kiss it better | robin x reader
a/n: english is not my first language! // 468 words
again, this was going to be about jaybin, but it could fit any robin (maybe a little ooc for damian). choose your fav and have fun reading!
Tumblr media
"Hold still" you hissed at Robin. Your anger from exhaustion was obvious.
He made the effort not to move, but he couldn't help but flinch after you applied antiseptic to one of his scratches.
"God, this could qualify as torture, you know?"
"If I torture you so much, next time wake someone else to patch you up!" you half-hissed, half-yelled. Yeah, you were angry.
He didn't answer (there was nothing he could say back). You were right, he shouldn't have bothered you so late at night. But Batman wasn't in town, Alfred would be angry for being careless (just a bit), and he kind of missed you. So yeah, he knocked on your window in the middle of the night with a first-aid kit in hand.
You continued working on him in silence, and he took the time to study your face. Even though you looked tired, your eyes were determined on patching him. Your eyebrows were furrowed in concentration. He didn't like the tension in your face.
While you were finishing bandaging his arm (it definitely took the worst damage), a hand rested on your cheek, caressing your face. With the other hand, he smoothed the crease on your forehead, trying to soften it.
"I'm sorry for bothering you," he murmured. "You should rest."
You left the bandages on your lap and placed a hand over his, still resting on your cheek.
"I saw you on TV," you whispered, a bit ashamed of what you were saying. "You were acting careless. And then I saw you getting thrown through a window."
He gave you a soft smile.
"Don't worry so much... your favorite Robin is safe and sound."
"Not so safe and sound – that cut on your arm is terrible" you scolded. But a small smirk started forming on your face. "And who said you were my favorite?" you teased him, taking the bandages again.
He pretended to look hurt by that, only making you smile. The two of you continued with your own chores: you patching him, him studying the little smile still on your face. He loved making you happy. Both of you lost track of time until you finished.
"So... am I getting a lollipop after this or-"
You cut him off, suddenly kissing the bandage on his arm. When you pulled back, you were greeted with a flustered, out-of-words Robin. He was completely still, frozen and red, his usual smirk gone.
"Robin?" you asked, trying to get him to Earth again.
"Uh?" he answered, but still looked like he was in another world.
You tried — really tried — not to smile, but it was impossible. The sight was too good for that.
"Wh-What did you just do?" he babbled.
"...Kiss it better?"
He looked at you firmly.
"You're gonna be the death of me."

UM WHO ARE YOU? –
↳ lando norris + fem!reader
⌗ :: masterlist
⌗ :: a/n: something lando while i work on the smau !! also black and white pics of lando>>> a warning tho the sleep deprivation kicked in at about halfway through
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
your friend was late.
again.
this was the seven hundredth time michael had been late this week alone. seriously, its like he did it on purpose. you had been standing in the restaurant's carpark for the last half an hour waiting on you ride home.
it's late, it's dark, you're cold and tired. boy was the asshole in for it when he showed up. how could he leave a you out here in these conditions? it was practically snowing.
eventually michael's car turns up and slows to a stop in the car park, you think its weird how he keeps rolling a bit while you try and grab the handle but its they way he is, always taking the piss out of you on a daily basis.
he stops shortly after and you yank the door open piling inside and berating him. "seriously dude? you're half an hour late and i have been dying to bed. its almost snowing outside and you just leave...me..."
thats not michael.
sitting in the drivers seat is lando norris? the world famous f1 driver? what is he doing at your restaurant? no no better question, why the hell are you in his car you dumbass?
"um, who are you?" he asks sitting there, a confused and suspicious look on his face, he probably thinks your some crazy fan, which doesn't help the situation you're in.
"oh my god, i am so sorry, i got in the wrong car, this isn't happening. i'm so sorry, i thought you were my friend, gosh im so-" you begin to say but cut yourself off when you start to ramble. instead collecting yourself and bracing for the cold when you open the door.
"wait," lando's voice stops you, your hand on the door, ready to leave. "you can stay in here until your friend arrives," he says smiling, there is still the edge in his voice, and thats understandable, but he's being kind and letting you stay in the warm at least.
"thank you," you smile and sit back in the seat relaxing and closing your eyes basking in the warmth of the car, and the smell of lando's cologne. its not your fault its the only thing that you can smell.
"so can i ask; what were you doing out there? its snowing and you have no coat on, thats not okay," he asks his voice drifting to you.
"my friend michael was supposed to pick me up, but evidently he was late," you answer, opening your tired eyes and sighing. "he's always late these days. this is like the third time this week i've had to wait for him for like an hour after work."
"you're telling me you spend half an hour to an hour waiting for this guy to come pick you up from work? and he's always late?"
you nod not bothering to defend michael right now, he's making you wait with a stranger for over an hour, the last thing he deserves is your defence.
"what a shithead."
an unexpected laugh rumbles from your throat. "that's michael for you."
"thats michael? seriously?" lando's brows furrow and he looks disgusted by even the thought of it. "he's not your friend."
"what?"
"that boy is not your friend. a real friend would be here in the carpark early warming up your seat for you, waiting with a coat. not showing up hours late to a-" he looks out his window. "closed restaurant. god it keeps getting worse."
you sigh quietly and shake your head, "i don't know what to do, i don't have a car and calling an uber is not my favourite thing at this time of night."
"give me your phone," lando says suddenly.
"what?"
"can i borrow your phone please?" he repeats.
"sure?" you say pulling it out of your pocket, unlocking it and handing it over to him.
he types something quickly and smiles before handing it over to you again. you look down and on the screen is a new contact "lando aka your new best friend"
despite the circumstances you laugh, "what's this for?"
"text me when you finish work each shift and i'll come pick you up."
"what?"
"i'll pick you up or have someone trusted pick you up at the end of your shifts," he says simply.
"why?" you ask bewildered by his kindness.
"because i'm your new best friend duh."
you smile and he grins back at you. "come on i'll drive you home," he says putting his seatbelt on and gesturing for you to do the same.
"thank you," you whisper.
the drive home lulls you to sleep. maybe it was the quiet hum of the radio, or the warmth of the car or the company. whatever it was it sent you to sleep quickly, with a smile on your face and your heart full, you made a new friend.
you never did ask lando why he was in the car park that night. and he never did tell you how he had overheard your friend shit talking and complaining about you at a random club before he ran off with some girl.
and he never did tell you about how he very nearly dropped everything to go pick up the mystery girl who was depending on the worlds biggest asshole.
he never told you,
not even when he got down on one knee or when he stood up in front of all of your friends with you in a white dress.
he never told you how he almost fell in love on the spot when you burst into his car and then profusely apologised when you realised you made a mistake.
he never told you.
but he always picked you up, no matter where or when, he was there.

Make up, make out -George clarkey
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
words: 2.0k+
warnings: smut (with plot), unprotected sex, cream pie, multiple positions, lots of dirty talk, angst with a happy ending, Chris is adorable as per, George is a self aware king.
summary: you and your boyfriend, George, get into an argument. You spend the day apart and when he returns home, it turns out all that was needed to resolve it was a quick conversation and some good old make up sex.
notes: hello angels! I made this to celebrate hitting one thousand followers, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here🥹💞. I’m crushing hard on George atm so I needed to get this out of my system🙂‍↕️. I hope you enjoy!!❤️‍🔥✨🫶🏼
Tumblr media
Not often did you and George argue. When you did it was for something stupid and was quickly resolved with an apology from whoever was in the wrong. This morning was different.
Let's go back to the beginning... you and George met in a bar. He spit his drink all over your dress, went extremely red out of embarrassment, apologised profusely and then offered you his jumper. You fell for him right then and there.
At around seven this morning you were woken up to the sound of the shower turning on. It made its usual loud gurgling sound as the water made its way through the pipes. You groaned into your pillow and tried to fall back asleep.
To no avail, you grabbed your phone and began absentmindedly scrolling through instagram. George opened the ensuite door a few minutes later, wearing just a white towel wrapped around his hips. "Oh, hey babe. Why're you awake?" He asked with confusion as he dried his hair with a smaller towel.
You signed. "Shower woke me up," you muttered back sleepily. He sat on the side of the bed. "Shit, sorry." You pushed yourself up so that you were leaning against the headboard. "Why're you awake?" You asked, head cocked to the side.
"The sidemen are filming a video and needed a guest last minute, since the other guy dropped out," he explained. You furrowed your brows."George?" "Hm?" "Did you forget about our date?" You asked, arms now crossed over your chest.
His eyes widened, it'd completely slipped his mind. "Uhh-" "Oh come on!" You threw the duvet back and stood. "I'm sorry love, I forgot- I- I'll make it up to you," he scrambled, standing to match you.
You lowered your voice after taking a deep breath. "You said that last week," you replied, defeated. "I-" he began but you were quick to cut him off. "Have fun at your shoot, I'll cancel our reservation."
He reached out to you but you threw your hands up and took a step back. "No, no. It's fine!" You snapped before turning and going to the living room to 'sleep' on the couch.
George signed before cursing quietly under his breath. He contemplated cancelling but ultimately decided against it. He then continued to get ready and was gone within half an hour.
Silent tears trickled down your face as you heard the front door close. You were angry. He'd blew you off to film a few too many times and you were tired of it. You wanted him to take opportunities and aspire for more, but when it meant spending your day alone because he had to cancel, you obviously weren't happy about it.
"y/n?" Chris' voice sounded through the living room. You sniffed and quickly wiped your face. "Mhm?" Was all that you could manage without your voice cracking. He walked closer and sat at the end of the couch, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.
"Why're you sleeping on the couch?" He asked, confused, "did George steal all the covers again?" I breathed out an amused laugh. "He left, for a shoot," you responded, sitting up properly. "Oh, right."
We sat there in a slightly awkward silence for a moment before he got up. "Uhm... do you need anything? A blanket?" He asked sweetly. Bless him. You smiled softly up at him. "I'm okay. Thank you. I'm gonna go back to bed now anyway," you replied before standing up. "Ah, okay. Sleep well."
You parted ways and went back to your respective rooms. Living with Chris and Arthur is something you didn't think you'd like as much as you do. You moved in a few months ago and, thankfully, fit right in.
You decided, instead of spending the day moping around the apartment, that you'd ask Shannon if she wanted to go get some lunch and do some shopping (the best therapy). She was quick to text you back with an enthusiastic yes.
As you sat on the rooftop terrace of a pub, the sun shining down on you while you sipped away at your drinks, she let you rant on about how frustrating your morning had been. Since her and Chris had broken up you'd stayed in good contact and actually gotten quite close.
"I get it. It's not selfish to want a little attention from your boyfriend, that's just relationships. Talk to him. Tell him how you feel. Sometimes men need it to be spelled out, for them to understand," she advised you with a calm smile.
"God. You give the best advice," you replied with a sigh. She chuckled and before you could continue, your food came. "Let's talk about something else. I'll deal with everything later."
You had a nice day and Shannon managed to distract you enough for you to enjoy yourself. You said your goodbyes and she gave you a firm hug before whispering, "talk to him. He loves you. You'll be fine." Which reassured you immensely, though you were still slightly dreading the upcoming conversation.
When you got back to the apartment Arthur and Chris were on their way out. They explained quickly that they were meeting some of the other boys for drinks and wouldn't be back until late. You bid them goodbye and then went into your room to get unready since you just wanted to feel comfortable.
The creek of the front door opening an hour later made your breath hitch in your throat. George's footsteps rung through the apartment as he slowly approached your bedroom.
You stood in the bathroom, finishing off your skincare routine after you'd just removed your makeup. "Hey," he began cautiously, leaning against the doorway.
You continued to look in the mirror, keeping your eyes on your face. "Where's the others?" He asked, voice still soft and quiet. He was acting as if you were a deer that would bolt at any minute. "Out for drinks. Surprised you didn't join them," you replied plainly, as you picked up your lip balm and began applying some to your lips.
He sighed, he knew you had every right to be annoyed. "I'm sorry," he mumbled, head hung low. You turned your body to look at him. "What was that?" You asked, sounding a little meaner than you meant to. His eyes met yours and he stepped closer.
"I'm sorry sweetheart. I love you so much and I haven't been showing that recently, but I do. I love you more than anything. You're the best thing that's ever happen to me and- and I don't want to lose you. I promise I'll try harder. Just please, please forgive me?" His voice was slightly horse and his eyes were full of despair.
It took you a second to process what he'd just said. It was exactly what you needed to hear and -as usual- he'd somehow known what you were thinking.
"God," you breathed, in disbelief, "as if you could get any better. I just wanted to be with you- spend time with you. Of course I forgive you. I love you, you big idiot." He laughed quietly, nodded and wrapped his arms tightly around your torso. You both let out a breath of relief when your bodies met.
As you stood there, your worries long gone, all of the things that had just come out of his mouth caught up to you and you realised that you were... turned on?
"George?" You whispered, voice husky. "Hm?" He hummed back. You moved back, not so much that your body's parted, but just enough so you could meet his eyes.
You stared into each other's souls for a moment before, at the exact same time, you leaned forward and connected your lips.
All of the built up emotions from the day made for a deep and desperate kiss that ignited a fire in your stomach. You were all over each other; his warm hands running from your hips, to your waist, to your lower back, while yours raked messily through his fluffy hair.
"The apartment's empty," you managed to mumble through kisses, "we can be as loud as we want." His arms tightened around your waist. "You have no idea the things you do to me darling," he whispered as he broke the kiss to pepper them around your jaw.
You leaned your head back with a breathy moan, giving him more access as your hand gripped onto his hair. "I," kiss. "love," kiss, "you," kiss. Oh my fucking god.
You wrapped your arms around his neck just as his hands gripped the back of your thighs. Like you weighed absolutely nothing, he lifted you off the ground and carried you into the bedroom.
He set you down on your bed carefully, your legs bent ether side of his hips. "Fuck me George. Please," you practically whimpered while reaching down and attempting to take his belt off.
"I've got you baby, I got ya'." He leant back to remove his shirt and undo the belt that you'd been struggling with moments earlier. You went to take off your top but he beat you to it.
It didn't take long until your clothes lay in a pile on the floor and you were both left in only your underwear. He leaned back down and connected your lips once again.
Slowly, he ground his clothed dick onto you and your mouth dropped open with a whine. "George..." at this point you were desperate, and he was teasing you. He let out a low chuckle before finally removing the remaining clothes separating you.
"Ready baby?" He asked softly. You were quick to nod. "Born ready," you replied breathlessly, voice showing how extremely sure you were.
He used one hand to put it in while the other reached for yours to intertwine your fingers, which is something he's done since the first time you had sex in your old apartment. You squeezed his hand tightly when he reached the hilt. "Oh mmm-"
"I'll never get over this feeling," he whispered into your ear, voice strained. "Move," you moaned in response. Didn't have to tell him twice.
The room filled with the lewd sounds of your bodies slapping together, your moans and George's soft grunts during each thrust. "Oh my god, George! Harder George, harder!" You screamed as his cock hit all the right places.
He loves the sounds you make, though there's usually a bit of teasing after the fact which you don't particularly enjoy but in the moment you genuinely couldn't care less.
His thrusts became sloppier and you knew that meant he was close, though you weren't quite ready for it to be over so... you wrapped your arms around his waist and flipped the both of you over.
He was surprised for a moment then looked up at you with raw attraction in his eyes. You'd, obviously, been on top before but had never done that and it was probably one of the sexiest things he'd ever witnessed.
You started using your legs to bounce up and down, hands finding his chest for support. His hands were quick to assist you by guiding your hips into his.
He watched you; head thrown back, tits bouncing and slightly frowning in pure bliss. All he could think was, "what the fuck did I do to deserve this angel."
He could tell you were close so he moved one of his big hands from your hip and pressed his thumb to your clit. Your legs moved quicker, you saw white and... snap.
George came just seconds after you. He grunted as your body fell forwards, landing on his chest as you caught your breath. He ran a hand through your hair and whispered, "we need to argue more often." Though, really, he never wanted to fall out with you again, but if you did... it'd always end with some unbelievable make up sex.

