i feel that tumblr is very much a chain of “i wish my followers and mutuals interacted with me” while not actually reaching out to their mutuals and the people they follow because they assume they don’t want to hear from them even though this is a social website and most of us very much do want to hear from one another but it’s the fatal human need to Not Make The First Move that stops interaction and closeness i guess

ok tumblr friends i need advice, if i moved blogs would you guys follow me on the new one? ive had this particular account since 2014, cycling through a lot of interests with varying levels of embarrassment, and because i’d somewhat abandoned this blog for a year or so i have a lot of inactive followers/following so i kind of feel a need to start fresh... is remaking difficult? how do i make sure everyone here finds me at my new account? things like that
