallin love it's wonderland special mode and was like "wtf is this, who designed this??" and died inside ( and in the game dndj)

And yeah absolutely! It makes me so sad to see how little people appreciate an artist's work to just use their artwork for your own things without asking or any credit. Reminds me of nightcore videos and asmr roleplays having thumbnails of random anime artworks without any kind of credit given

As for the submit posts thingy, I'm actually not 100% sure about that myself. I don't think I've ever used it but I think usually people use it to send in pictures? As in fanart or other similar things. But as I've said, I don't really have any experience on it, sorry 😅
