what 9 years of casually doing art does to a mf ✨🖌️

2023 redraw from one of my first digital drawings from 2014 (pretty sure that was before i had my first tablet and finger on phone art didnt exist yet so this was made with mouse on my laptop and was therefore the beginning of me fucking up my wrist for the rest of time kekw) and i know i was so proud of this it was my pfp for a long time time after and just isn't it fucking cute to see ?? baby artists being proud of their work was and will always be awesome and like if i havent been proud of it then i definitely wouldn't be where i am today with my art hehe

also while i am glad at one point i understood that there is a system behind drawing clothing folds and they arent just random lines literally,,, anywhere?? ngl the character design itself kinda popped off?? like i only switched two of the hair tie beads around but other than that kept it the exact same so 16 year old me had a point there with the gray shirt and weird double bandanas of all things

anyway this was the first drawing i finished for the calendar so this is already a couple months old really but alas its still really cute i love the vibe so much also the lineart is just /chef's kiss/
