Today is Agent 47s 59th birthday! And he spends it with a relaxed morning in his safehouse 🎂

日本時間で9/5になりました！おめでとう！It's now 9/5 Japan time. Congratulations！

60歳ということで、日本だと「還暦」と呼ばれてお祝いに赤いちゃんちゃんこを着ます。

(「ちゃんちゃんこ」とは？…子供用の袖なしの羽織りのことです。

なぜ「赤」？…赤には魔除けの意味がありま��。

「還暦」って？…還暦は年��が一周回って、赤ちゃんに戻ること。なので満60歳を迎える方に赤色のちゃんちゃんこが贈られます。

日本では定番の贈り物です。)

なので47にも着ていただきました。

君、本当に何着ても似合うなあ。

As he is 60 years old, in Japan it is called "kanreki" and people wear red chanchanko to celebrate.

(What is a "chanchanko"? ...It is a sleeveless cloak for children.

Why "red"? ...Red has a meaning to ward off evil.

What is "kanreki"? ...KANREKI means that age has come full circle and you are back to being a baby. Therefore, a red chanchanko is given to those who reach the age of 60.

This is a standard gift in Japan.)

So I asked 47 to wear it as well.

You really look good in anything you wear.
