Made this for anyone interested in my poly!ilichil x oc book~~ This is the kind of dad they all are with their daughter, Reyna. If you guys have any questions, my asks are open! Hope you enjoy!

Johnny - suburban dad Makes everyone's food, packs Reyna's school bag, asks about her day, gets her settled in her car seat and makes sure she’s safe, gets her after school snacks. He’s the one on all her paperwork, so he’s gotta be there for everythingggggggg-- Dance recitals, sports games, pre-k graduation, etc.

Taeyong - tired dad Falls asleep everywhere in the house with Reyna laying on top of him. He didn’t get to spend much time with her when she was a baby because of his enlistment, so he does a lot to make up time with her now. Likes to spoil her with expensive gifts. Teaches her to dance. Front row for all of her school events and performances so he can record and take pics like an embaeassinglty proud dad.

Yuta - fashionista dad Picks out all of Reyna's outfits, buys all of her clothes, very critical of the outfits the other boys try to put her in whenever he's not around. Goes with her to the hair salon to make sure the stylist doesn’t fuck up his daughter’s hair— Loves to wear matching outfits with her omfg….. Very casual, so he only picks her up when she runs over to him and asks. Teaches her to speak Japanese, insists that she only speaks Japanese when talking to him. Takes her to Japan whenever she's on break from school. Loves to take her to concerts, having her run on stage before the show starts and the stadium is empty, making sure her noise cancelling headphones are snug on her head every time he runs off stage between sets, etc. Average rockstar dad things.

Doyoung - cuddle bug dad If he can’t sleep, he’ll steal Reyna from Ahri’s room and sleep with her in his room. He loves to watch her run around in her princess costumes omfg. He loves to make her laugh because he thinks her laugh is the cutest thing in the whole wide world-- She has a bright, wide, gummy laugh just like him. He’s just all around supportive. Buys stuffed animals for her, specifically bunnies. He does the chores around the house, he takes Reyna when Ahri needs a break, he helps Johnny with paperwork and any tasks for Reyna, etc. Basically just the back bone to everyone else’s dad traits.

Jaehyun - bestest dad in the whole world Loves to hold her and carry her around the house. Loves cuddling with her and watching movies with her. He takes her to work in the years before grade school starts, then he starts taking her on holidays and weekends when Yuta doesn't steal her away to Japan. He’ll have her run around practice rooms, sit in the board room chairs that are too big for her, watch as he records music in the music booths, etc. If he could take her everywhere, have her attached to his hip 25/8, he would. He loves doing everything with her.

Jungwoo - silly dad Sneaks her snacks, takes her to do fun things. Is very protective and will bat off all the little kids who try to flirt with her on the playground. Cries on her first day of school. Play date dad-- Drops her off at the other parents' houses, scopes out if it's safe or not, runs the interrogations (He will interrogate the kids, too, no one is safe from protective dad!Jungwoo). If it's a sleepover, he'll overpack her bags and sit in the car in the driveway for, like 10 min, worrying about her before he finally goes home.

Mark - late bloomer He’s figuring it out, he just needs more time… He’s a lil scared…. But when he’s missed her lots after tour or something, he’ll fight everyone else to hold her in his arms for hours to days on end. Haechan has a folder full of pictures and videos of Mark and Reyna sleeping or playing together. When Mark and Hyuck are on tour and he bring up missing her, Hyuck will pull out his phone.

Haechan - the most girl dad to ever girl dad Bro is obsessed with Reyna even before she’s born ok. Buys her everything she wants. Plays silly games with her. Will dress up as a princess for tea time. Makes silly faces with her as their silent love language. Spoils her to Hell and back because he doesn't want her to lift a single finger ever. If one of the boys tries to give her chores to do, Haechan will do them for her, even though he hates doing chores. Teaches her bad habits because it’s fun for them to do together even tho Ahri and Johnny beg him not to…

yasuo and ahri are not ship bait they are not fanservice they are LITERALLY!!!!! FUCKING MEANT FOR EACH OTHER. they are the only people who can understand each other’s pain. who can help the other get better. the only sides of this argument ive seen are “they’re only in ruined king and together because they’re popular, conventionally attractive characters” and “they like each other because they’re nice to each other” and, while both of these statements are fact, they do not in any way fully encompass their relationship.