sukuna had been gone for ten days.
he won't answer his phone, he won't answer his texts, you even tried to send him an email — yeah, no use.
by the tenth day, you were starting to feel less worried and more angry.
that's when he finally came knocking at your front door.
it was a random tuesday night when you were crying your eyes out at an angsty romance movie when a series of knocks came at your door.
quickly, you wipe away your tears and you head towards the door, creaking it open slightly to see who it is.
a gasp escapes you at the familiar sight of the tattooed face of your stupid, stupid boyfriend.
you swing the door open and before he could get any words out, you drag him in by the collar of his shirt and slap him across the face.
stunned is an understatement.
if anything, sukuna is thoroughly dumbfounded — sure, he knew you were feisty, except, he never thought you'd throw hands, especially as sexy as you did just now.
“where the hell have you been?!” you yell at him, but he's still flabbergasted, with his hand on his cheek where you had just slapped him.
“sukuna.” you growl, and he knows that he’s in trouble.
“sorry, something came up.” he says under his breath, rubbing his cheek.
holy hell, you sure knew how to throw a slap.
“really?” you huff, an angry scowl on your face at the audacity of his curt and vague answer, “that's all you have to say for yourself after ten whole days of being MIA?”
“look, baby, i'm sorry —” “i don't want your apology! i want an explanation! i called you, i texted you, i even sent you an email and you never responded!”
sukuna feels something close to guilt and maybe even…joy? because wow, were you really that worried about it? how flattering.
“i just had a deal going on.” he mutters under his breath, knowing you're going to reprimand him for it.
“what?” you utter out, “a drug deal?! seriously, ryomen? again?! you promised me you quit that shit!”
“it was a good deal, okay?!” he responds, starting to feel frustrated now, “and i needed the money.”
“you could've asked me for money!” you tell him and he scoffs, “yeah, like you're any less broke than i am.”
“sukuna.” you warn and he shakes his head, avoiding your gaze.
“look, i'm sorry, okay?” he says, “it was a moment of weakness.
“yeah, like all of the other times?” you ask sarcastically, “get out.” you add, pointing at the front door of your dorm and already ushering him out.
“oh, come on.” he chides, using the tone that he knows makes you weak, and looking at you with those stupidly convincing red eyes of his, “i said i'm sorry baby, okay? i won't do it again, i promise.”
“you stress me out, ryomen.” you huff, crossing your arms.
“i know,” he says smoothly, “i won't do it again, for you.”
he knows he's let you down again. in his history of fuck ups, this was probably one of the worst — breaking your trust, again.
and yet, he knows you'll always come back to him, forgive him and coddle him — just like you always do.
there was no denying that you were weak for him.
“....fine.” you mumble, “but if you do it again, i'm breaking up with you.”
“yeah yeah, i know.” he chuckles, his hands at your hips, “i won't.”
“good.” you huff.
he hums in response, leaning in to kiss you to make you forget about everything he's ever done and he practically feels the way you melt into the kiss, sinking into his touch as he caresses the soft flesh of your hips.
he was a manipulative piece of shit and he knew it, but if it meant having you under his touch? yeah, he won't give it up.
you bite on his bottom lip and he groans, pulling you closer.
after a moment, he pulls away, the both of you gasping for air.
he smirks, “i can tell you miss me.”
“shut up.” you huff and he chuckles, his hand sliding up to caress the back of your neck and pull you in closer.
“i'll hit from the back tonight if you let me.” he whispers in your ear and you blush, slapping his chest.
“ryomen!” you exclaim and he laughs, “come on, baby. don't you miss me?”
before you even get a chance to respond, he's hauling you up and carrying you to your bedroom.
sukuna's a manipulative piece of shit who probably has nothing better to do than play around and break hearts — he doesn't get attached.
and no matter how many times you threaten to break up with him, he knows you'll always stay.
he was just that good.

"Did you join the fucking military?"
Jason asked Tim, who blinked blankly at Jason until he noticed what he was holding. Jason was holding your military tags, which Tim's selfishly kept to himself when you "lost" them. Technically, he stole the tags from you, but you can always get a new set. You'll be matching! He did feel a little bad that you got in trouble with leadership when you asked for new ones, but he's sure you'd be fine without the old pair.
"No."
Tim didn't elaborate further. The tags have practically lived on him since he stole them. He only ever takes them off for showers, which is how Jason found them. Jason scoffed,
"Good. You'd be a shit soldier. Why do you have military dog tags?"
Tim tried to take them back, but Jason held them above his head. Your dog tags are air jailed until he gets answers. Jason needed to know.
"Answer or I'll find a place to smelt them down."
Tim knew he was serious by the gleam in Jason's eyes, so he said,
"My girlfriend is in a special forces unit for the marines. She refuses to tell me which unit she's in, but I've narrowed it down."
Jason was too stunned to notice that he dropped your dog tags. Tim snatched them off the floor and put them safely around his neck again and tucked under his shirt where they belonged. He likes to say that you're closer to his heart with your tags under his shirt with the bonus of protecting him from any potential bullets. Even when you are gone, you promise that you will always come back. He's used to your deployment and the limbo you have him in.
"When do I get to meet her?"
Dick said from the doorway. He was passing by and overheard. His little Timmy has a girlfriend? When did that happen?
Tim touches the tags while thinking of what to reveal and what to keep private. He's never been good at respecting privacy, but he has been learning for you. He knows to keep anything you say to him a secret, but what about other things relating to you?
"Whenever she wants. I'm not her keeper."
Tim answered vaguely. He's flying to see you soon, and he doesn't want to be followed. You've been together for three years, but you met kind of awkwardly. You tackled him to the ground and wrestled with him after mistaking him for one of your friends.
Your willpower eventually overcame his reflexes, and he stopped struggling. You had laughed when you pinned him down and ruffled his hair in victory. It was embarrassing to him how quickly he submitted to you. He watched your eyes widen when you noticed he's not your friend. You took in the scene too slowly. You, straddling who you had assumed was your friend with your hands pinning his wrists to both sides of his head, and Tim blushing underneath you. Tim didn't know how to react either, so you both stared at each other before you started awkwardly apologising.
Tim was a mess, but he was an adorable mess. His hair was ruffled, and his clothes were wrinkled, but there were no bruises nor any scrapes. You were always careful to leave no injuries. He was breathless, just staring at you with wide eyes and a shyness that almost made you smile. He was so cute that you wanted to squish him.
You quickly got off of him once you realised how long you've been staring at him. You pulled him up from the ground when he didn't make a move to stand by himself and actually almost fell right back to the ground because his legs refused to work for him. He was understandly stunned.
This is awkward. How do you explain the tradition of you fighting your friend on sight? Your friend does the exact same thing with you. It was excellent training for your deployment to fight each other on sight without any prep. Enemy soldiers aren't going to reveal themselves before attacking, so surprise attacks help keep your reflexes sharp.
"Sorry. I thought you were someone else."
He couldn't get the image of you pinning him down out of his head. Nobody has ever pinned him down so intimately. You were gentle. Your hold would have been easy to break out of if he didn't stop struggling. It was like you only played until one of you got pinned, and then the fight was over.
Tim was still trying to remember how to function. What does he do? What does he say? He's all shaken up. He had to look away from you. He managed to say,
"It's fine."
He tried to sound like it was no big deal, but it sounded strained. He was pretending like the wrestling really took it out of him by fake panting, but you both knew better. You narrowed your eyes suspiciously, but pat his back and attempted to leave.
Attempted, being the key word. Tim caught your wrist loosely and nervously said,
"I, uh... would you... Can we... Let's... I'm sorry."
He didn't have the words with you looking at him like that. He was nervous. You smiled softly at him, and he forgot how to speak entirely. He could only stare until you took the initiative and asked him to go on a date before you leave for boot camp. He nodded, and that was that. You gave him your number and continued your run like nothing happened.
The date went amazing. It was a bit unconventional as you took him to a paint gun fight after showing him the gun and explaining the rules. You grinned every time he landed a hit and even wiped away the paint that splattered onto him with a fond expression. You opened up about the fear you have about joining the military, but your desire to help. You want to make a difference, however small or large that may be.
You kissed the bruising wounds softly and banaged the bleeding ones before he could even reach for the first aid kit you brought. You helped him up with a wild grin, and he kissed you until the adrenaline ran out. The guns were empty, and you both were messes, but your hearts were full, and Tim can safely say he hates paintballing. You took him to see a movie like a normal person next date.
Jason and Dick watched their brother soften further and further as he went down memory lane. Dick was ecstatic and already plotting to meet you, but Jason was confused why anybody would date Tim. Yeah, he's had his fair share of partners, but he's surprised every time he gets a date, let alone a girlfriend.
You were his mystery girl, and their family loves a good mystery.

Pt. 1
You couldn't help but anxiously fiddle with the hem of your dress as you sat beside Simon, one of his hands resting on your thigh, while the other gripped the steering wheel. "It's going to be fine, sweetheart. They're going to love you." Unsure, you glanced up at him, a frown on your pretty face. "Are you sure? Maybe they'll just see me as an inconvenience that will keep you from them in the future. Or maybe they'll-" Simon interrupted you as he tightly squeezed the fat of your thigh, a possessive growl leaving his throat. "They'd never. Trust me." With a sigh, you nodded. And he was right.
From the moment you two walked into the same dingy pub where you first met, the others treated you as if they'd known you for years, and you were a part of the friend group. The entire evening, you laughed and drank, Simon's hand constantly on you. At least until he left to go take a piss and smoke a cigarette.
The moment you were alone with the three men, the Scottish one leaned across the table, a gigantic grin on his face. "So? How did ya two meet?" The older one quickly pulled the Scottish one back, a scowl on his face, as he regarded his team member, but there was a certain hint of curiosity sparkling in his eyes.
You chuckled, thinking back to the day.
Excitement cursed through you as you stepped out of the cab, your phone in your hand as you watched your best friend type. But the moment she sent her message, the excitement dissipated. "I'm so sorry, but I can't make it! I'll make it up to you though!"
You rolled your eyes, glancing at the sign of the pub you were standing in front of. She couldn't have let you know before you made your way there, could she? Inside you, two demons started to fight. One yelling at you to go back home and gulp down an entire ice cream pint. The other one calmly stating that you were already here and should at least get a little bit wasted. Before you knew it, the calm demon had won and you walked into the pub, quickly finding a place at the bar. But you noticed him immediately. Sitting in a dark corner, his face almost completely hidden. And very obviously staring at you. It didn't matter when during the evening you turned around, his eyes were always on you. At first, it creeped you out, but before long, you felt warmth spread through you. You almost felt protected, his obvious attention keeping all the usual creepers at bay. So, you decided you at least wanted his number.
But when you paid for your tab, hoping to be able to join him at his table, you watched as he stood up and walked outside. As quickly as you could, without tripping over the air, you rushed after him, finding him outside, leaning against a wall. After taking a deep breath, you started to walk over to him, but he immediately pushed off the wall and started to walk away. Were you really this repulsing?
Before doubts could start to fill you, you called out to him. "Uhm, I'm sorry, Sir?" He stopped and slowly turned around to face you. With a small and hopeful smile, you crossed the distance. The closer you got to him, the more you could really see him. While the lower half of his face was hidden behind a black surgical mask, you could see the top of his cheeks. And they were red, practically glowing with heat. Adorable.
"I'm sorry, I hope this isn't too direct, but I wanted to ask if I could have your number? You're really handsome and seem like a nice man. Of course, it's okay if not, I don't want to pressure you or anything. I-" You stopped, your eyes wide as you watched his entire body trembling slightly. Like a robot, he slowly stretched out his hand to you. Your eyes focused on it and you watched for a few beats as the trembling only got worse. Then, you quickly pulled out your phone and handed it to him.
Once again moving like a robot, the man slowly plugged in his number, his hands trembling bad enough, that you thought he would drop your phone at some point. When he handed your phone back, you looked down and saw that he had also put in his name. But it was a mix of upper and lower cases, making you chuckle. You grinned up at him and pocketed your phone. “Thank you…well…have a good night.”
You turned around and walked a couple of steps before his shaking hand on your elbow stopped you. “U-Uh…uhm…eat? Uh now?” His voice was shaking even more than his hands and he kept stumbling over his words, but when he got the question out, you couldn’t help but nod with a smile.
“And yeah, that’s it.” The Scottish and the pretty one immediately burst into laughter, slapping their thighs and each other, while the older one just smirked, slowly shaking his head. You looked at them, confused. “What…?”
“What did I miss?” Simon slid into his chair beside you, his arms loosely wrapped around your shoulders. His friends immediately started to tease him, recounting points from what you had just told them. Immediately, the blush was back on his face, and you couldn’t help but chuckle along. At least until his hand came to rest on your thigh, and squeezed tightly. Oh, you were in for a night.

