When: Present Day Where: NOVA HQ - Jihl’s Office  With: Flash @agxntvxnom​

Flash Thompson. The man’s record spoke for itself, but then, her’s did too and Jihl was very aware of all the secrets she kept. Simply because the man had followed orders to come and work for NOVA didn’t mean he was happy to do it; that’s what this ‘informal’ meeting was for. To assess the other face to face and see if she couldn’t get him fully on board with NOVA goal’s and needs. 

When the other entered her room Jihl stood, dressed in a simply white pants suit and blue blouse, her hair down she hardly looked threatening, and reached out to take his hand. “Corporal Thompson, wonderful to have you with us. My name is Lieutenant Colonel Nabel, though feel free to call Jihl or simply Lieutenant in the field.”  she gestured to a seat and took one opposite him, both placed away from her desk so they were facing one another with nothing between them.  

“I hope you don’t mind my saying but it’s an honour to have you working with us, I read war record, you did some pretty crazy stuff to keep your team safe. That’s the mentality I want here, that’s how I went into combat and it’s how I want the city to be protected.”

When: Present Day  Where: Star City - Outside Police Station With: Flash (Venom) @agxntvxnom

Foggy hated when they had high-profile perps in holding. Somehow the press always seemed to know and in minutes the station was a buzz of frantic activity with everyone trying to make sure they wouldn’t mess up. The worst part was that Foggy was ninety percent sure nothing would come of this; the evidence the perp had been brought in on was circumstantial at best. Would he have built a defence around it? Sure, if he was trying to prove someone innocent. But he wasn’t about to try and condemn a person on so little evidence. The only saving grave was that he was certain Commissioner Gordon would agree with him. 

He needed some fresh air though. He’d been in the station all night and it had to be the early hours now, the sky was black and the city as quiet as it could be with mot people tucked up in bed. He stepped out of a side door into an ally and all but collapsed on the steps by the door, throwing his head back, eyes closed and taking a few deep breaths. God... A moment of peace could work wonders.  

Or at least it would’ve if he hadn’t heard a large creak on the fire escape of the next building over. Shooting up he looked in the direction of the noise but couldn’t see anything, “Who’s there!?” he called, staring into the dark.

I'm okay with the cast choice for MJ... it's 'Flash' I have a problem with T_T

I don’t mind the casting for Flash...I’m not keen on them making him an intellectual rival instead of a bully though, if that’s the case? I know that was floating around, but is that for sure confirmed what he is?In general I was never really all that excited for this movie, not after the last three. I’m glad the cast is diverse, but I’m pretty fucking spent on MCU in general.I just...I’m sick of origin stories. I want them to be adults, I want an Agent Venom movie for fuck’s sake. I don’t ask for MUCH.

It only took a few moments for the blind bender to remember whoit was from the sound of the familiar voice. Leaning upwards, Toph grinnedwidely, fist connecting with the man’s arm in no time.

"Hey M'gann, you got something in your ear." She didn't, but he reached for it anyway, pretending he could pull off a magic trick. Before recoiling his hand and withdrawing a tootsie roll."What are you doing hiding candy in your ear?" He asked jokingly before placing the roll in her green hand.

“Are you practicing for Hogwarts?” She teased before giggling a bit. “I think you’ll need a wand if that is the case.” She stared down at the candy in her hand. “Well sounds like I need to clean my ears better.”

She always felt so comfortable around him, so even if he was the one cuddling up against her, she wouldn’t complain in the slightest.

       Slowly, she woke up, the sunlight streaming in from the window and bathing the room in a warm, soft light. Stirring and stretching, Stephanie smiled sleepily at the sight of Flash there beside her - still sound asleep.She laid there on her side, watching Flash sleep and softly pressing a kiss against his lips..

      Her heart full of affection for that man, Stephanie gently got out of bed, careful not to disturb her boyfriend. He had a long night, she mused to herself seeing their still discarded clothes on the floor. She made sure he had a long night.

Of course, the sly answer was a little incongruous with how excited she was to see him, demonstrated by her immediate grin and how quickly she bounced over to him. After plopping into Flash’s lap, Harley planted an enthusiastic kiss on his cheek, winding her arms around his neck with a coy smile. “I eva’ tell you yer’ my favorite?”