first, we have to understand that yasuo and ahri’s relationship is about recovery. even putting the fact that ahri’s character serves as an allegory for addiction aside, we know that they are both deeply, deeply traumatized and mentally ill people. first of all, at several different points across league canons we can see that they suffer from severe post-traumatic nightmares.

second, they share very negative, unhealthy mentalities: they’re plagued by guilt, loneliness, utter hopelessness about their future, and self-deprecation because they believe their pasts to be entirely their fault, despite them being, largely, simply accidents or bad luck.

so they are both suffering people. this on its own is not really significant: virtually every league champion is traumatized in some way or another. but the thing that really drives the importance of their relationship home is the fact that their stories are just…fundamentally so similar.

yasuo and ahri are both people who have been ostracized from society their entire lives. yasuo was always seen as fundamentally “different” from other children, never fit in right, and was too wild for the people of his temple (which has a lot of implications. but that’s an entire other can of worms)—and when he was older, he was shunned as a criminal, and then, even after his name was cleared, as untrustworthy. and though she belonged at the beginning of her life, leaving her tribe meant leaving the safety and stability of vastayan civilization for the oppression and ridicule of the human one.

but even despite all this, the two of them always had someone who would be there for them: yone and ahri’s lover, of course. these were the only two people who understood them. who reassured when it came to their faults, who were always there for them. their family. and, of course, the two of them died by yasuo and ahri’s own respective hands. and so ahri and yasuo are all alone in a world that wants them dead, where they belong nowhere and have no one, where they blame themselves so deeply for everything that has happened to them that they cannot live with themselves. yasuo turns to alcoholism for comfort. ahri isolates herself so she will never harm anybody again. at least yasuo has taliyah for a short while, but it is inevitable when she leaves, too, reminding him that she will always have a family to protect, to come home to, and he never will again. they are so lonely and, in their minds, so deeply irredeemable, that they cannot form real connections with anyone.

and so their chance meeting is so fucking incredible for the two of them because they KNOW the feelings that the other is going through. they understand. and the thing is that their initial opinions of each other are not built off of the reductionist boxes that society has built both of them into: ahri does not know that yasuo is the unforgiven murderer because she does not spend time with humans. yasuo does not know that ahri is a vastaya because she is deliberately concealing her appearance. these are the two things that have MADE them so alone all of these years, and yet they get to know each other and learn to care for each other without these barriers in the way. and when they DO find out it means nothing, because they know what it’s like to be so isolated, and they will not martyr the other—even if they do it to themselves.

ahri goes to bilgewater to find out more about her family. yasuo leaves ionia because he is no longer shackled by his brother’s ghost now that he knows yone has returned to the living realm, NOT because he no longer feels guilt. ahri hires a bodyguard to keep her in check so she will not hurt humans upon her reintroduction to society. their meeting is purely coincidental.

and. of course. at the heart of the matter. they do “like each other because they are nice to each other.” because they have not felt kindness like that in so, so fucking long. they are the only people who show each other that gentleness. yasuo had taliyah but she was just a kid, a girl who was lost and lonely who he had to take care of. yasuo and ahri can take care of each OTHER. when ahri gets overwhelmed he is not afraid to touch her, ground her, ask her what’s wrong. when she brings up her loneliness he is the first to say you are not alone because we are here with you—i am here with you. when he fights his brothers ghost she knows what is happening right away. she knows he will be fine. she trusts him to make it out.