Billie convincing reader to let her eat her pussy on her period
I'm inlove with your fics, you're such a damn good writer 🫶🏽🫶🏽
Tumblr media
a/n: this probably isn’t great because i’m SOOO tired and my head is pounding rn but i hope it’s good at least🥲 and thank you so much ml!! i’m so sorry this took ages for me to write🫶
billie and i were laying in bed together, watching a movie. her back was resting against the comfy pillows on our bed, whilst my back was resting against her front. i was sat between her legs, and her hands were lightly resting against my thighs. we were both intrigued in the movie, or so i thought. whilst i was watching, and keeping up with the storyline, billies hands began to wander. they roamed up my stomach, cupping my boobs gently, before moving down again to this time, rest against my inner thighs.
i really tried to focus on the movie, but i just couldn't with her hands all over me. i knew nothing could happen, i was on my period, which meant that i had to wait a few more days until she could touch me. i'd been so horny. i was desperate for her, but we both knew that nothing could be done about it. well, she could fix my horniness, but i felt bad for asking her to do that when i was on my period. so i waited, and somehow put up with the feeling of being unbearably horny almost all day, every day.
soon enough, i felt her pressing light kisses behind my ear, down my neck, before lightly whispering in my ear.
"can i try something, baby?"
i slightly turned in her arms so that i could see her face, before answering her in a hushed tone.
"and what would that be, hm bil?"
"please can i taste you?"
my eyebrows furrowed and i looked away as i wondered why she was even asking. she knew i was on my period. she'd practically been taking care of me for the last few days. grabbing me a hot water bottle, or holding me in her arms whenever my cramps worsened. getting me whatever food i wanted when i was craving something. making sure i was drinking plenty of water. she really was the best. i just didn't understand why she was asking this now.
"i.. baby, you know i'm still on my period."
"i know.. i just can't wait!! i want to taste you please, love. i'll do anything."
i hesitated slightly. what if i made a mess, and then she got mad? what if i didn't taste good? she must have noticed the look on my face because she began speaking again.
"if you're not comfortable with this, then we don't have to do it. but i promise you that you don't need to overthink it, there should be no what if's filling your mind. you know i love you no matter what. i think you're the most perfect girl in the world."
how did she know?
it was like she could read my mind.
"pleaseeee? pinky promise i'll take great care of you, angel. just like always. pretty please?"
if i hadn't been so horny for the last few days, i probably would've said no, but that side of my brain just took over. i needed her so so bad. i reminded myself that she would always love me. this wasn't going to change that. she wanted this just as much as i did.
"if i say yes, can you put a towel down? you know.. just in case?" i mumbled, slightly embarrassed.
"of course, angel. whatever makes you feel the most comfortable." she answered me, placing soft kisses on my forehead.
once i'd spent a short amount of time thinking about it, i looked back into her eyes and nodded.
"i need you billie."
she just smirked at my words, before sitting me up slightly so that she could move from behind me, and settle in between my legs instead.
it didn't take her long to leave the room and grab a towel, folding it slightly and placing it underneath me. she sat on her knees at first, slowly pulling my pyjamas and underwear down so that she had the perfect view of me. once our clothes had been discarded in a messy pile on the floor, she leaned down to lay on her stomach, getting even closer to my core. i let out a needy whine when all she did was lightly blow against my pussy.
she could already see how wet i was. i hadn't told her about how needy id been for the past few days, but i think that as soon as she caught a glance of how wet i was, she immediately realised. she didn't bother to waste any more time, diving straight in. her tongue ran a long stripe up my pussy, before focusing on my clit. she was trying to get me wetter, it wasn't like she needed me to be wetter, she just wanted to tease. i reached my hands down to grab her hair, pulling her impossibly closer to my core in an attempt to get her to move faster.
we both knew that i was already pretty sensitive because of how long i'd needed this, so it wouldn't take her long to get me close, which was why she was trying to drag it out as much as possible. she wanted me to last as long as i could.
her tongue flicked my clit, before licking and slurping, just doing as much as she could to bring me pleasure. after what felt like an eternity, she finally moved to push her tongue inside of me. she worked her tongue against my tight walls as they squeezed against her. my orgasm was approaching fast, and my arousal must have been dripping all over the lower half of her face. at that point, i'd completely forgot that i was on my period, and i think billie had forgotten too. we were both too focused on me finishing.
i was so close, and to add to the pleasure, she pressed her fingers on my clit, quickly rubbing circles against it, making my moans as loud as they could get. i couldn't hold it any longer. no matter how hard i tried, i was too desperate.
"billie! baby, can i cum for you? please?" i moaned out.
"that's ittt." she praised, "cum for me, my love."
as soon as i heard those words, my orgasm hit me. my moans and cries were broken whilst i let the feeling consume me. my back was arching off the bed, and my hands were still tangled in billies hair, gripping onto it tight to ground myself slightly.
as i started to come down from my high, my grip loosened on her hair, and i felt one of her hands gently rubbing my stomach to help me calm down. when i finally flopped against the bed, trying to catch my breath, billie pulled her face away from me, looking into my eyes with a proud smile. all i could see was a mixture of my arousal, and blood dripping down her chin and coating her lips.
my cheeks turned red and i covered my face, embarrassed even though i knew billie was just happy that she'd made me feel good.
i didn't even notice her come closer to my face until i felt her carefully grabbing my wrists to pry my hands away from my face, and i heard her pretty voice.
"don't be embarrassed, angel. can i go clean you up now?"
"please." i nodded and thanked her, allowing myself to be lifted up in her arms, my head resting on my shoulder out of exhaustion.
once we took a long shower, and pampered each other, it was time for us to get back in bed and watch movies for the rest of the day, enjoying each others company just like usual.

YES THE SEX THING !!! it bothers me so much but i see it less so i didn't mention it. but like jazz is friendly and charismatic and his whole thing is music, so i feel like people have this idea in their head that those traits automatically = a nymphomaniac or something.
which would be fine on its own as a standalone context but in context for jazz-it does become an issue because of the connotations of a black coded character being written that way.
especially since jazz has not been depicted like that in any media that has him in it (as far as im aware) so it's an authors personal choice to add this in there for essentially the reason of...? why?
its NOT a jazz character trait. as far as i've seen anyway as i haven't seen every jazz character ever written but i also feel like if he was intended to be seen like that, they'd have no problem doing that. other characters have been written to be like that-there's jokes about certain characters flirting with earth cars and stuff. i mean knock out's entire vibe is tf prime is something like that with his voice, he canonized interface as a cybertronian word for sex, borderline flirting with starscream, etc...
where the nuance comes in here is that there's nothing wrong with a headcanon. and people can headcanon jazz to be like that. and theres nothing inherently wrong with being a flirt and liking sex, whatever.
it just becomes odd that this trait ive only ever seen be added to jazz and never anyone else. and the way its written 50% of the time is completely the 'black guy with a big dick he loves to swing around' stereotype that makes me click off.
(i read one where because jazz is a spy its mentioned he's had to rape people for interrogation purposes before and i immediately clicked off because what the hell are you talking about ???? it felt completely out of place. i guess you could write a story in which that happens-i've got zero issues with dark fic.
but using jazz of all people? i didn't like that. i know jazz is a spy and he's done bad shit before but i just couldn't believe in that.
its the whole 'he wouldn't fucking say that' thing. because people can do whatever they want (all i'm asking is to be a little more socially aware of stereotyping) but ultimately when you're writing fic and you want it to be in character you have to write a set of circumstances that would make a character actually say that. throwing it into a fic that is ultimately the same universe with the same circumstances just slightly tweaked is not enough of a circumstance to make me believe that he would do that to interrogate people. its bad out of character writing. but this is a tangent)
this is getting long (sorry!) but basically yes the "jazz is a beast in the sheets and needs sex 24/7 and we'll talk about every type of past relationship he's ever had and also did you know he's had sex with EVERYONE on the ark" is something that i find so distasteful. because its not jazz.
when i read the idw comics and saw jazz i did not see what these writers were seeing. and it feels like a purposeful choice to see him like that versus the guy he actually is. im not an expert but he's just a charming musician who's pretty laid back and uses that as an advantage for a spy stuff sometimes.
i don't think it's really an act that he's a generally nice dude who just also has the whole "i got to do what needs to be done thing prowl has" but he actually does feel guilt (which is why i don't think he would ever take an interrogation far enough to rape somebody jesus christ) and he does let emotion get in the way like when he killed that guy on earth.
its feels off putting to turn the guy i described above into the type of guy that would:
- continue to flirt with prowl after being rejected over and over again (comes up a lot in jazzprowl)
-disrespect boundaries/be sexually aggressive in general
-talk about sex all the time even when inappropriate
-run off to jerk off or have inappropriately timed sex
all things ive seen across various different fics. and if you want to write jazz that way you better create a set of circumstances that makes me believe it. because throwing it into tf animated of all continuities (as an example) just make me immediately side eye your priorities
tldr; the jazz sex fiend trend does bother me. i don't think writing him that way or enjoying him written that way automatically makes you racist. but i do encourage people to explore any subconscious bias they may have because that trait doesn't make sense for jazz. especially if you want to write in character jazz fics.
in the spirit of honesty...the way some of yall write jazz in transformers fanfic is honestly appalling. it screams ive never met a black person in my life. it screams i watched michael bays 2007 transformers and took notes, as if the bayverse hasnt been criticized for its terrible stereotyping.
yes, he has an accent. yes, he uses slang. but jesus christ. his usage is not as egregious as yall write it. yall write him like hes stupid and uneducated. the ultimate caricature of a black man. its super insulting.
and i get that he's not actually black due to not being human but he is black coded and the treatment is abysmal at times.
my advice? JUST WRITE DIALOGUE. our brains do the rest. i know what he sounds like, i can fill it in myself.
stop writing "ay, ya sure ya got shit handled, fam'? bro, i 'aint no fool, i gots that dog n' me."
ESPECIALLY BC JAZZ HAS NEVER. SPOKEN LIKE THAT ANYWAY.
sincerely, a (very) frustrated black person.

