I wonder how many of Peter's movies were adapted to radio shows. The only radio adaptions I've listened to are for the Maltese falcon and Crime and punishment(neither of which I cared for), but I believe there are also ones tor Mask of dimitrios and Arsenic and old lace out there

I oughtta try and listen to every radio adaption of a Peter film that I've seen. I think it would be fun to make a post comparing them or something

#dont know why the films that got adapted for radio are all ones that were originally like 2 hours long though #like if were being generous thats about 25 minutes to tell the story #after you cut out weird adds about campbells leadpaint brand cigarettes and mary astors face powder that makes you blonde or whatever #plus all the dramatic music interruptions #would it kill ya to broadcast it in 2 parts?#sure you could argue that some people are gonna miss a part and be confused but you could make the same argument for radio and tv serials #plus i think people are gonna be confused anyway if you cut out every scene between your main antagonist and protagonist #including the villains introduction #or cut out every scene that establishes the protagonists personality without changing their most story relavent actions #all for the sake of time #No! YOU need to get over the Maltese falcon radio broadcast!#peter lorre #radio