and i think that ahri saying that he reminds her of her dead lover is not superficial or clichéd—it shows how deeply they understand each other. yasuo is bitter and sad and lonely, sarcastic and oftentimes sardonic, but we know he wasn’t always like this. as a child he was overexcited, confident, young and free and loved his brother. he still is that person, in a way: deep down he is gentle. he treats his elders with respect and care. he finds a lost taliyah and his first instinct is to take care of her, to make up for failing his brother by saving her. he does not hate riven even after he finds out the truth, because he, too, knows the power misfortune can have. and ahri REALIZES all of this. BECAUSE THEY LOVE EACH OTHER. HE REMINDS HER OF HER DEAD LOVER, WHO WAS OUTWARDLY KIND AND GENTLE, BECAUSE SHE KNOWS WHO HE IS ON THE INSIDE. THE PERSON HE HAD TO BOTTLE UP TO COUNTERACT A DECADE’S WORTH OF LONELINESS. AND HE FINDS OUT WHAT SHE’S DONE AND HE ISNT AFRAID. BECAUSE HE KNOWS WHO SHE REALLY IS, TOO. HE KNOWS WHAT HER HEART IS MADE OF. HOW LOVING IT REALLY IS.

and, yes, it IS a little bit stupid that they’re in ruined king. i don’t necessarily think that their character growths relied on traveling to bilgewater; they easily could’ve been handled differently. and, yes, maybe they were initially paired up because they’re popular, attractive characters. but this is so small. so insignificant. when you consider what makes their relationship special. they are just what the other needed. they are what they need to heal. to look to the future with hope. and that means so much

Question for the RK AU, if that's alright? Bit of a loaded question but I'm curious. How did the gang get together?

Ok welcome back dearies i wasnt dead i was wandering my head around this ask.

Its been some time i dont write coherently i made some notes but here it is:

Illaoi's mother and Pyke's parents attended the same church since they were kids hence why they know each other, althrough Pyke grew to reject the religion Illaoi is still very passionate about it, they both attended the same school as kids. Abigail knew Illaoi's mother and so Sarah and Illaoi became friends in the sense of 'that one kid we play with at the park while moms are having their coffee'.

At the same time both Illaoi's mother was aware of Abigail's relation with Gangplank's family was troublesome. Pyke wouldnt tag alone to Illaoi and Sarah playdate at the park until his mother gave permission for him to go always accompanied by Illaoi's mom. Making them a 'trio' of funny kids but it was rare ocassions Pyke was allowed to tag along.

In the meantime Braum doesnt live on the same city but in a village close by the mountains around 4-5 hours of car far from the main city. Lives with his family and there's not really much educational opportunities, to wich parting to the city was an idea Braum developed early on his early teenhood age.

Yasuo lives with his mum, dealing with the passing of his father figure (something he will later relate to Sarah's pain). His relation with his brother Yone slowly withered by the pass of time and as the new reality of single parenting and death of a loved one settled, they dont interact much now despite living under the same roof, althrough Yasuo has good relationship with his mother.

Yasuo and Ahri (and thecnically Yone too) met on the conservatory where their parents enrolled the kids when they were young. Ahri is an adopted child who lives on the outskirt of the city in a more privileged household. There she learned to play violin, while Yasuo learned to play the flute, they technically know each other since they're kids but never really spoke, just Ahri ocasionally waving at both brothers and Yasuo responding back with a waving of his own, a small crush he started to feel during those ages he tried to supress.

After highschool they all enrolled to the same school for baccalaureate (...thats what word reference says, but im unsure if thats understandable. Basically after highschool where you pick either art/science/humanities to then go to the university or other more complex studies).

Wich made Braum finally move in the city by renting a flat alongside other students in the city. After Abigail's death, Sarah lives by herself under the roof of a students residence. Illaoi still lives with her mom and her mom's partner. Ahri can come by car first driven by her parents and eventually by herself once she gets her liscence. Yasuo remains the same aswell as Illaoi. Pyke decides to leave his parent's home for independence, a hard decision that made him work part time while also doing his studies and renting a flat with the little money he makes.

By the time school year starts Sarah and Illaoi already know each other, alongside with Pyke to wich they catch up on all the stuff that has been going on. Yasuo stumbled upon Ahri on the same classroom, and decided to sit together to be comfortable around the new students, althrough this made Yasuo's crush develop even more. Braum, despite not knowing anyone, remained cheerful and kind.