the apartment is quiet when spencer walks in. it’s late—again. you don’t know where he goes, but he never offers, and you’ve stopped asking.
he drops his keys onto the counter with a dull clink, his shoulders heavy with exhaustion, and you watch from your place on the couch, heart aching at the sight of him. he looks different now. he's been home for months, but the man who walked through your door after prison isn’t the same one who left.
“hey,” you say gently, closing your book and setting it aside.
he glances at you but doesn’t hold your gaze for long. “hey.”
you swallow down the lump in your throat. “did you eat?”
“i'm not hungry.” his answer is clipped, automatic, the same response he’s given you almost every night since he’s been back.
you knew it wouldn’t be easy. that things would be different and he wouldn’t be the same. you had told yourself that over and over in the days leading up to his return, had braced yourself for the changes.
but you'd had hope—hope that, with time, things would settle. that he would come back to you—not just physically, but in the ways that mattered. that he would find his way back to the man he used to be, the man who used to curl up beside you on the couch, rambling about his latest case or a book he was reading. the man who used to laugh, used to smile, used to pull you into his arms like you were the safest place in the world.
but you had underestimated the impression this whole ordeal would leave on him.
it wasn't just in the way he carried himself, the way exhaustion clung to his frame or how the light in his eyes had dimmed. it was deeper than that. it was in the way he recoiled from touch when he used to seek it, in the way his voice lacked the excitement and curiosity it once held. in the distance that stretched between you, widening a little more each day, despite your best efforts to close it.
prison had carved something out of him, something you weren’t sure could ever be replaced. he had been home for months, but a harsh reality was starting to settle in you—that some wounds don’t heal the way you expect them to. some stay raw, lingering beneath the surface, invisible until they make themselves known in quiet moments—in the silence at the dinner table, in the way he avoids your gaze, in the way he flinches at your touch, in the walls he keeps building no matter how hard you try to tear them down.
he didn’t talk about what happened in there, and you didn’t press—even if sometimes curiosity clawed at you. but every laconic response, every empty stare, every night he disappeared without explanation told you more than words ever could. he was still there, trapped in a place you couldn’t seem to reach, and no matter how badly you wanted to, you weren’t sure you ever would.
you exhale slowly, measuring your words before speaking. "spencer, you know what i'm going to say." your voice is soft, careful, but it still makes him flinch, just barely.
"i'm fine," he mutters, turning away from you.
you hesitate, just for a moment, before the words slip out. a quiet, almost embarrassed whisper in the stillness of the room.
"will you at least sit with me for a little while?"
you regret the question the second it leaves your mouth, second-guessing yourself as soon as the vulnerability hits you. it sounds so small, so simple—sit with me, like it’s not asking for much, but in a way, it feels like you’re begging. you feel humiliation crawl up your neck.
"we don't have to talk," you add quickly, trying to soften the weight of your words. "we can just—"
"i'm tired," he interrupts, voice hollow. he’s already moving toward the bedroom, like he can't get away fast enough.
you stare blanky at him, his back already turned to you. you don't say anything. you can't. the words get stuck somewhere in your throat, tangled up with the shock and the sting of his dismissal. you just sit there, still as stone, the weight of his words settling over you like a thick, suffocating fog.
it shouldn't surprise you—this response, this distance, the way he shuts you out without a second thought. it’s been happening for weeks now, a slow unraveling of something that once felt unbreakable. and yet, it does surprise you.
because you still hoped—that he would just sit with you. that it couldn't possibly be that bad that your own husband couldn't sit on the the same goddamn couch as you.
you don’t know if your lack of response matters. maybe it does. maybe that’s why he hesitates in the doorway, fingers gripping the frame as if he's weighing his options. for a second, you think he might turn around, might give you something—anything. but then, just as quickly, he lets go and disappears into the darkness of the bedroom.
you sit there, motionless, as the door to the bedroom clicks shut behind him. the sound feels final, sharp.
the interaction plays in your head. "i'm tired."
the look on his face—or the lack of one. there’s nothing there. no fight, no frustration, not even the faintest trace of a desire to make things right.
you blink, once, twice, trying to shake the fog from your brain, but the shock is still there, thick in your chest. it’s like a pulse, steady and unrelenting, buzzing through your veins. you don’t know what to do with it. how to process it.
at this point, you can hardly recognize yourself. the person you used to be—before all this. you would have never let spencer walk away from that. you would’ve confronted him, spoken your truth, demanded that he listen. you were an opinionated person, it wasn't like you to let someone walk over you—spencer liked that about you. you would’ve never felt embarrassed by something so simple, so vulnerable, said to the man you loved.
the anger bubbles up, creeping through the shock like a slow poison, and suddenly, your skin feels tight. it feels wrong. how dare he? how can he just walk away, leave you in this empty room, in this awful, suffocating silence, after everything you’ve been through together?
surely, you wouldn't do this to him. that thought had crossed your mind before, only to be quickly pushed away by the reminder that you couldn't possibly know what he was going through—what he felt in that place.
but now, the thought clung to you, insistent, refusing to be ignored and with it came another. maybe he didn’t know how to let go of you—maybe he was too afraid to say the words, so instead, he kept hurting you without even realizing it. maybe he thought pulling away was easier than facing the truth. if the roles were reversed, you'd seek him out, wanting his comfort, his presence. so why wasn't he doing the same for you? why was he so unwilling to lean on you—when he had done it a million times before?
the pulse in your neck quickens, blood rushing, and you grip the edge of the couch, knuckles white. you don't even realize you're standing now, the instinct to do something, anything, pushing you forward. your breath comes quick and shallow as frustration and disbelief twist inside you like a knot that you can't untangle.
what are you supposed to do with this? what are you supposed to do when your own husband looks at you like you’re nothing—like you’re some kind of inconvenience he just can’t deal with tonight?
your body moves on its own, your legs carrying you to the door as if they have a will of their own—pyjamas and slippers be damned—the front door slams shut behind you with an almost violent finality. the apartment feels suffocating now, the weight of his absence, of his rejection, too much to bear. you need to leave.
you don’t bother to grab your phone. what would be the point? there’s nothing to say to him anymore—if he would even call. not when you’re standing on the edge of something you can’t even explain to yourself, a frustration and sadness mixing into something unrecognizable.
you walk fast, too fast, the cold air biting at your skin, and it helps. the briskness of the night, the sting of it, gives you a sense of purpose, something to focus on other than the gnawing emptiness inside you. you don’t want to sit in that silence any longer, don’t want to stew in your thoughts, trapped in that apartment where the echoes of your broken attempts at connection are suffocating.
jj’s place isn’t far—just a few blocks—but it might as well be a world away. the walk feels like an eternity, but it’s the only thing you can control right now. you don't have to think about spencer. you don’t have to think about him.
you find yourself at jj’s door, your breath coming out in white clouds, and for the first time tonight, you feel a brief flicker of something approaching relief. you knock twice, hard, before pulling back and pressing your forehead against the doorframe, closing your eyes, letting the coolness of it ground you. what the hell am i doing?
when she opens the door, her eyes widen at the sight of you, but she doesn’t ask. she doesn’t need to. she just steps aside, pulling you in with a soft, understanding smile.
“you okay?” she asks gently, though you know she already knows the answer.
you nod, but only because you don't trust your voice not to break if you speak. she doesn’t push, just closes the door behind you and leads you to the couch. you sit without a word, leaning back against the cushions, closing your eyes, and for the first time in what feels like months, you let yourself breathe.
jj moves toward the kitchen without a word, and you hear the familiar sound of glasses clinking, followed by the admittedly soothing pour of wine. she returns with a glass in each hand, her expression knowing. she hands you one and sits down beside you, settling into the cushions with the kind of ease that makes you wish you could do the same.
"talk to me,” she says, her voice quiet, but firm enough to break the silence that’s settled between you. it’s not a question, really—more like a gentle command, the kind that only someone who knows you can give.
you let out a breath, leaning back into the couch, staring at the ceiling for a moment, unsure where to even begin. everything feels like a mess. but her presence, her calm, makes you feel like you might find the strength to sort it out.
“spencer—" you stop yourself, the words catching in your throat. you shake your head, a laugh escaping your lips at the disbelief of your situation. "i don’t even know what to say anymore. i don’t know how we got here. it’s like i don’t even know who he is anymore.”
jj listens, her eyes steady, her hands wrapped around her own glass, but her gaze never wavers. she’s waiting. you know she won’t interrupt.
“i thought... i thought he’d come back to me, you know?” the words slip out before you can stop them, and the sadness that follows hits you harder than anything before. “i thought, with time, things would get better. that i could get him back, the way he was. but... it’s like he’s not even here anymore. i don’t know how to reach him. and when i try, it feels like he just shuts me out more.”
you swallow hard, feeling a sharp sting behind your eyes. it feels pathetic, but you can’t stop it now. you can’t stop the flood of everything that’s been building up, everything you’ve been trying to ignore.
“he’s gone, jj. and i don’t know how to be with someone who’s... not really here,” you say, your voice breaking on the last word.
jj doesn’t say anything at first, just lets you breathe, lets you sit with it for a moment. “i know it doesn’t feel like it right now, but he’s not gone. he’s just... changed. and change is hard. for both of you.”
you scoff softly, shaking your head. “i feel like i'm going crazy."
jj watches you carefully, her gaze unwavering as she processes your words. you feel exhausted—physically, emotionally—like the weight of the past few months has finally settled on your shoulders all at once.
jj studies you for a long moment, her expression unreadable. then, she exhales, setting her wine glass down on the coffee table. “you’re not crazy,” she says simply. “you’re grieving.”
that catches you off guard. you blink at her. “grieving?”
she nods. “yeah. you’re grieving the life you had before. the spencer you had before.” she pauses. “and maybe... the version of yourself that existed before all this.”
you open your mouth, but no words come out. you want to argue, to tell her it’s not that simple, that you’re not mourning spencer like he’s some lost cause, but—god—doesn’t it feel like that sometimes? doesn’t it feel like the person you knew, the person you loved, is slipping further and further away?
jj sighs, leaning forward, resting her elbows on her knees. “i know what it’s like to watch someone you love disappear into themselves. to feel helpless while they struggle with something you can’t fix.” her voice is softer now, careful, like she’s walking a tightrope. “it’s terrifying.”
your fingers tighten around your wine glass. “so what do i do?” the question comes out more fragile than you want it to, barely above a whisper.
she’s quiet for a moment, thinking. “you—" her words are interrupted by an abrupt sound. jj’s phone is ringing, sharp and sudden in the quiet of the room. you flinch, your heart leaping into your throat before you even see the name on the screen. but you already know.
spencer.
panic grips you, fast and unrelenting, and before you can think, the words spill out. “don’t answer it.”
jj hesitates, glancing at the phone on the coffee table. the screen glows with his name, the sound vibrating between you like a living thing. “he’s your husband,” she says gently, but her fingers hover over the screen instead of answering.
“i don’t care,” you whisper, shaking your head. “please, jj. don’t.”
she studies you, eyes flicking over your face like she’s trying to gauge just how serious you are. if she picks up, you’ll have to hear him—his voice, his clipped tone, his inevitable question: where are you? and what then? you don’t have an answer.
jj sighs, silencing the call but not declining it. the ringing stops, but the silence that follows is almost worse.
“you know he’s worried,” she says carefully. “you left without your phone. you think he’s just going to let that go?”
you squeeze your eyes shut, gripping your glass like it’s the only thing tethering you to the moment. “i don’t know,” you admit. “i just—I can’t do this right now. fuck.”
jj shifts closer, her voice calm but firm. “running won’t fix this.”
you let out a short, bitter laugh. “staying hasn't."
she doesn’t have an answer for that.
jj watches you carefully, then sighs. “stay here as long as you need. but at some point, you have to decide—are you going home? or are you walking away?”
your arm is moving suddenly, the wine glass at your lips. her words settle over you like a weight. and for the first time, you realize—you don’t know.
jj's phone buzzes again, and you flinch at the sight of spencer’s name lighting up the screen. the call goes to voicemail, and for a few seconds, there’s nothing but silence.
the phone rings a second time. you can almost hear spencer’s voice in your head, the exact tone he always takes when he doesn’t know what to say.
“I’ll answer it,” jj says softly, but the words feel like a concession rather than a promise. she picks up the phone, and her thumb hovers over the screen.
you don’t stop her, but you wish you could. you wish you could shut everything down, turn it all off.
“spencer?” jj says, her voice calm, controlled.
you close your eyes, hearing his voice crackle through the speaker.
“jj... is she there?” spencer’s voice sounds worn, tight with something just beneath the surface. you can hear the familiar threads of guilt and concern tangled in his words. “i—i don’t know where she went. she just… she left without saying anything.”
jj looks at you, her expression unreadable. you can feel the heat of her stare on you.
“yeah, she's here.” jj finally responds, her words careful. “but she's not ready to talk to you right now, spencer.”
a long pause follows. you can hear spencer’s breath, shallow, like he’s holding something back.
“i just... i just need to know she's okay,” he says, the frustration and desperation clear in his voice. “please.”
you wince at the pleading in his words. it cuts through you in a way you hadn’t expected.
jj looks at you, her expression unreadable, before she glances down at the phone again. you can feel the heat of her stare on you.
“she’s fine,” jj says, with a note of finality. “but I think you need to give her some time. she’s been through a lot, spencer. you both have.”
“time?” Spencer’s voice cracks. “jj, i don’t—“
but she cuts him off. “i’m not getting in the middle of this. just... take care of yourself for now, okay? you’ll talk when she’s ready. she’ll come back when she’s ready.”
the phone goes silent for a moment, and then the faint click of the line disconnecting. jj pulls the phone away from her ear and sets it down on the coffee table with a soft sigh.
jj sits back, her gaze still trained on you, like she’s waiting for something.
the silence in the room feels heavier now. It presses against your chest, and the weight of it makes your thoughts swirl faster than they should. spencer’s voice still echoes in your mind—i just need to know she's okay. you don’t want to admit it, but the desperation in his words cuts deeper than you anticipated. you don’t want to feel guilty. but it settles over you, thick and unavoidable, as you sit on jj’s couch, the comfort of her presence fading into the background.
“he sounded worried,” you murmur, more to yourself than to jj.
she nods, watching you carefully. “of course he’s worried.”
you press your lips together, exhaling slowly. “i didn’t think he’d care that much.” the words taste bitter on your tongue, because the truth is, you had wanted him to care. you had wanted him to call, to ask where you were, to prove—at least to himself—that there was still something left between you worth saving.
and he did.
he did.
but now, sitting here, away from him, away from that apartment, the weight of your actions starts creeping in, cold and insidious.
you left.
you walked out without a word.
you knew what it was like to feel abandoned, to reach for someone and find nothing but empty space. and now you’ve done the same to him.
the realization makes your chest tighten, and suddenly, the fight, the frustration, the resentment—it all feels distant, overshadowed by something heavier. something closer to shame.
jj shifts beside you, her voice quiet but knowing. “you’re thinking about going back.”
you shake your head quickly. “i don’t know.” but it’s a lie. you do know.
you inhale sharply, pressing your palm to your forehead, trying to ground yourself. “god, what am I doing, jj?”
“you’re allowed to feel this, you know,” she says simply. “you’re allowed to be angry. to be hurt. to need space.”
you swallow hard, blinking down at your hands. they feel foreign to you, like they belong to someone else. “i just—” you hesitate, voice cracking slightly. “i just got so mad. he was so dismissive of me, and i couldn't be there anymore.”
“i know.”
you stare down at your lap, your fingers tightening around the fabric of your sweater.
you shake your head, guilt curling in your chest. “but that’s not me, jj. that’s not who I am. i don’t just… walk away. i got angry and i overreacted.”
she sighs. “one moment doesn't define you. things are different now. you've never been in a situation like this before,” she pauses. “sometimes you have to walk away, to get your thoughts in order."
"it would've been worse if you blew up at him." she added.
"i think i still might." you said with a dry laugh.
jj smiled slightly, her gaze softening as she leaned back, “you’ve always been the one to hold things together,” she said, her voice gentle but firm, as if trying to remind you that it was okay to break sometimes. “but you can’t hold it all in forever. and sometimes… sometimes you need space to breathe, to think. you don’t always have to be the strong one.”
you let out a breath, unsure of what to say next. jj was always good at cutting through the noise, but the guilt still sat heavily in your chest. you couldn’t escape the feeling that walking away—no matter how much you needed to—had been the wrong choice.
jj watches you for a moment, then leans forward, resting her elbows on her knees. “listen, i know it feels like you did something wrong by leaving, but you didn’t. you needed space. that’s not the same as giving up.”
you nod slowly, staring down at your hands, but you don’t respond.
jj sighs, then reaches over and squeezes your arm. "look, if there’s anyone who understands why you did what you did, it’s spencer. he has spent his life studying human behavior—figuring out how they think and why they do what they do. spencer knows exactly why you walked out, even if he won't admit it. he knows it was about needing space, about trying to make sense of everything that’s been building up between you.”
she pauses, giving you a reassuring look. “this isn’t the end. this is just a bump in the road—you'll go back when you're ready, and you'll start working through it all."
spencer knows why you left.
the thought lingers, easing the guilt that’s been clawing at you since you walked out. maybe that’s why he didn’t come after you. maybe, in his own way, he understood that you needed this moment to step back, to breathe, to process.
you hope—no, you need—to believe that he’s coming to his own realization. that in the quiet of your absence, in the stillness of an apartment that no longer holds your presence, he’s starting to understand. that maybe, just maybe, he’s replaying every word, every moment, and seeing where it all went wrong.
you want him to recognize that pushing you away was a mistake. that shutting you out, closing himself off instead of letting you in, only built more distance between you. and most of all, you hope he understands now—truly understands—that love isn’t about shutting doors, but about keeping them open, even when it’s hard.
the irony of the situation dawns on you. sitting here, hoping he comes to the right conclusion on his own, won’t change anything. no matter how hurt or frustrated you are, you know one thing for certain—you aren’t going to push him away the way he did to you.
you glance at jj, her eyes soft with understanding, and suddenly, you don’t feel as lost as you did before.
“i have to go back,” you murmur, the words feeling right the moment they leave your lips.
jj studies you for a moment before nodding. “yeah, i figured.” there’s no judgment in her voice, only quiet support.
you stand, but before you can say anything, jj speaks again. “i’m driving you.”
you blink at her. “jj, i can—”
"it’s late, and it’s cold,” she interrupts, crossing her arms. “and i know you. you’ll spend the entire walk overthinking, or worse, you’ll turn around and come right back here.”
you open your mouth to argue, but she raises an eyebrow, daring you to fight her on this. you sigh, giving in. “fine. i'll still overthink in the car though.”
jj smirks as she grabs her keys. "yeah, but at least this way, you’ll be overthinking with heated seats and no risk of getting hit by a rogue cyclist."
you roll your eyes, but there's a small smile tugging at the corner of your lips. "alright, alright. guess I’ll overthink in comfort then." you step outside, the weight of everything that’s about to unfold on your back.
the ride back is quiet, the streets nearly empty as jj navigates the familiar roads. you stare out the window, your finger spinning your wedding band, mind racing with all the possibilities of what comes next.
you wonder how it will be when you walk through that door. will he be surprised to see you? will he be angry? will he apologize? the questions swirl in your mind, but you push them aside—you'll find out in a few minutes either way.
jj pulls up in front of the apartment building and turns to you, her expression gentle. “you don’t have to fix everything tonight,” she reminds you. “just… put all your cards on the table. don't sugarcoat anything.”
you nod, feeling a mix of gratitude and nervous anticipation. "thank you, jj," you say softly, giving her a small smile. "i don’t know what i would’ve done without you tonight."
she smiles back, her eyes warm with understanding. "you’ll be fine. just be honest, that’s all you can do."
with a final nod, you push the door open, the cold air immediately hitting you as you step out onto the sidewalk. your heart is pounding in your chest, each step towards the apartment feeling heavier than the last.
you twist the handle, it's unlocked, but you hesitate before pushing the door open, gathering your courage in the silent hallway. when you finally step inside, the apartment is quiet—but not empty. a single lamp illuminates the living room, casting long shadows across the walls.
and there's spencer, sitting on the couch hunched over with his elbows on his knees, head in his hands.
he looks up at the sound of the door, and for a brief moment, his face is completely unguarded. relief washes over his features, followed quickly by something that looks almost like fear. he stands immediately, his movements stiff and uncertain.
"you came back," he says, his voice hoarse.
you close the door behind you, still standing near the threshold. "i started feeling guilty." you sighed, jj's voice in the back of your head—just be honest.
spencer swallows, his gaze flickering to the floor for a moment before meeting yours again. "guilty?" he repeats, his voice quieter now, almost hesitant.
spencer exhales sharply, rubbing a hand over his face. “you shouldn't feel guilty," he murmurs, then shakes his head. "i mean, it makes sense,” he says quickly, his words picking up speed.
“studies show that guilt is often a response to perceived moral transgressions rather than actual wrongdoing. it’s the brain’s way of enforcing social cohesion—an evolutionary mechanism designed to maintain interpersonal relationships by making us feel responsible for potential harm, even when no actual harm has been inflicted.”
you couldn’t help but feel a strange mix of disbelief and amusement as he rambled on. it was as if, in the middle of all this, the man you once knew had momentarily resurfaced. even if what he was saying wasn’t at all what you needed to hear right now, a part of you couldn't help but recognize the familiarity in it—the way he always got lost in his thoughts, trying to explain things when he didn’t quite know how to connect.
he shifts on his feet, his words picking up speed. “and in this case, your reaction makes perfect sense. you removed yourself from a heightened emotional situation in order to regulate your response, which, psychologically speaking, is a far healthier alternative to reactive conflict. but then, the cognitive dissonance sets in—the part where your brain tells you that leaving contradicts your usual patterns of behavior, and that discrepancy triggers guilt, even if logically—”
“spencer,” you interrupt gently.
his mouth snaps shut, and for a second, there’s just silence. a flicker of something vulnerable crosses his face, and you realize—he’s rambling because he doesn’t know what else to say. because this is easier for him than actually talking about what matters.
you step forward, closing a bit of the distance between you. “i don’t need an analysis,” you tell him gently. "i just want you to tell me what's going on."
spencer’s gaze flickers for a moment, like he’s trying to find the words, trying to make sense of the situation. "i never wanted you to feel like you needed to leave," he says, his voice quieter now, more vulnerable. “but i didn’t exactly make it easy for you to stay.”
you lean against the doorframe, arms crossed, the weight of everything you haven’t said pressing heavily on your chest. "no, you didn’t," you admit, your voice just above a whisper.
his expression tightens, a flash of something—guilt, maybe—crossing his face before he looks away.
"i've been trying," he says quietly. "i have."
"have you?" the question comes out sharper than you intended, but you don't soften it. "because from where i'm standing, it feels like you've been doing everything possible to push me away."
spencer's gaze snaps back to you, a hint of defensiveness in his eyes. "that's not fair."
"isn't it?" you take another step forward, emboldened by the surge of emotions you've held back for too long. "you won't talk to me. you won't look at me. you won't even sit next to me on the couch. what am i supposed to think, spencer?"
he runs a hand through his hair, frustration evident in every movement. "it's not that simple," he says, his voice strained. "i want to be the person you remember, but i don't know if i can be that man anymore."
the admission hits you like a physical blow. "i'm not asking you to be exactly who you were before," you say softly. "i know that's not possible. i just... i need you to be present. to talk to me. to not shut me out completely."
spencer is quiet for a long moment, his gaze fixed on some point beyond you. when he finally speaks, his voice is barely audible. "i don't know how to explain what it was like in there."
your breath catches. this is the closest he's come to talking about prison since he's been home. you don't know if you should say something. you hold your breath, afraid that if you move or speak, he'll retreat again.
his eyes are distant, far away, and for a moment, you wonder if he’s even aware of how much you’re hanging on his every word. finally, he exhales slowly, his gaze dropping to the floor as if the weight of it all is too much to bear.
“being in there… it broke something inside of me,” he says, voice low and strained. “i kept thinking about what it would be like to come back, to be here, with you. and then i just—" he paused for a moment. "i had to do something really bad. i had to do things in there that… things i never thought i would do."
"i hate myself for it. every second of it." his voice breaks on the last word, he shakes his head, hands shaking slightly as he runs them through his hair, frustration and guilt radiating from him.
"i wasn't just a victim in there—i became someone i don't even recognize anymore. i did things that went against everything i ever believed in, everything i told myself i would never do."
he looks at you now, and you can see the turmoil in his eyes—the deep-rooted shame and the self-loathing that’s consumed him. "and now i’m back here, with you, and i don’t even know who i am anymore. i’ve become this person who did unforgivable things. you don't deserve someone like me, someone who’s capable of—of that." he gestures vaguely, as if trying to encompass everything that’s happened to him.
"is that why you've been pushing me away?" you ask softly. "because you think i won't love who you are now?"
he doesn't answer, but the way he avoids your gaze tells you everything.
"baby," you whisper, shifting closer to him. "nothing could change how I see you."
you take a slow, unsteady breath, searching for the right words—any words—but everything feels inadequate. how do you explain something that goes beyond language?
"god, spencer," you exhale, shaking your head. "i wish i was better at this. i wish i had the right words, i wish i was some kind of poet, and that i could say the right things to make you understand, but i'm not."
you finally close the gap between you two and take his hands, gripping them tightly, pressing them against your chest as if somehow, if he just feels the way your heart beats for him, he’ll finally understand.
"it’s frustrating," you continue, voice thick with emotion. "because what i feel for you—it’s bigger than me. it’s bigger than words. i can’t explain it, and i hate that, because i need you to know. i need you to understand that this isn’t something breakable, something you can ruin, something you can chase away just because you think you should."
he swallows hard, his fingers curling around yours, but he doesn’t speak. maybe he can’t.
"i swear, spencer, if there was a way to pull this feeling out of me and give it to you, i would. if i could make you see yourself the way i see you, make you understand that what you did—what you had to do—doesn’t make you unworthy of love, i would do it in a heartbeat." your voice breaks slightly, tears now lining your eyes. "because i don’t just love you. it’s not that simple. it’s not just some feeling, some thing i could ever put into words. it’s more. it doesn’t begin or end with what you’ve done, or what’s happened to you, or who you think you’ve become. it just is."
he lets out a shaky breath, his eye are now wet, shining under the dim apartment light, his lips parted slightly like he wants to argue but can’t find the strength to. because maybe, just maybe, for the first time—he’s starting to believe you.
"i just wish—i wish you could feel it," you murmur, voice breaking. "i wish you could step into my skin, into my heart, and know how much i love you."
you don’t realize you’re crying until he reaches up, hesitantly, brushing his fingers against your cheek like he’s afraid you’ll disappear if he touches you. his hand is shaking, but he doesn’t pull away.
spencer’s expression falters, something breaking inside of him, and when he finally—finally—pulls you into his arms, it’s not desperate or frantic. his arms wrap around you slowly, almost reverently, as though he's trying to let the feeling of your love wash over him, to understand it the way you do.
at first, it’s just the slightest tremble in his shoulders, so faint you almost miss it. but then you feel it—the shaky exhale against your neck, the way his fingers clutch at the fabric of your shirt like he’s afraid to let go. and then, slowly, silently, he starts to break.
his breath hitches, and before he can stop it, a quiet sob escapes him, muffled against your shoulder. his body shakes, all the pain and guilt unraveling all at once, and all you can do is hold him through it. his hands grasp at you like you’re the only thing tethering him to the present, like if he lets go, he’ll disappear into everything he’s been trying so hard to contain.
you don’t say anything. you don’t tell him it’s okay, because you know he wouldn’t believe it. or maybe because it isn't. but it will be. you'll make sure of that.
your fingers thread through his hair, your lips press against his temple, and you whisper the same words over and over, a promise and a lifeline: "i love you. i love you. i love you."
you stay like that for a while, wrapped in each other, the weight of everything that’s happened still lingering in the air between you. but it’s different now. lighter, somehow. not because everything is fixed—there are still conversations to have, wounds to tend to, pieces of him he hasn’t shown you yet.
but for the first time in a long while, you feel like you’re on the same side again. you’re not standing in separate corners, silently blaming each other for things you can’t control.
the weight in your chest, the anxiety that has gnawed at you since that day you got the call about him being detained, begins to fade. you don’t need to fix everything tonight. you don’t need to have all the answers.
his breathing begins to steady, the tears slowing, but he doesn’t pull away. instead, he rests his forehead against yours, his voice a raw whisper as he says the only thing he can in this moment. “i’m sorry.”
you close your eyes for a moment, exhaling softly. “i know,” you whisper.
there's a beat of silence. "i've been having nightmares," he says, his voice so low you have to strain to hear him. "almost every night. that's where i go sometimes—i walk before going to bed. i walk so that i'm exhausted enough that my mind shuts down."
the sudden admission breaks your heart—but there's also a part of you that feels relief. relief that he wasn't turning to something worse or someone else to numb the pain.
"spencer, you could have told me." you said, fingers rubbings patterns into his back.
"i didn't want to burden you more than i already have," he says, shaking his head. "you've already been through so much because of me."
"that's not how this works," you say, squeezing his hand. "just forget all of that, okay? things will be different now. you not talking to me hurts more than that ever could."
he leans into you, his eyes closing for a brief moment. "i'm sorry," he whispers. "for pushing you away. for making you feel like you weren't enough. you've always been enough."
you lift a hand to his face, your thumb brushing against his cheek as you take in the exhaustion lining his features—the weight he’s been carrying alone for too long. slowly, carefully, you lean in, pressing a soft, lingering kiss to his lips. just a warm, quiet reassurance that you’re here, that you’re staying.
when you finally pull away, his forehead rests against yours, and he lets out a quiet sigh, his breath warm against your skin. he looks at you, his eyes filled with a mixture of hope and uncertainty. "do you want to go to bed?" he asks, voice low.
you pause for a moment, you hadn’t realized just how exhausted you were until his mention of sleep. your shoulders feel heavy, and your body aches from the emotional toll it’s taken.
a deep, almost instinctual sigh escapes your lips, and you nod softly, “yeah."
spencer squeezes your hand gently and leads you toward the bedroom. the moment the covers are pulled back, you slip under the soft sheets, the cool fabric against your skin offering the smallest comfort after everything you've been through. spencer follows you in, his body warm and reassuring as he settles beside you.
he moves closer, carefully wrapping his arms around you, pulling you into him with a tenderness that makes your chest tighten. you rest your head on his chest, the steady beat of his heart grounding you. his presence, steady and constant, washes over you like a balm, soothing the frantic, scattered thoughts in your mind.
his hand moves slowly up and down your back, the rhythm soothing, and you realize just how much you've missed this—missed him.
you close your eyes, letting the weight of everything melt away as you drift closer to sleep. spencer’s voice is soft, a comforting murmur as he presses a kiss to the top of your head.
"i love you."

