I get incredibly anxious when receiving private messages without warning , so please just ask me beforehand weather or not I’m down to chat either in my inbox or my blogs , or just say something other than just “hi” in the message ! 4. Favorite character/subject that's a bitch to draw

Hollow Knight characters. You'd think they'd be simple but nooooooo, the horns are SO hard and proportions never look quite right. Either them or Hau Thor, who's design was made exclusively to kill me.

11. Do you listen to anything while drawing? If so, what?

Depends on the time of day. At night, it's music. Recently it's been a lot of Fallout Boy or P!aTD, but musicals are also a huge thing though I bet you know that from Riftcord.

If it's during the day, I'll put a video essay or Spigg video in the background. Music is very rare during the day, but if it is playing, it's almost always a video game OST or a Moti cover of it. And then if I'm drawing in public, I don't listen to anything but the background noise of the area I'm in.

26. What's a piece that got a wildly different interpretation from what you intended?

Hard to say. I don't really get feedback on drawings, so other people having different interpretations of it isn't something I get. Or, I intentionally draw it to be misleading/have different interpretations, but that's mostly for art that has to do with a story/project, such as Dnd campaigns or a certain Ahit fanfiction.

That being said, there's been a couple drawings where the end result is so wildly different that I interpret it differently than how I wanted to. I once drew some art of an OC, Kit, who's for a superhero story I worked on with some friends. It was supposed to be a badass, saving-the-day kinda thing, and ended up the exact opposite: She ended up looking extremely villainous. It worked out though, because that inspired me to write a villain arc for her and it's to this day one of my favorite villain characters I've made.

NEW HAUNTED HATS CHARACTERS?!..... They’re not what you’d expect!

So you know how Sand N Sails is included in the AU? I’ve been thinking about what exactly I want to do with it. Instead of bringing in already existing characters, I want to give Sand N Sails it’s own little reboot after being unused in AHIT. So that’s what I did!

Sand N Sails is home to not only Thor and Tim’s other workshop, but also the Rat Kingdom. The kingdom of rats! Ruled over by the Rat Kingdom! The kingdom is made out of debris from the fallen civilizations of the desert long ago, but the rats found it and have been living there ever since.

Not trying to make Haunted Hats an OC fest, it’s not, but I wanted to be creative and give it something brand new. Rat King himself can work for both Haunted Hats AND A Hat in Time.

Rat King is a smug [insert curse word here] who relaxes in his life of being king of the rats. He’s grumpy and and rude, but he’s also a crybaby when it comes to not getting what he wants or when he watches sad movies. He’s a subtle softie, but has learned to harden and be rude over the years of being king of the rats. He’s set an example to act this way, and now all the rats are like that and even rude to him, so he has to keep things that way.

The Rat Kingdom was blessed with a magical spell that allows them and their kingdom to grow to human size in the night while they are regular small size in the day. Due to this, many rats have adapted being nocturnal so they can go out at night. When Rat King gets his grubby little rat hands on the Time Pieces and realizes what they can do, he makes a plan to use them to freeze time in his kingdom so they can stay human size forever. Unfortunately, Beta and Mask can’t allow that.

I can’t necessarily say what Rat King’s theme would be considering... he’s a brand new character, I created him. All I can say is that his theme would have some motifs from the couple of Sand N Sails related songs the Wowl Band plays? You know, Sand N Sails Village, Sand N Sails Heatgust, and Sand N Sails Cave Rave. He and the overall theme for the kingdom would have motifs from those. Probably from Heatgusts the most. Rat King’s theme for himself would be regal for a king, but bossy and annoying to fit him. The music would need to sound fitting for a sketchy rat.

Then we have The Knight. (He’s inspired by the concept art of Hat Kid that looks like.. a boy Hat Kid in the mirror? With a sword?) He’s the Rat King’s right hand man! He’s an alien from another planet. He came to Earth years ago on a search for his runaway sister (you may know her...) but never found her. But he did find the Rat Kingdom, where he proved his skill and the Rat King enlisted him as a knight. To this day, he’s still the best swordsman the Rat Kingdom’s got, even if he isn’t a rat.