They all coincide on the same classrooms in general subjects. On specific subjects Sarah wants to study any branch related to politics, to wich she chose humanities subjects, wich made her stumble upon Braum, who also chose the same subjects for him to study child education. Althrough his personality seemed to crash to Sarah still mourning soul, he actually manages to crack a smile on Sarah, enjoying to have him around and as a support for these subjects while everyone is on other branches. After the firsts days of classes she presents Braum to both Pyke and Illaoi and accepted him as part of the group.

The others decided to go for science focused subjects to study different branches after it. Pyke goes for marine biology as Illaoi decides for personal training studies (like P.E. teacher/gym trainer etc), sitting together. Curious about the oddly shaped bags Yasuo and Ahri carries around for conservatory after class, Illaoi asks what instruments they play. Marbeled by the music Illaoi grew fond of the pair of students, while Yasuo's unability to pick what to study and his lazy personality struck a cord on Pyke, wich also made them to group in, while Ahri is interested in studying psychology. Eventually the group consolidated as now they sit togehter on the general subjects, Yasuo's love for alcohol made Sarah quickly friend him, aswell as Ahri cheeky but sweet personality made everyone quickly accept her to the group aswell.

Is this a school/highschool/university/whatever AU? yes and no. Althrough school is a good chunk of it i dont want to focus entirely on it. They have silly shenanigans inside and outside the school and i dont want the school to be the only escenario, althrough its the place the group consolidated.

for   when   she   dismantles   her   guard   and   releases   the   mirage   on   her   shadow   ,   it   distorts   and   takes   on   the   form   of   a   slinking   nine   tailed   fox   of   massive   proportions   ,   far   larger   than   her   small   figure   should   be   able   to   achieve   .   it   seems   to   gesture   on   it's   own   accord   ,   tails   flicking   and   swaying   when   she   herself   displays   no   such   movement;   fangs   baring   as   ahri   herself   restrains   her   expression   ,   as   if   it   were   a   reflection   of   her   inner   thoughts   ,   uncontrollable   .

to   reveal   her   shadow   would   be   a   dead   giveaway   to   ahri's   true   nature   ,   and   so   a   bit   of   subconscious   magic   envelops   her   at   all   times   to   keep   it   under   veil   .   after   all   ,   in   key   moments   where   she   otherwise   hides   her   identity   ,   ahri's   vicious   nature   could   be   her   trump   card   .

A new face in a place it didn't belong. Too pretty.

To be fair, the Strychnine Theater wasn't much of a place for anyone else either, littered with garbage and the residue of crimes so flagrantly committed. Bastards gutting addicts, the sickly and forgotten dying in the halls, the whipcracks of elemental magic cratering already crumbling walls, new and old bloodstains scuffing up blackstone and aged linoleum, drug dealers slinging their merch, men and women alike selling themselves for even a chance at putting food on the table-- It was a train wreck so front-and-center, anyone new to the place would never be able to pick out gothic architecture and grander design that once was elegant and beautiful, clean and proper. Days long past anyway, to be sure, but a shame that so lofty a house would become a ruin infested with the uglyness the underground had to offer - there was more than just a shoddy list of what was happening right then, in that particular moment. It was a slow day in the first place - typical of a Tuesday.

He had his eyes trained on her, however, though it wasn't out of concern for her safety. Rather, amusement, entertained by the hardness of her brow and the curiosity flashing in her gaze; She was obvious, but she put on a certain air - either she was foolish and didn't know what she was getting herself into, or she had a bag of tricks and the power to back it all up. Odds were on the latter, such confidence in her step. It was only a matter of time before some lesser creature approached her, challenged her, harassed her; This place wasn't known for its mercy, let alone toward women, and while he was unprincipled and wildfire in shifter form, that was abhorrent enough on its own - enough to pry him from his seat at the table, draw away from a deal already made and make a bee-line straight for her before anyone else ever had a chance.