If you haven't seen the movie that's ok, I will fill in the gaps as we go...) warnings: dark adult themes, violence, sex, drugs, yandere shit. plz don't read if u can't handle it ->chapter map
XIII.
-You thought you’d done a good job talking yourself up to it, but you are so embarrassed, when you get up on the model stand, and it's time to start class…and you simply can't do it. You freeze, absolutely unable to bring yourself to take off your robe, to expose yourself again after your near brush with…whatever the fuck those creeps intended to do with you.
“I…”
You don't even know where to begin to explain. You wait for John to say something cutting or sarcastic. To be a jerk about it, annoyed that you're stalling his class.
You watch warily as he approaches the model stand, hands in his pockets, the very picture of the brooding artist. Yet when he looks up at you…there’s an empathy in his dark eyes that squeezes your heart with a fist. He could have pushed you over with a feather when he asks, “Are you alright, y/n?”
Sadly, you shake your head, hugging yourself. “I’m…not sure I can do this right now. I'm so sorry.” You sway on your feet, and he must sense something wild inside you, a mare threatening to bolt, or a statue ready to tumble, because he holds up his hands as though to steady you–those large, eloquent hands with their impossibly long fingers.
You don’t know what possesses you, when you take his fingers in yours, holding on to him like he is a life line. They’re strong, and calloused, and for the first time since waking up after your mishap you feel somewhat anchored to the world around you.
He lets you hold on to him, his expression softening for you the way it used to, before you had your heated little tiff over Matt’s work. His voice is low, and calming, acting like a balm for your troubled soul.
“That's ok, y/n. It's your choice. Do you maybe think you could sit for us with your robe on?”
You think about it a few moments before nodding.
“Alright.” He squeezes your fingers encouragingly. “Let's do some warm ups, then we'll pick a pose.”
You nod, and somehow, this small gesture of support empowers you again to do your thing.
- You're not sure how he knew you needed it, but in the end you decide on a reclining pose. John produces blankets and pillows from the closet to make you a comfortable nest on the otherwise hard model stand, and you hate to admit it, but…you fall asleep.
You haven't been sleeping well, and something about being here in this place you love, rather than your cold and lonely apartment fulfills something you've been missing the past few weeks.
By some miracle, as though even your sleeping brain knows, you do not move from your position even in slumber. It takes a gentle hand upon your ankle to rouse you,  and you wake with a start to find John standing over you.
The room is empty of students; through the windows you can see that night has fallen outside. Fuck.
“I'm so sorry,” you immediately apologize, bolting up right. The class ends at six. How much longer did you keep him here?
“It’s ok,” he says in his soothing baritone. “Are you…ok, y/n?”
You look at him looking at you so earnestly with those infinite dark eyes–it ties you up in knots, and you feel like you can't hide a thing from him. Like…he already knows, and just wants to give you an outlet to talk about it, if you want.
“Something …bad happened at the Monster Masque,” you admit in a whisper, looking fixedly at the corner of your blanket beneath you. “I've just…felt weird, ever since.”
His frown is like a thunderhead, forbidding and beautiful. “Do you need help, y/n?”
You shake your head. “No. I think…the matter is closed.”
“Oh?”
“I think…someone took care of it for me.”
“Who?”
“I…don't know. Maybe someone I met at the ball. I think…” You look to him, drowning, and you can't help but compare his stare to the black satin shine of your Lone Wolf’s eyes. Dear lord, do you have a type. “I think he saved me.”
John lifts a single dark brow to this. “Sounds like you have a guardian angel, y/n.”
A shaky little laugh escapes you. “Yeah.” You think that guardian demon might be more likely, but you don’t say it aloud.
When you dismount from the modeling stand the concrete floor is shockingly hard and cold beneath your feet; your leg tingles with pins and needles, having fallen asleep. You take a step and would have stumbled–-but John catches you, holding you in his strong arms.
You swear you didn’t do it on purpose, but you find it’s a very nice place to be. There is something hauntingly familiar about being held like this, tucked against his chest with his arms around you. You look up at him from so very close, and you realize something is different.
“You cut off your beard,” you say, maybe with way more wonder in your voice than the observation actually warrants, but there's something about being able to see the sharp lines of his jaw that moves you to your toes.
“I trimmed a little.” He doesn't scold you for staring at him like a star struck idiot. He seems…content, to stand like this with you, while you are reeling in this bottomless freefall into deja-vu.
He has a distractingly beautiful mouth, lips full and infuriatingly kissable. You cannot tear your eyes from the lower half of his face; the sum total of its lines strum some forgotten chord inside you.
Is it possible?
Your memory is so fractured from that night. Nothing is clear amidst the bits and pieces that remain to you. The gaps are large as a canyon in your mind, yawning fissures in the landscape of your memory. Whatever those boys drugged you with…it really fucked you up, and just thinking about it makes you want to hide under John Wick’s chin and not come out for a week.
You decide that you are wishfully projecting your hopes onto this man. That he had much better things to be doing on Halloween, than masquerading around in an animal costume just to flirt with you.
“Have you been eating, y/n?” he asks, squeezing your sides gently. You suppose he remembers how much padding you had from the last time you were in his hands. The memory of that lightning-charged squabble compared to how he handles you now makes you weak all over again.
You shrug, embarrassed for some reason. “Not…well.”
He nods, because he already knew the answer. “Come home for dinner with me.”
“I…would hate to bother you.” Deep down you want to say yes, and yet you cannot shake the dogged mantle of your hesitance.
“No bother. I think it would be good for you.”
He's being polite, yet there is a firm insistence in his tone that leaves no further room for argument.
“Okay.” You manage to keep the tremor out of your voice as you agree, and you decide to give yourself a point for bravery. Your score’s been running in the negatives lately, and maybe this will be good for you.
Or maybe you'll ruin it, the way you ruin everything, eventually.

