I just though about something.

Maybe Time is Team Dad but Warriors is fun older brother/fun uncle/adopted dad.

I completely headcanon that Wars adopted Mask and Tune during the war. Which means he's used to dealing with way too young traumatized energetic kids.

Which is most of the chain.

Wars just adopts the rest of the chain.

Sure, he's the one who plans battles or keeps the group on track, but he's also the one who can prank Wind, talk weapons with Four, be a wonderfully annoying older brother to Legend, help Wild understand his knight training, rest with Sky in companionable silence, sit with Twilight and make sure the kids aren't getting into trouble, teach Hyrule other first aid techniques, and he's the only one who can truly let Time be himself again.

Wars is talking to one of the younger heros and accidentally calls them 'kid'

then he starts doing it on purpose

everyone rolls their eyes and makes fun of him for being such a dad, but they secretly love their new father figure

My thoughts on what the chain's dark world form would be(Twi's crystal magic stuff). No idea how the crystal thingies of his works, never played the game, but here's some animal ideas because I like animals.

Twilight- Wolf, oviously

Time- also wolf, that's cannon in TP, right?

Wild- forest boy is a coyote

Warriors- He's a lion, I know there's a lot of different ideas, but I like to think of him as a lion.

Sky- Swan. 'Look! So pretty and cuddly and- AH HELP HE'S GOING TO KILL ME'

Wind- Sneaky seagull pirate. Steals people's food for fun

Legend- Bunny!!

Hyrule- Saw someone (edit: it was @hero-of-the-wolf!)say he would be an opossum, and honestly, yeah, he would be.

Four- European hamster, he would just be so cute.

Bonuses:

Malon- Fox! I know she's a horse girl, but a majestic fox acually feels right to me.

Ravio- Magpie, the sneaky thief

Blue- Badger. No questions.

Red- I think he would be a mouse

Green- Capybara, he's chill

Vio- Great tailed grackle specifically

Shadow- Raven

Flora- she has golden retriever energy

Sun- albino peacock

Just got adopted by three different people(love y'all!) and it's bringing be back to the days my entire class just adopted each other and became a big family.

Now I have another family and I'm so honored, you all are the best family I could ask for ❤️❤️❤️

I've decided that Time and Mask are complete opposites, just not in the way you might think.

(Some incorrect quotes because I love them so much)

Time: You remind me of the ocean. Mask: Because I'm deep and mysterious? Time: No, because you're full of salt and you scare people.

Time: I'm trying to juggle family life and work life but I can't seem to find a balance. What do you suggest I do to keep everyone happy? Mask, deadpan: Quit your job, kill your family.

Time: You tricked me! Mask: I deceived you. ‘Trick’ makes it sound like we have a friendly relationship.

Time is a 10 year old in a 17 year old's body and Mask has seen way too much and is done with everything. They get along like older/younger brothers but Mask is the physically younger and mentally older brother and Time is the physically older but mentally younger one. Don't ask, time travel is weird.

Okay, I just thought of the coolest new fic idea(no stealing)(just kidding, you can steal)

I know I'm in the middle of something right now, but hear me out.

I really want to write a fic just narrating the events of BOTW Link pre-calamity, but through the eyes of Kass's teacher.

Like, Kass's teacher telling a young Kass about the champion, and what happened, like telling the story of a hero long dead(I guess that is the case). Then, Kass meats Link after he comes back, and has this weird relationship with him because on one hand, this is nothing like the old champion he heard so much about, and on the other hand, this Links seems so much happier than his previous self. kass is link's adopted father, change my mind

Maybe I'm just a sucker for tragedies but I really like the idea and I will write it one day. (I have too, I already have so many ideas and iconic lines I need to put somewhere)stick around to see it!
