Meet Mikołow high school students that came for Euro week in Słoneczna hotel, Poland this round. You know the world is such a small place. Coincidentally about 2 years ago, one of our Ethiopian @aiesecethiopia @aiesec_in_eiabc1 exchange participant Kidist was in their school to do presentation about Ethiopia. I felt so happy and proud to know that each small impact we make where ever we are, it is relevant! World peace is a process. It is indeed a ripple effect in a sea. Whatever type of droplet you leave, it either destroys or saves it. “Don’t worry about a thing, every little thing is gonna be alright.” This is perhaps the most poignant and oft quoted lyric by Marley, and it sums up a great way to think about worry, stress, and anxiety. When times are tough it’s easy to get caught up in worry and dread, and think that it’s not going to turn out well. But everything was alright, is alright, and will be alright, it’s just a matter of getting yourself to believe it. The specificity that he uses here, getting down to every little thing, is the part that really drives this home. Not just the big picture will be alright, but all of the details as well. Believe it!