Unsatisfied apology
Tumblr media
Anakin Skywalker x f!reader summary: Anakin wants to make up... includes: not really smut but it's talked about and implied, whiny Anakin, make up sex, fast finishing, no orgasm
Tumblr media
Your ex has fucked just about any girl that would let him in hopes of getting over you. As if your friends reminding you constantly wasn’t enough, anyone passing by his room could hear clearly. News flash, it didn’t help him one bit.
Though, the rumor that he still wasn’t over you did feed your ego.
One night, you were mindlessly revising for some tests you had later that week when a knock disturbed you.
“Baby, please open the door. I need to talk to you.” The whiny yet familiar voice still made your heart skip a beat. Or two.
He must be drunk. You thought.
“What?” You huff as you open the door. Not only were you met with a completely sober Anakin, you were met with a crying one too.
Tears streaked down his rosy cheeks, eyes puffy and red. Who knows how long he was crying for.
“What’s wrong?” You asked, voice laced with concern.
“Can we talk?” He sniffles.
“Yeah” You blurted out before you could even think twice.
Opening the door further, you let him in. Ankin takes a seat on your bed and waits for you to join him.
The second you sat down he started ranting about everything.
“Baby I missed you so much…”
“I fucked up really bad, I know.”
“You’re all I ever think about.”
“I’ll never be over you.”
“I’ve been awful since the day we broke up.”
“No other girl compares to you..”
“Please..Give me another chance, my love.”
He pleaded and whined, all while still sobbing. You’d be lying if you said you weren’t considering it. Just one look at those blue eyes was enough to tear down any kind of resistance you’ve built over time.
“Please baby.” He begged. “Nobody is as good to me as you are. I’m so sorry” He whined, staring at you through teary eyes.
“I don’t know Ani..” You sighed, shoulders slumping.
“But you’re thinking about it.” He straightened up, a hint of excitement in his voice. “Please” He breaks off into a sob. “Let me make it up to you.”
With that, he pushes you down on the bed gently, climbing on top of you.
“Ani-” You try to protest, placing your hand on his upper arm. Unfortunately your voice comes out as a desperate whimper more than anything else, only urging him on.
“I’m so sorry for how I treated you baby” He mumbles, slipping your shirt off. He continues mumbling incoherent words that are interrupted by sobs and hiccups as he undresses you.
“Please say you forgive me..” He stares right into your eyes as he palms himself through his pants before slipping them down to free his rock hard cock.
God knows how long that was there.
“O-okay, I forgive you” You mumble, trying not to laugh at how childish he looks.
“You’re just saying that.” He pouts, sobbing again.
The next 5, 6 minutes of your life were the most confusing ones ever.
Anakin is borderline desperate and his movements are jerky and uncoordinated. He's ground against your thigh like a puppy for at least 3 minutes before finally pushing his erection into your warmth.
He is good in bed, but this? If you didn’t know any better you could’ve easily brushed him off as a virgin.
He's whining and whimpering with every shallow thrust, his entire body shaking with the force of his sobs.
Obviously, he did NOT make you finish before he did. He didn’t make you finish at all. The second he spilled inside of you, he collapsed on top of you while breathing heavily.
Upon realizing you were still very much unsatisfied he cried again.
"I'm sorry..I'm so sorry baby. I'm sorry.." He kept mumbling over and over for another 5 minutes through his soft cries.
Shoulders shaking, face going numb as he cuddled you. The tight hold he had on you while crying loosened overtime as he fell asleep.

HIHIII i loved your truth and deceit fic :33
could i pretty please request a shadow milk x clumsy reader :3?
The Master of Deceit and his clumsy one!
Shadow Milk cookie x Clumsy reader
Hey guys! Hope yall like this! Also feel free to ask requests! Any cookies I will do! Thank you so much for the support everyone!
Tumblr media
First off, he doesn't expect his dearest lover to be clumsy!
So whenever you're in his dimensions, he would watch over you just incase you tripped and fall into an endless void.
Now having you clumsy is what he likes. He likes to protect you.
He would act like the hero when you almost fall in a void or endless river.
When you were hurt while you tripped, he would be desperate to help you and get you up.
"Pookie are you okay? Are you hurt? I'll bring help!" He says, desperate to help you.
He breathed a sigh of relief when you confirmed that you were fine and not hurt.
Now he would use you sometimes for his shows where you have to do carnival tricks and when you fall (which is definitely on the script), he saves you so the crowd applauds.
And of course he doesn't only use you, he loves you. He would depend on your answer if he asks if you want to be in the show.
Now since he deeply cares about you, he brings you everywhere with him.
No matter the situation, he knew he would be desperate without you if you hurt yourself in the process of being clumsy.
He would ask Black Sapphire Cookie to watch over you whenever he couldn't because Black Sapphire Cookie is who he really trusts you to be with.
He does trust Candy Apple cookie but he knows that she's gonna do something to you.
When he got sealed in the tree, he could only hope that Black Sapphire Cookie and Candy Apple cookie is taking care of you.
Now they do take care of you.
Candy Apple cookie just can't accept the fact that he cares about someone clumsy and fragile than her.
Now Black Sapphire Cookie would shake her jealous thoughts away, telling her to accept their fate or surely they will pay.
"Eugh!! What does Master Shadow Milk cookie see in that clumsy fragile cookie!" She huffed. "I did everything for Master Shadow Milk cookie but all he does is ignore me! I even put my best syrups on!"
She basically threw a tantrum on Black Sapphire Cookie while you were somewhere in the sphire. Hoping not to be clumsy and fall again.
"Cut it out! Master Shadow Milk cookie clearly cares for that cookie so accept it!" He said to her.
"And we can't do anything about it!" He said to her.
Now she DID eventually accept it but also feels jealousy time to time.
When Shadow Milk cookie gets realesed from the tree, the first thing he searches is You.
When he found you, he checks you up in case you have any physical bruises or scars.
He breathes a sigh of relief when he checked and you weren't hurt.
And now he brings you all the time, everywhere.
He brings you with him and make you watch him cause destruction.
Now you can't do anything about that. You know he's just ensuring your safety.
Now the reason why he brings you with him was because you are clumsy. Constantly after walking a bit, you would trip.
He would catch you of course and play as the prince in your "Save me!" Princess role.
He would ensure your clumsy butt doesn't get in trouble and would ensure that you're safe.
Tumblr media
Hey everyone! I'm so sorry if this isn't for your liking, feel free to tell me which part you didn't like!
Also I encourage everyone to ask for requests! All cookies are involved!

So, stupid tumblr app decided to be dumb again and posted this story before it was finished, so I had to pull it and redo it. Also, it strayed from the original concept and plot, because this is what came to mind when I started writing. I'm sorry!!!!! Hope yall like the fixed version. It's a lot better and a little dirty. Sorry... my mind went too far with Noah body shots 🤯

