The part where alt. Shadow comforts Sonic, hugged him and even soothed his quills is just. /screams at pillow

ALSOOOO lifting up his mask and seeing the new scars littered on his face </3 reader would probably be so worried and ask “does it still hurt?” AHHHH it’s past 12 AM but this man has had such a grip on me the whole day. It's the strangest part of writing interactive fiction. I have no idea who sees what. Like--both the shelter and funeral routes are different if the player goes in wanting to confront Jay/Ravi than if they pick any of the other options. Jay's family lore is even further buried in that confrontation route.

I didn't want to comment my reply again on the civilian dazai fic but OMG FYO IT WAS REALLY GOOD

I will say it deffo felt much light hearted and had a friday fellthan waterloo and even wykyk but I think that's cause the ��️drama✨️ btwn them hadn't started yet and also the fact that I know they aren't doomed by the narrative (you) this time 💀

But I am liking the way it is going it already has me hooked and I am so very excited 😊 and God damn I LOVE love the reader so much. She's much more badass and ahhhh dazai is so cute and pathetic I lub him <3

Also fun fact after my 3 hour exam and after 2 sleepless nights, I did the exam well and came rushing home and held myself to read this awesomeness before sleeping for like 8 hours straight. When I woke up I read it again not in a sleepy haze to get the full experience XD that's how much I love your quality top notch fics

I think the reader's ability is a great and beautiful choice. It's not overpowering to change the plot or invite plot holes but powerful enough to impact everyday life. It really keeps me asking if the reader is using her ability on a certain situation or not and I really love that feature.

AHHHHHH I'M SO GLAD U ENJOYED IT ive had soooooo much fun writing civzai and pmreader. IT'S DEFINITELY MUCH MORE LIGHTHEARTED THAN ANY OF THE OTHER SERIES SO FAR but don't worry the drama starts in the next chapter LOLLLL and it doesn't slow down from there. THEY DON'T DIE THO i feel like i have to say this every time LOLLLLL

YESSSSS PM READER IS SO FUN TO WRITE like she's alwaysssss fun to write but it's particularly fun being able to write her from the viewpoint of dazai as a civilian who isn't like used to seeing her already. like she's very similar in the original universe but dazai has known her for so long there that he's become used to her yk, meanwhile this dazai sees her in a very fresh light if u get what i mean. it's the change in perspective that's so fun to write here

AND OMG IM GLAD - i was so conflicted about how to phrase/what to make her ability because i didn't want to make it too op but at the same time .. she's a port mafia executive, she needs to have a pretty notable ability, and then i was like wait ... her whole thing is politics and negotiations, so obviously it has to be something along the lines of fucking with ppl's minds/brains, but i needed to obviously whittle that down because mind control is just too ridiculous, so i got the idea of her being able to like induce emotions + states onto people BUT they're able to draw themselves out of it if they have the strength for it.

some things are easier to brush off, but other things aren't. like she can put people to sleep with her ability and they can't really drag themselves out of that because now they're sleeping, and inducing fear in particular is pretty hard for people to draw themselves out of because it spirals quickly. but for negotiations and stuff, when she's making them feel as if she's more trustworthy/more susceptible to taking bad terms, she has to be SO careful & calculated with her every word because any small thing could make them double take and jar them out of the induced state.

actually, in civzai universe, it's going to be really interesting because without dazai there to stop chuuya from using corruption, reader and chuuya had to figure out a way to knock him out of it themselves - which they DID and it involves her ability but it's SOOOO dangerous for her so they end up not really using corruption often. this actually comes up in the next chapter

Hey there 💞 I was rereading Strawberries and Cream and I just- I just love Megumi + bunny + Yuji so much 🥹💞 I wanted to tell you because it's not a typical threesome oneshot fic, like I really really love the way you built it up with owner Megumi first and Yuji coming into the picture later 🫶🏻 I think bunny and Yuji's connection is so cute because they're like besties and bunny growing fond of him is adorable and I love that she gets the best of both worlds with Gumi and him and ahhhh 💞

Anyway, I was thinking... What would bunny do if suddenly Yuji stops spending time with them as frequently as before because of work or whatever and Megumi casually mentions that "he's not coming for movie night, he just texted me that something came up, yeah he's probably with that girl again, his co-worker..." And bunny's like 🥺🥺❤️‍🩹 because she doesn't understand the weird feeling in her chest, idk maybe it's just a misunderstanding but bunny gets so clingy and needy next time she sees Yuji 🤧

Oil everywhere, trying her shirt real tight cause she "don't wanna get it dirtier than it already is, no?" Maybe play around with some good ol' brat tamer Joel here too 💞💞

Joel would be shooting daggers with his eyes every chance he got and his hands would be discreet but stern as fuck whenever her dad wasn’t looking (not him pulling her aside behind a car just to grab her in his big greasy hands and say “behave yourself” 😵‍💫😵‍💫) and what if they were already secretly fucking??

like they have a casual FWB arrangement and no one but them knows, but, like you said, it’s a suuuuper small town and word gets around and they have to be extra careful at all times but then her dad just pops up at the shop out of NOWHERE sometimes and maybe joel’s giving her backshots over his desk one day and they have to scramble to get their clothes back on before her dad catches them idk!!! 🤧

one more thought: worried that her dad and other people are starting to get suspicious of her and Joel, reader starts dating someone else….like fake/casual/whatever and it’s nothing serious but joel sees you bring him in to the shop one time and loses it, like a realllllllll jealous and overprotective old man and then fucks you dumb after he kicks him out and reminds you, in no uncertain terms, that you’re all his ALRIGHT GN!! ❤️

Don't feel bad about not wanting to share something! It's totally valid to have some creations to keep for yourself. I find that sometimes making things quietly to myself takes some of the pressure off and can still be very fun. And if you ever change your mind and decide to share, that's okay too! Honestly, it's pretty wild to me how much better and more confident I've gotten in my art even in the past year or so of making this comic. I look back at some of those first pages every now and then and marvel at the different ways I've evolved since then, hahaha.

I never would've imagined myself being able to commit to a project this big before. I guess I just kind of reached the mindset of, it's okay if I don't know how to draw everything. If something looks wonky, at least I gave it a try instead of giving up before I attempt it like I've done before. This can be a learning experience for me too! And I'm so glad I'm committed to it :D Turns out getting out of your comfort zone is a very good way to improve!

I love the idea of a ghost marriage, and I feel like that it may get a little angsty but it's fineee we ballll I'm ASEAN and I've heard word about ghost marriages here and there. In my country, I remember that a couple who unfortunately passed away in a car accident who were about to get married had a ghost marriage thrown for them by their families. I thought about this when I was reading that teaser, even though both parties are (technically) living 😂

Since reader kind of had the chunnibyou phase when she was younger, I thought it would be rlly funny if she incorporated it into the way she dressed on her wedding day, like she rolls up in some black dress (low-key like Mavis from Hotel Transylvania iykyk) with all sorts of accessories not related to marriage at all and everyone is confused but Jiji is just heart eyes all around 💀💀💀
