Air fryer tonkatsu! Honestly, getting an air fryer has been very helpful with cooking as a disabled person makes things so much easier!

Air Fryer Parmesan Chicken
sheesh... I need a better picture for this for sure
INGREDIENTS:
bonesless, skinless chicken breast
flour
1 egg
progresso breadcrumbs (or any crispy coating of your choice)
paprika
garlic salt
black pepper
baking spray
For the topping:
jar sauce
mozzerella cheese (shredded)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika.
Coat chicken with flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Optionally, can season the flour as well.
Air fry for 375 degrees 10 minutes on one side, then about 5 minutes on the other.
Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Put back in air fryer, oven, or microwave until cheese and sauce is melted.
Serve over pasta. Would be good with a side salad too, I just didn't have any.
Notes: 03/31/2024 - Basically like making tonkatsu. Tastes good, it's fried. Works with fish as well. Can experiment with different kinds of cheese too.
SOURCE: NONE!! ME!! I invented this