The music was too loud for Noah. He had a pounding headache and was exhausted from the six week run in the U.K they’d just got back from. Day's after returning home, the band's management team insisted on throwing a welcome home party to celebrate the biggest headliner the band had done to date and a number one single. So, he was playing nice and pretending he was enjoying the party. Noah hated it and he was miserable.
"Can you at least look like you're having a good time," Matt complained walking over to meet him. "He can't help it that he has a resting bitch face, Matt. Go easy on him." Noah scowled at Jolly, who just simply smiled. "I want to go home," Noah whined, falling down onto a nearby couch. "I feel you," Folio agreed, sitting down next to him. "Why did you agree to this, shit, Matt?" Noah pouted. "Hey my hands were tied, dude. I wasn't really given an option here. Believe me, I'd rather be somewhere else," "Yeah, like held up in his house watching Grey's Anatomy," Jolly chuckled, pulling his long hair back into a bun. "Don't be hating on my show," Matt muttered, checking his phone. "Great. I've got to go meet upper management. Fuck this shit," turning around and walking away as the others just stayed back, laughing.
Folio sat his beer down on the table and removed his hat to scratch his head. "Poor Matt. He suffers so much for us." "Yeah! He'd better. We make him a lot of money," Noah stated, crossing his arms.
Nicholas came walking over the couches, munching on a banana. The other three just stared at him.
"What the hell, Ruffilo?"
Nick looked over at Jolly. "What?" he shrugged.
"Where at a high class party with caviar and shit and all you can find to put in your mouth is a banana?" Jolly criticized.
"Yeah.Caviar is gross and nothing else looks good," staring at a group of giggling girls that walked by him. Nick just shook his head.
Noah laid his head back, pinching the bridge of his nose, when another group of girls came over to them, dressed as if they were looking to get some. Jolly's eyes widened and Folio just pulled his hat down a little lower.
"Excuse me, we need some help," one of the girls asked, her words partially slurring.
Noah raised his head, slowly, instantly regretting he did.
"Sure. What do you need," he replied, reluctantly.
The girls looked at one another, whispering in the other's ear and giggling.
"It's our friend's birthday, and we're trying to get her to do body shots by playing Truth or Dare, but she's refusing. So, we thought that if we could find some really hot guys, she'd change her mind."
Noah looked over at Jolly, begging him with his eyes to come help. Jolly just hid his grin and shook his head, no.
"I, uh, I don't think I'm qualified," "Do you have chest hair or anything around your belly button area?" one of the girls asked. "What! That’s random." "Lift your shirt up. Let me see," one of the girls ordered.
"No!" "Noah, stop being a pansy and just show the girl your chest. It won't kill you," Jolly blurted out, earning him a heated scowl from Noah. "Will you leave me alone if I do?" Noah fumed at the girl who was about to cause him to snap. "I don't know yet. Show me and I'll tell you."
Noah sighed heavily, lifting his shirt.
"I can't see. You have to lift it higher."
Noah growled, glaring over at Jolly who was fighting his laughter.
"You're dead, Karlsson," Noah threatened.
Noah lifted a little higher, hating that he was degrading himself this way.
"You're perfect! Come with me," she ordered, grabbing Noah's hand and yanking him off the couch. She and her friend drug Noah behind them as he tried to fight the grip they had on him.
"Hey you two have let me go, like right now!" Noah demanded.
They led him to another part of the venue and into a room filled with more people and louder music that was about half the size as the one they'd just come from
When his eyes landed on her, Noah almost couldn't breathe. She was so damn pretty and had a smile that could soften even the hardest heart. She was wearing a cowboy hat and a sash that read "Birthday Girl," and the moment she turned and looked at him was the moment his life changed forever.
"We found one," the two girls that drug him over told her.
The girl looked from her friends around the table to Noah, obviously very confused.
"What are you talking about? Found one what?"
She shyly looked over at Noah and smiled.
"A fucking hot guy with tattoos that you can take your first body shot off of the next time you spin a dare."
The girl groaned and threw her hands over her face.
"No! Oh god, please tell me you didn't just go out there and hunt down some random guy to bring over here to play a stupid high school game!"
The two girls were about to protest, but Noah beat them to it.
"No! Actually, I wanted to come. They said it was your birthday, so I thought I'd come over and hang for a little bit."
The girls grew quiet, laughing amongst themselves.
"I'm Noah," he introduced himself, leaning in a lot closer than he meant to. He could smell her skin, the scent of rainwater bamboo engulfing his senses.
"Y/N," she replied. Noah smiled, and all Y/N could think was, "Oh shit."
Noah was hot. His lean frame, covered by a white hoodie, towered over her. She would’ve given anything to touch his body, to dig her nails into his flesh and grip the arms that would hold her down, and run her fingers through his short, anime style haircut. Looking down at his hands, Y/N noticed how big they were and the tattoos that were drawn over his skin. Telling from the ones on his neck, she assumed he had them in many other places too.
"Are you okay?"
Noah's deep voice pulled Y/N from her thoughts. She smiled, nodding her head.
"I'm fine, sorry."
Noah gave a gentle laugh.
"So, Truth or Dare and body shots, huh?"
Y/N groaned. "Shit. Please ignore my stupid friends, okay. I don't know what possessed them,"
"I think your friends are just trying to help you have a good birthday," Noah interrupted, trying to sound positive in hopes of getting what he was secretly yearning for.
Y/N raised an eyebrow
"Someone's being optimistic." "You don't think so?" "No," Y/N shook her head, looking over at the girls who had just taken shots of something. "They always have hidden motives."
Noah reached over and brushed her fingers with the tips of his, hoping to pull that beautiful smile out of her again. This behavior was totally out of character for him. Noah never allowed his feelings for someone he'd just met to affect him the way he was allowing them to right now, and it was only a matter of time before the girl in front of him said or did the wrong or right thing that would make him snap.
Y/N shivered the moment she turned and faced Noah. The heat that spilled from his gaze was enough for her to feel internally, forcing her to clench the muscles of her sex as her arousal soaked her panties.
"Hidden motives are a dangerous game to play," Noah pointed out, unable to look away from the heated look in Y/N's eyes that was causing his dick to harden the longer he continued staring. "It's better to just be truthfully honest and up front, if you don’t, don't you think?"
Y/N swallowed hard, a small smile twitching her lips.
"I do."
The tension between them was thick and sweet, like honey. They way she peered up at Noah through her lashes shot through him like a bullet headed straight for his semi-hard length.
"Hey! Are you playing?"
Noah and Y/N looked over at the table where a group of her friends were crowded, the one yelling at them holding an empty beer bottle. Y/N hesitated before looking at Noah.
"You really don't have to do this. I know this isn't the ideal situation for you, and you have no idea who any of these people are."
"I'll do it." "Really?" Y/N asked, surprised.
"Yeah. It's your birthday, and anything here has to be better than what I was having to suffer through over there,” flicking his head in the direction where he came from.
Y/N gave Noah a small smile. "Okay, well, if you're sure." "I'm sure," Noah replied, giving Y/N a tight-lipped smile.
This group of friends was nothing like Noah's group of friends. He gave up drinking and the party life years ago, trading it in for video games, movies and anime nights with his friends. This wasn't his scene, and he was starting to believe it wasn't hers either. They watched the bottle spin over and over, going through four people before it was finally Y/N's turn. Praying hard for a miracle that it wouldn't land on a dare, she was severely disappointed when it did. But with only one look at Noah, her perspective changed quickly. Noah wasn't surprised when her friends dared her to take body shots off of him. It was the reason for the grin on his face. The first one that happened was awkward for him to do with everyone watching, but he kept his eyes on Y/N, doing his best to block everyone else out. Standing in front of her, wondering if their night together was really over that quickly, Noah acted on impulse and closed the slight gap between the two of them. Lifting Y/N's chin, his eyes darted between hers and he saw the very thing he was looking for flash across them.
Tumblr media
"I can't believe you're letting me do this again," Y/N grinned, watching Noah remove his hoodie this time. "It's your birthday, Pretty Girl. Birthday girls always get what they want,” Noah stated, lying back on the two tables that had been pulled together.
With a bottle of tequila in one hand and a dish of limes in the other, Y/N sat them down on the table next to the salt. Noah kept his eyes locked on her, watching every expression her face made. Taking a risk, he reached over, underneath her mini skirt, and slid his hand between her things hearing the small, slight gasp that quickly turned into a whimper. Noah raised an eyebrow, clenching his jaw as his huge hand grasped the inside of her thigh tighter before moving a little further up. Y/N didn't stop him, but instead, moved closer to keep their moment more discreet.
"Your thighs are so fucking soft and warm," Noah praised. His big soft hand with their long fingers slowly ran up and down her skin, making her shiver. “I wonder what would happen if I did this,” brushing fingertips over her throbbing hearted sex.
The slight buck of her hips gave Noah the response he wanted. His infectious smile returned to his lips, making Y/N hungry to taste them.
"You're playing dangerously, Noah," Y/N warned.
"I asked you if you wanted to," he replied, lifting his shirt high enough for her to take her first shot. “So, are you?”
Y/N opened the tequila and slowly poured it into Noah's belly button, being as careful as she could be. Noah's stomach muscles flinched causing his skin to prickle and she wondered if it would have the same response if she were to go down on him right then. She wanted to find out, especially when she noticed how hard he was. It took a lot of restraint to not touch him
"See something you like?"
"I see a lot that I like," she grinned, taking a lime slice from the bowl and bringing it to Noah's lips.
His hand remained between her thighs, as he continued caressing her skin, slowly, giving Y/N a pleasured feeling that set her nerves on fire. She parted her legs a little more, giving Noah more access to her sweet spot.
"Open," she ordered and Noah obeyed, biting down gently on the green rind. Pushing his head to the side, Y/N poured the salt onto his painted skin and ran her tongue over it, over the faded green leaves that rested just below his jaw. It pulled a deep throated growl from Noah and clenched the inside of her thigh. Y/N moaned from the feeling, knowing fully well there would be a bruise there by morning. Quickly, with the salt still on her tongue, she moved to Noah's lower half, sucking the liquor straight from his navel until every bit of it was gone before moving to his mouth and taking the lime. Noah watched with lust filled eyes as she sucked the juice from the rind, tossing the table when she was finished.
"What?" Y/N asked, noticing the look on his face as she returned to her normal height. "Shit," Noah breathed, half-smiling. "I think that had to be one of the hottest things I've ever seen."
Y/N giggled.
"Well, it sounds like you haven't seen a lot." "Oh, I've seen plenty."
Noah moved his hand higher up her thigh, waiting for her to stop him, and when she didn't, he ran his fingers over her pussy.
"Your panties are moist, pretty girl. Do I make you wet?"
Y/N whimpered, biting her lower lip.
"What if I did this?" swiping over her clit. "Noah," she gasped, gripping the table.
Noah laughed, soft and low.
He sat up, throwing his legs over the side of the table, and pushed her panties to the side, pressing the pad of his finger lightly between her folds. He made a sound that was almost inhuman, swallowed up by the newfound warmth he'd discovered. His fingers rubbed gently at first, pulling tiny gasps from her lips as his tongue and teeth marked faint lines across her skin as he made his way towards the bottom of her throat.
"Damn, you're so fucking wet; so tight. God, baby. You're sweet little pussy feels so good," Noah muttered.
Y/N could hear the excitement and the tiny crack that followed in his voice. She sighed, closing her eyes and absorbing the feeling of Noah's sensual assaults inside her. She didn't care if this was wrong. She didn't care if people could see. All she cared about was if Noah was capable of making her cum.
Moaning the moment Noah slid two fingers up inside her, Y/N raised her head, looking up at him. Noah was gone, lost in the moment just as much as she was. He hummed, satisfied with the feeling of her tight pussy already clenching around his fingers that thrusted deeper and deeper each time feeding the array of quiet moans that escaped her lips the harder she worked herself against his hand.
"I want you to take another shot off me," Noah ordered.
"Mmm, I can't, not while your fucking me like this," Y/N protested, keeping her eyes locked on him.
"Yes you can. Just try it. You'll like it, I promise," Noah grinned.
Y/N's stomach fluttered as her heart beat faster. Doing what she was told, she salted his neck and instead of putting the tequila in his navel, she poured it into the small spot between the two bones at the bottom of his throat, right below his adam's apple. Noah slowed his movements as Y/N rose to the tips of her toes, licked the salt and lapped up the liquor, grabbing the lime from Noah's teeth.
"Fuck that's hot," he confessed, kissing her forehead. He could feel her legs trembling, her body starting to shake and even though she was making being a gentleman about the whole thing difficult, he refused to be apathetic.
"Come here," he whispered gently, returning to the soft thrusting of his fingers against her inner walls, taking his time to completely undo every tensed muscle in her body.
Y/N scooted closer, lifting on her toes to give more access and placing her hands on Noah's thighs for balance. He pulled her in and pushed her head down, allowing her to rest her forehead against his shoulder.
"Stay with me, baby. Keep your hands on me. I've got you," Noah encouraged her, wrapping his free arm around her and holding her as close as he could. Y/N gasped and moaned, clawing at the fabric beneath her hands as Noah took them to another dimension. They were no longer where they had been. They were somewhere else; just the two of them.
"Oh, god!" "God isn't here, pretty girl, I am. And it damn well better my name on those lips when you cum," Noah growled
He held Y/N to him with one arm while using his free hand to thrust up into her. Her back arched, and she allowed her head to fall back as Noah latched on to her throat. He bit down, sucking the saltiness of her skin off .
"Noah, this is dangerous. What if someone sees," Y/N panicked, making a poor attempt at getting out of Noah's grasps. "I don't fucking care if they do. I just want you, I need you to cum for me, baby. Give me the satisfaction of pushing you over the edge."
Y/N couldn't deny the hungry desire for her she saw in Noah's eyes. It was feral, and all she wanted to do was feed it. Pushing her hips forward, she gripped Noah's shoulders and worked her pussy against his hand, right before he slipped in a third finger. A low curse left her lips as she bit the lower one to cover a moan.
"You're going to cum for me, aren't you, pretty girl?"
Her pussy clenched around his fingers and soft whimpers replaced any words she wanted to say.
"God damn, yeah, that's, baby, ride my hand," Noah coaxed her, paying close attention to Y/N's body and the signs it was giving him. "You like that, don't you? You like me fucking your wet, needy cunt with my fingers like this, twisting them inside you. Tell me you do," he breathed, trying to ease the urgent need to cum himself "I do! Fuck, Noah, I shouldn't, but I do really like it."
Her abdomen was on fire, her head spinning from the overwhelming coiled tension building in her lower back. Her breathing was shallow as her quiet moans started to draw closer together, and her head fell back, closing her eyes. Noah wrapped his hand around the back of her neck, lifting her head.
"Eyes on my pretty girl. Watch me when you cum. I need to see the look in your eyes when you cum all over my hand," he ordered, breathing heavily.Y/N nodded "I can feel you squeezing my fingers," he whispered, ghosting his lips over hers. Y/N tilted her head in hopes of capturing them, but failed. "Noah, I'm about to cum!" she gasped once Noah found that spot."Right there?" "Mmm-hmm, don't stop, please don't stop!" "I won't as long as you keep your eyes on me," he promised. And she did.
Pressure built in Y/N's lower half, the ache strengthening with every thrust of Noah's fingers or the swipe of his thumb over her clit and in a matter of seconds her walls fluttered around his fingers, her climax reached its peak, and her orgasm crescendo throughout her entire body.
"Oh god, Noah," she cried into her hand before she collapsed onto his chest.
"There it is, that's a good girl. I can feel your cum dripping down my wrist, baby. Fuck!"
"What's wrong?"
Noah took a deep breath through his nose, trying to keep it together.
"I'm about to fucking cum!" he growled through gritted teeth.
Y/N wasted no time. Grabbing the front of Noah's pants and briefs, she pulled as Noah lifted his bottom and released enough of his thick, swollen cock right as the milky white liquid shot all down the front of her skirt. Noah groaned, resting his forehead against hers.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck! "I'm so fucking sorry, Y/N," he swore over and over, chest rising and falling rapidly as he covered himself up, but Y/N was only laughing quietly.
"Don't be,' she replied breathlessly, looking into Noah's eyes. She pulled back and brushed the hair out of his eyes before kissing his forehead."We both got what we wanted."
Noah grinned. Reaching over, he grabbed the tequila, salt, and limes.
"What are you doing?" "It's my turn. Lay your head back," he commanded, and Y/N obeyed, feeling as if her heart was about to beat out of her chest.
Noah repeated the same steps as she did when taking the shot off of his neck and swallowed quickly, trailing his lips with a little bit of tongue up her neck, kissing as he went over her jawline and took the lime from her mouth. Y/N could only give small exasperated moans as her eyes met Noah's. They were dark, full of an eagerness for more.
"Yum," he smirked, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand. "Happy Birthday, pretty girl." Y/N just shook her head, smiling.
Tumblr media
They found a bathroom where Noah was able to clean his happy accident off the front of Y/N's mini skirt. Neither one spoke, both of them either too embarrassed, ashamed, or sad from everything that had happened or was about to. Maybe it was all three. Walking around the corner of the bathrooms, Noah's phone vibrated. It was a text in the band's group chat asking where he was. He texted back that he was coming, then pocketed his phone.
"So, uh, thanks for the really awesome birthday gifts," Y/N teased.
Noah felt his ears and cheeks instantly heat up, forcing him to rub the back of his neck like he normally did when he got embarrassed.
"Yeah," he laughed, dropping his gaze to the floor.
"Seriously," reaching out and touching Noah’s arm, assuring him she was.
Noah locked eyes with Y/N, desperately aching to kiss her. She was so pretty, with a sweet smile and the kind of laugh he could get used to hearing a lot of. But deep down, he knew that wasn't going to happen
"I gotta go. Gotta get back to my friends..."
"Yeah," Y/N laughed nervously, "of course."
"Do, uh, is there any chance I could have your number?"
There was an awkward silence.
"Um, Noah, I,”
"Oh god, I'm sorry, you're don't, er, you're not, shit, never mind," Noah stuttered, apologizing quickly.
"No, no, it's not like that, it's not that I don't want to, it's just that, well, I just shouldn't," Y/N stated, peering up at him.
That's Noah realized, that was Y/N's way of letting him down gently. His pocket vibrated, saving his heart from realizing what his head had just figured out. Matt was freaking out. He really had to go, now.
"Right," he slowly nodded, suddenly feeling like the biggest fool around. "I'm gonna go. My band's about to receive some kind of an award, so I've got to hurry."
"Your band? Wait… what?"
"Yeah, anyway, it was really nice to meet you and I hope the rest of your birthday is great," he yelled, turning around and running in the opposite direction as Y/N called his name from behind him.
Tumblr media
"Dude, where the fuck have you been?" Matt scolded.
"It's a long story. I'll tell you later."
"Hey," Jolly called, tapping Noah on the shoulder. "How did it go? Was the friend nice?"
Noah remained silent for a moment, wondering how to put into words all that had happened. There weren't enough and there never would be.
"Yeah," was all he could say with a smile. "She was pretty nice. It was fun, for the moment," shrugging his shoulders.
Jolly chuckled, patting his friend on the back as they followed Nick and Folio out to where their managers were standing. The guests cheered and whistled, cameras flashed, and hands were shaken as the guys were awarded and congratulated with a number one single award from one of the biggest music companies in the country. Noah looked out into the faces of all those cheering for him and his best friends, eyes stopping when they came in contact with a pair he recognized instantly.
Y/N's mouth was wide open as she stood in the crowd looking at the man whom she had just shared a very intimate moment with and nobody but the two of them knew. She was with somebody, making Noah's heart instantly fall into the pit of his stomach. He'd just fingerfucked some other guy's girl, making him feel low and dirty. The guy turned around, and Noah recognized him instantly. He was a friend in the business who worked for the record label. The guy looked from him to Y/N, and Noah watched as he gently shook her to get her attention. Reluctantly, Y/N tore her eyes away from Noah and exchanged a few words with the guy glancing at him one more time, before walking off with her face in her hands. His friend shrugged, waving to Noah, before turning to follow after Y/N. Noah smiled softly to himself, knowing it wasn't going to be the last he’d ever see her again.