Knight is confident yet easily flustered. He finds it easier to relax when sparring with a sword. He’s a bit of an idiot (notasmuchasSamorThor), positive guy and always friendly despite his job. He misses his sister dearly and still hopes she’s out there. .....I guess he didn’t check Subcon hard enough.

Not entiiiirely sure what his music would be like? He’d have a lot of Hat Kid motifs, like I said with Collector. There’s just too much to pick one. His theme would be chill, a little triumphant since he’s a knight? But a not ENTIRELY confident, he’s a little unsure of himself, but there’s still confidence.

Okay, It’s AHIT OC time!!

Name: Bush Boy (alter: Thornsbane)

Species: Tree/bush spirit

Height: 8ft 6in (but varies when emotion takes over him)

Weight: 337 lbs

Personality: A kind, gentle giant and gentleman with mysterious properties that make him. He has a child-like sense of wonder and the curiosity to go along with it, A very emotional creature that acts on emotion and reflex most of the time. (oh how can I forget that he is so CUTE AHHHH!)

Likes: nature, friends, dancing, singing, meeting new people, playing inside the forest, games

Dislikes: Pollution, People who hate, fighting, talking too much, using his power to hurt people, forest fires, people who hurt the forest

Bio: Before he died, he was teen training to become a royal knight when the Prince(snatcher) and Princesses Venesa were only small children. He had a loving family (that was poor, unfortunately) with a little sister he loved with all his heart, a girlfriend who loved him, and a part-time job working in an orphanage. On top of wanting to protect a king, he knew that the only way to provide for his family was to become a night since the orphanage lowered their pay during the years. His family supported his decision and he trained every night to become a knight material until the king started recruiting men to be a knight. After years of training, the king started to recruit men and he was the first in line to show his bravery, loyalty, and strength to the king. After hours of interviewing, fighting royal guards, and showing complete respect to the king, he got the job. He was astonished that he made through the hundreds of men who applied.

After months of learning how to be a knight, he was already making the money his family needed. Happy for them and proud of himself that he was a knight in training, he trained even harder to be one of the best until he passed out from exhaustion (when I say exhaustion, I MEAN exhaustion, he didn’t sleep at all). He was nursed back to health by the royal nurses, but while he was in a stage of discouragement and weakness, he met the young Prince who for some reason wandered into the room where he was being healed. The Prince and he started to know each other after some time of healing and became friends. The young Prince would watch him train and get stronger as he watched the Prince find his true calling, to work in the law, and become a lawyer. They both grew up, Prince almost ready to go to law school and alive Bush (not his name when he was alive I promise XD) Becoming the knight he always wanted.

(Okay, alive Bush has met the princess since he worked at her kingdom but he didn’t socialize with her that much since the king wouldn’t allow her to befriend a knight. But he did talk to her time to time, but he was much closer with the Prince)