As the wedding planner signals to start playing, and the first notes echo around the venue as the door opens and the bride and groom appear, taking their first steps as a married couple, your heart can only sink.
The piano and your harp harmonize in a beautiful mesh of melodies, creating the perfect atmosphere for the guests to admire the couple’s beauty and dance moves. So many years of playing with the same band allowed you to learn to be in sync, and to know which instruments go well together in which parts of the weddings. That's why, a few meters to your left, waiting for his turn and avoiding looking at you, sits Jihoon with his guitar.
It's impossible to think of a future in which he's not present. You wouldn't be in the band if it wasn't for him.
You've spent many years by his side, following his orders, learning all his tips and tricks and watching him form a band he could be proud of.
Jihoon could seem cold, a workaholic, and a severe leader that always wanted to be in control. But, somewhere in between the rehearsals in his garage and the parties you got hired to play in, you got to know the real him, the one that hid behind that harsh exterior.
On the job, Jihoon was as hard on himself as he was on the band. He knew what he wanted for himself and for the band, and he didn’t stop until everything reached the point he wished for. But deep down, he was a sensible man. His cold persona always melted when the wedding vows were exchanged, you could see it in his eyes, and you’ve caught a few glimpses of tears falling down the side of his face at the more sentimental ones. When a wedding planner requested a new song, he’d make you practice until it was ingrained in your muscles. But, as ruthless as he seems, he cares about his bandmates, and wouldn’t force you if you didn’t feel like yourself and asked to leave early.
It’s unclear to you when it happened.
Maybe it was when you graduated college and he was the first to hug and congratulate you.
Maybe it was when you just couldn’t get a song right and he stayed the night helping you practice.
Maybe it was when he comforted you after you went on a date with an asshole, and he made sure you were okay before dropping you off at your place.
Or perhaps it was when you had a tiring event in the suburbs, and on the ride back home he fell asleep on your shoulder.
You’re madly and deeply in love with Jihoon, with all his strengths and flaws, his talents and his occasional clumsiness, the loud laugh he lets out when you make a stupid mistake, the way his voice softens when he teaches a new song, his focused face when you’re arranging a new setlist, his hands playing the guitar like it’s his second nature.
It’s unclear when it started, but you realized too late. And after today, you’re not sure if you’ll ever see him again.
By the time the first song’s over, your hands have been playing on autopilot with your gaze lost to the floor below you, trying to resist the tears, or at least delay them until it makes more sense for them to come out.
You hear him before you see him. Jihoon comes to the stage along with the singer, and as he plays the first chords of the next song, the one you’ve been practicing non-stop since the new guitarist to replace him was hired, you barely have time to react before your hands move automatically again.
The wedding classic begins playing at the rhythm of your band, Jihoon’s guitar leading all of you for the last time, and you can’t stop the flash of nostalgic memories from appearing in your mind.
It feels like you spent a whole lifetime with him by your side.
Since he found the only video of you playing the harp you dared to post on youtube, and encouraged you to meet him and practice with the band, you haven’t looked back.
But everything has to come to an end, and it just so happens that your life with Jihoon is concluding right when you accept your feelings towards him. Some might call it cursed fate, you’ve started calling it the consequences of your stupid love-filled actions. But what could you have done? Stand in the way of the life he always wanted? Prevent him from following his dreams? Love means to want to see him happy, and if that happiness is waiting for him somewhere far away from you, then you have to let him go, even if that means you’ll never see him again.
So, yeah, you helped him get a famous producer's number. You talked to one of the friendlier wedding planners and asked her if there was a chance said producer could be invited. You stayed over-hours with him to correct even the smallest mistakes on his technique. You cheered for him when the producer offered him an internship on the other side of the country. Jihoon was finally able to do what he always wanted, and you were there for him every step of the way. Though it killed you inside.
“Thank you for everything guys, really, I’ll miss you. Give me a call if you’re in the city!”
It worsens when the wedding suddenly finishes. In the blink of an eye, without realizing, your last job together came to an end, and he’s actually leaving you.
“I’m sorry to leave so suddenly, but there’s a lot of stuff to figure out at home.” Jihoon apologizes as everyone’s packing their stuff in the backroom.
Air can’t find its way inside your lungs, blood doesn’t pump from your heart. Everything stops.
“You’re lucky we had the go away party yesterday! I’d kick your ass if not.” Someone jokes, but you can barely comprehend that Jihoon’s really leaving for good. In that exact moment.
Everyone goes hug him one last time, wishing him good luck with big smiles and pats in the back. But you’re incapable of doing so, frozen in place watching everything happen from the sidelines.
Jihoon opens the door, looking back one last time, and as your gazes connect, his pleading eyes begging for you to do something, the only muscle on your body that moves is your smile, barely there, as the only form of goodbye you’re able to give.
It’s when the door closes shut and you hear his steps echoing outside that you realize. It’s now or never. If you don’t pour your heart out to him, you’ll never be able to. You’ll have to live with that decision for the rest of your life.
Dropping what you were doing, your legs make the decision for you, running outside, after him.
The blinding sunlight takes a few seconds to get used to, but you scream his name, and his figure gets clearer and clearer ahead of you, until he stands right in front of you with a questioning look on his face. Whatever you had planned to tell him in the few seconds it took you to get to him, completely vanished at the sight of him.
You pause, catching your breath and staring into his eyes as your brain dwells on what to do. He’s so close, waiting for you, but with little patience. And just when he opens his mind to question you, you settle on what to do.
Your arms wrap around his neck as you rest your chin on his shoulder, hoping that, this way, what you can’t put into words translates into a tight hug. Jihoon reciprocates immediately, enveloping you in the warmest embrace you’ve ever felt, and the squeeze he gives you pushes you over the edge, releasing the stream of tears you’ve been trying to hide until he left.
“I couldn’t let you leave without saying goodbye.” You murmur into his neck, feeling his heartbeat so close to yours. “We’re gonna miss you.”
At those words, Jihoon breaks the long hug, with a subtle coldness in his stare that lets you realize you need to say more.
“I am.” Your heart urges you to clarify. “I’m gonna miss you. So much.”
The weight on your shoulders lifts at your words, letting you breathe for the first time in weeks.
“I should’ve told you sooner,” you continue, “but I felt that it wasn’t my place, that it was too selfish of me.”
“It’s okay.” Jihoon’s soft voice makes you connect your eyes with his, after avoiding them before in case you were out of line. “I’m gonna miss you too.”
“No, but, you don’t get it.” You’re irritated at yourself for not being able to find the right words. “I can’t imagine doing this without you.”
“The band’s going to be fine.” He chuckles, and your insides do cartwheels at the sound. “You’re the best, I made sure of that.”
“I know, the band’s awesome. Wedding planners are gonna be tired of always calling us.” However you found it in yourself to joke, it quickly goes away. “I mean living. I can’t imagine a life without you in it. The songs we play won’t change, the band will keep going, but it won’t be the same, because you won’t be there.” You’re losing your breath, but it doesn’t matter. You need to say what you feel, in whatever way possible. “You’re the one that gave my life a meaning. I-, I don’t think you realize how much you changed me, for the better.”
Tears begin building up at the corners of your eyes. His imminent, unescapable farewell being the last thing you want to hear.
“Don’t cry, please.” You feel the hold of his hand on your shoulder, a quiet comfort that just makes you break down even more. “You helped me too. I wouldn’t have dared to try if it wasn’t for you. Thank y–”
“No, you can’t thank me.” You can’t let him. “Of course I helped you. It’s what you’ve always dreamed of.” How could you not? It’s obvious. “I’d do anything to see you happy, accomplishing everything you deserve to.” Even if it meant dealing with losing him forever.
Jihoon’s lips part in an intent to speak, but you’re quick to interrupt him. “And I know what you’re gonna say.” Maybe, if you keep talking, he’ll never say his final goodbye, and he’ll stay by your side forever. “You’re gonna say that you’d do the same for me, and I know you would. But I,” the church bells sound above you, a reminder of the little time you have left, and the words cascade out of you, “I’d do anything for you. Even standing outside a wedding venue that’ll kick us out in twenty minutes, embarrassingly crying in front of you telling you how much I’m going to miss you. Get back in contact with my ex to ask them for their producer’s friend’s number. Help you practice over and over again, and help you pack your things even if it ends with you on the other side of the country, far away from us, from me.”
His face softens with each word you put out to the world, eyes never leaving off you and your endless ramble of feelings.
“I don’t care if this is too out there, or too out of place, but I know it's my last chance to tell you that I love you.” At those words, you finally breathe. “I love you, more than a partner in the band and more than a friend. So much that I’m willing to help you move across the country and never see you in person again only to make you happy.”
“I–, I don’t know what to say.” Speechless, Jihoon doesn’t take any step away from you, the hand holding you close sliding down your arm until it reaches your wrist.
“You don’t have to say anything.” Even if your heart breaks. “I needed to get it off my chest, to tell you before you left.”
A wave of noise fills the silence, the wedding guests leaving the venue to head home interrupting the moment. You know it’s your sign to leave, and Jihoon’s continued silence doesn’t really persuade you to stay any longer either.
You mutter a quick goodbye under your breath, but you don’t get to go far, as his hand, tight around your wrist, pushes you back in front of him.
“You say I don’t realize how I changed you,” he begins, your eyes widening in slight shock at his sudden boldness, “but you’re oblivious to your effects on me too.” His words take the little breath you had left away.
“You don’t have to.” You only reply, convinced he’s just trying to make you feel better.
“Stop with that. Just let me finish what I have to say.” A part of you wants to chuckle at the use of his teacher voice, but you instinctively comply nonetheless. “I think I always thought of you as one of my closest friends. Seeing you evolve over the years we’ve worked together and grow into the amazing musician you are today, I’m so proud to be able to call you my friend. But in these past months, we’ve spent a lot more time together, and you helped me so much. You made me realize that my dreams were possible, you opened the way for countless opportunities and pushed me to work hard for them.” You’ve forgotten how to breathe. It feels like fire anywhere Jihoon looks and touches, your hands, your cheeks, your lips. “I realized I can’t live without you.”
“What are you trying to say?” The capacity to think has left your brain, leaving only a melted shell of you.
“I love you too.” Those three words you never expected to hear from him, so warm and full of truth. You can’t retain the tear that drips down your face. “We've seen so many couples choose to spend their lives with one another, and thinking about the future, I'm sure I want to spend mine with you.”
Jihoon’s body’s so close to yours, between the overthinking and the crying, you didn’t realize his chest almost bumps with yours, his face barely inches away from yours, his eyes shining looking straight at yours.
“What are we going to do now?” It’s too much for you. Your brain freezes as his eyes drift down to your lips, you can’t think, can’t move.
“First, I’m going to kiss you.” He says with a voice you’ve only heard in your dreams, full of tease and want.
You lean into the warmth of his hand on your cheek, tilting it just in time to feel his soft lips against yours.
Whatever you imagined his kiss to feel like, every single particle of your body exploding into fireworks was never in the picture. Your lips tingle as his glide over yours, electric and determined, a translation of feelings neither of you were able to put into words. If the whole of your skin blushing wasn’t enough, his hands travel to hold your waist, tight and secure to keep you from backing away. As if you ever would.
His hair feels soft between your fingers, tugging at it as you wrap around him to feel him around you even more.
If it lasts three seconds or ten minutes, you don’t know. But when your lungs sting at the lack of air, you’re forced to unmold your mouth from his, dreadingly. Both of you refrain from untangling your limbs, his arms around your waist and your around his neck keeping you both close.
“What’s the second thing?” You ask in a breathless attempt to ease the tension.
He chuckles, and the last of the fireworks inside your body erupt once and for all. You could never get tired of the sound.
“Come with me.” Another three words from him, but ones you’ve never even thought of hearing, that leave you breathless.
A thousand words fight to get out of you at the same time, muttering syllables and then going back to being stunned. “Wha- How? The band, I can’t just leave, and where- where would I live? Oh, god. There’s so much stuff to figure out.” Not even saying no, you instantly begin worrying about the future.
Jihoon’s lips on your again interrupt your frantic ramble, and you melt instantly. He seemingly learned how much effect he has on you quickly.
“We’ll find someone. You can teach them everything and come live with me after.” He shrugs, as if he didn’t just tell you he wants you to move in with him! “I have space for you, and you can come work with me, produce with me. If you want to, of course.”
He’s so serious about it, you don’t doubt it’s what he truly wants.
“You’ll get tired of me.” He smiles at your words, knowing your answer.
“Never.”

What am I doing in the year of our lord 2025 drawing Junjou Romantica fanart
Goodness me, I got into JJR back in 2008 when the anime aired and then I got into the manga that same year. At the time, I wasn't really drawing people, I was drawing animals, but I was OBSESSED with this yaoi with my whole heart and wanted so badly to draw fanart for it. So now here it is! 17 years in the making! Btw, trying to interpret anime hair logic with my style is easier said than done, but I did my best lol. All just colored sketches and then some scribbles for funsies.
But I definitely have some complicated feelings about this manga/anime. More below the cut (its A LOT, I'm so sorry).
JJR was one of the first yaois I ever got into, and back in 2008 when I didn't realize being gay was an option, this silly little manga/anime felt like an escape for me. Well, it's now 17 years later and upon rereading this manga (I still have volume 1-12, I could never get rid of them, they mean to much to me) I realize that it has aged POORLY.
This yaoi is definitely a product of its time (2002/2003) and it SHOWS. I find myself disappointed in the dynamic between Usagi-san and Misaki and wish that Misaki would show Usagi-san SOME sort of affection outside of the bare minimum (cooking and cleaning for Usagi) and Usagi definitely has some... Issues of his own. Now, I'm an adult, and I can see that consensual non-consent (CNC) can be fun and exciting for a couple (you know, if agreed upon beforehand), and it can be fun for your partner to initiate things out of the blue, but Usagi definitely toes the line of what that is. Now, I know that this was the early 2000s and yaoi relationships tended to have that dynamic (One being the seme who didn't listen to "no" and the uke who said "no" constantly but actually secretly liked what was happening), like I said, this series is definitely a product of its time. But I don't know man, its not fun (for me) reading sex scenes where one of them is constantly telling the other one to stop over and over again. (I also think it'd be cute as fuck if Usagi-san asked Misaki if he could kiss him and Misaki shyly said yes instead of yelling at him like he always does).
I even went online to read up to volume 27, but all I can express is that same disappointment. Misaki rarely even likes to acknowledge that he's in love with Usagi-san, or is dating the man, or even likes him (it seems to be only under duress that he admits these things STILL. IN 2022 when that volume was released!)
I wish there had been more character development in the years since I stopped reading the manga, I wish we could see Misaki and Usagi-san acting like they actually like each other outside of when they have sex (yes there are small moments between the two, and a bickering couple can be a fun dynamic, but dear lord lets shake things up A LITTLE. I'M BEGGING).
Lets not even get started on the sketchyness that is (at the start of the manga) a 28 year old falling in love with an 18 year old (And we're not even going to TALK about Miyagi and Shinobu) -don't bring up the age of consent in Japan, I do NOT wanna hear it-.
Listen, I'm 29, and I would NEVER even DREAM about dating an 18 year old (or 19 year old) at my age. (Fuck, the youngest I'll date is MAYBE 23 but even THATS pushing it for me).
All of that to say is that I still can't help but have an extreme soft spot for this series, and there are still moments that I love from this (Volume 9, the Christmas chapter, am I right? Gets me EVERY time), and fuck, Shungiku Nakamura is probably still making bank with this series so who the fuck am I to say anything lol. I'm just a rando online with an opinion, you don't have to agree, and you can think that whatever Misaki and Usagi have is fuckin' AWESOME. I'm just an old fart
But, I dunno, I think it'd be interesting to explore Misaki's internalized homophobia, and Misaki slowly but surely growing more and more comfortable with not only accepting Usagi-san's affections and even reciprocating and initiating on his own, but also accepting HIMSELF and being happy with who he is instead of the constant self shame he puts himself through for being with a man. Let's be so real, he is gay, he can't stop looking at other attractive men and FAWNING over how hot they are (Nowaki, Todo, Injuin Sensei, the list goes on).
But who am I to complain, I went and drew fanart of these two anyway. Rock, meet glass house.
Unrelated, I love the art style in volume 3-6 a lot because its very "late 90s early 2000s" art and I think the art peaked in volume 9. And now its unpeaking. Bring back Usagi-san's yaoi chin so help me god.
I do have yaoi I prefer over this one a lot more, and involve older couples (which I find that I prefer), and have fun, cute stories. If anyone has read this far and wants those recs, lemme know (dear god I'm so sorry, this has gone on so long.)
Anyway I do want to redraw some of the sex scenes and post it to my bluesky.