Once the Prince was ready to leave, the knights were set out to defeat a wizard who was seen creeping in a forest not too far from the kingdom so alive bush and a handful of knights were to fight off the wizard and kill him. As they set out, alive Bush was unable to say goodbye to the Prince before he went out into the forest with no chance of making it out alive. Bush and the knights found the wizard and fought him off. The knights were no match though, the wizard was very powerful and killed many of them. When the knights were dead and alive Bush was the wizard’s only obstacle, they fought till the end. Fighting for what seemed to be hours, alive Bush became half exhausted and the wizard killed him and left his body as well as the others for the wolves. That same night, the forest was powered by the wizard that always came to the forest for magic. The forest saw what happened to the knights and Bush so it took the knights and made them part of it, as for Bush, he was given something more than the others, he was given a new life as a creature that protected the forest from people like the wizard and others who would hurt the forest. Scared and confused, he didn’t know what was going on. In the pale shine of the moon, he saw what he had become something that was strange, tall, bushy, and wooden. Right when he was freaking out calling for the other knights, the forest told him he must go in deeper and forget his life of being human. He couldn’t help but think of his family and the Prince. He acted on his emotion and tried to run out of the forest, but the forest kept from escaping and making it seem the forest went on forever. After many attempts of trying to get out of the forest, he stopped and finally did what the forest wanted. As he walked deeper into the forest, he grew taller and shrubs grew with the lower limbs of his arms and legs. He stayed awake all night walking into the forest wishing to see his life again the deeper he went inside. Dawn came peeking over the horizon of trees and leaves, making him feel something he never felt before about the forest, a feeling of love and respect for the forest. He grew a small flower that wrapped around his chest as the sun rose and touched him. He slowly forgot his grief about his family and the Prince, and opened his eyes to the forest as the forest revealed itself to him. Bush now saw what the forest wanted, it wanted him to help it survive just as it helps everything inside of it survive. He started to know the forest as his mother and his new name. He started to be one with the forest and what she offered him. The love, protection, and beauty of the forest kept him going as the days went by of him grew accustomed to protecting her and the creatures from dangers the entered with harmful intentions. Years have gone by since Bush has seen anyone from the kingdom he once knew, until two girls walked along a forest trail, talking about the prince’s death. Bush overheard and felt something come over him, almost like a fog of sadness and sorrow, but he didn’t know what it meant since he forgot about his past life. He spent weeks trying to piece together why he had these feelings even though the forest didn’t want him to remember. As months go by of feeling this way, his heart ached and became shriveled and he formed into something from these feelings and shattered memories, Bush became Thornsbane.

I caved. Here we go. Let’s look at my AHiT OC!

Once upon a time...

   A young Princess ran a small kingdom, and her right hand and sole confidant was her dear Lady Red Knight. It was Lady Red Knight’s duty to protect the kingdom and village in which she lived, and she took her job very seriously.

   Soon, the Princess fell in love with a Prince, to which Lady Red Knight swore:

   “As you are of this kingdom, I too shall protect you.”

   Lady Red Knight stood guard and listened to the Princess as she continued to worry and worry more about her Prince. Though why, Lady Red Knight could not tell. Was the Princess truly losing her grip?

   Once the Prince returned from his studies, the Princess instructed Lady Red Knight to guard the forests, making sure he would not leave. And of course, she obliged.

   She patrolled and patrolled, until a loud cry came from the castle. Lady Red Knight ran as fast as she could, but caught a glimpse of what was happening...

   Lady Red Knight snuck down to the dungeon’s window, and spoke once more:

   “...As you are of this kingdom, I too shall protect you.”

   And thus began Lady Red Knight’s coup on the Princess. She rallied together a small group of townsfolk and stormed towards the castle, determined to stop the twisted Princess from going too far.

   However...

   The Princess was ready, and her Knight was no match. Throat slashed and body bashed, the Princess banished her remains back to woods to patrol them for all eternity.

   Several years passed, and no one knew what became of the once glorious champion...

   However, a mysterious creature, consumed by the darkness and swathed in a brilliant red roams the tangle of forest. It is said she challenges those she crosses to a sword fight, murmuring something about a promise she’d failed to keep...

   They call this monster the Night Knight.

Hello, I hope you are all having a wonderful day/night. I'm currently looking for someone to roleplay with as it is late and I cannot sleep. I'm sure you've all been there. I've been role-playing for three years. I am into Hollow knight,Ahit,pokemon,portal, and naruto. I have plots for HK and Ahit but I have Ocs for the rest and I can think up of plots if need be.

Please be 18+ as I am near that age range and I don't want any immature rp partners.

I don't care if you play as an Oc or CC for hollow knight and the rest. I only request CC characters for Ahit. A snatcher or moonjumper would be ideal. Gender swaps are okay aswell. Also I require 10+ sentences per reply as I like to write a lot and I expect my rp partner to do the same.

I allow NSFW,gore,angst,fluff and romance. I don't care about swearing either. I allow all those things as very little offends me.
