So...as someone asked if i could do a part 2 of my favorite piarles moments and i said yes...here we go ig. 😅 (here is part 1)
2017 mini interview with ted kravitz...they are babies here omg, with adorable accents, talking about wanting to be like Kimi or Lewis...practicing their autographs...🥹🥹
Pierre supporting Charles at the Prema pitwall, in his first F2 race after his father's death. Their friendship is soso special, even when you take away all the shippy aspects of it. They genuinely care about each other and the love is always there. 💗
In the same way, they were there for one another in 2019 when Anthoine passed away, comforting each other in the ferrari motorhome...Pierre asking Charles to win for their friend (as Pierre no longer had the machinery to do so). And Charles has done it. 🫶
2019 secret santa!! Charles has gifted Pierre a team radio recording of both screaming - Charles after his win in Spa, Pierre after his P2 at Interlagos. I just think its such a thoughtful and funny gift, and Pierre is such a cutie omg..."It's Charles, no? Makes sense now, everything makes sense. Me and Charles are basically saying the same thing...well that's not the first time! 😃" (sir, pls elaborate??)
Them almost arriving late to one of the FPs in Brazil 2022 because of...traffic. Yes. Sure. 😌😌 look at these idiots (affectionate):
A video interview with Pierre in 2021 where one of the questions was "choose one driver to take on a desert island"... ofc he chose Charles and his reasoning is fascinating to me. "He's the one I have the most fun with...he's the one I know the longest, and I know we will not argue...thats important to me."
Piarles asking some passengers on a late-night flight to move so that they could sit together PLS. thats just too cute.
Whatever was going on in Monza 2019...as someone said, if you look up carnal desire in the dictionary, they'd show you this:
Matching outfits in the eras tour (which could mean nothing!!):
Monaco hug in 2024. All. Time. The way Charles' smile becomes brighter when he sees its Pierre...Pierre's huuuge grin...him calling Charles the prince of Monaco later on in his own interview aksjfjdks all the feels!!
Monaco tennis date 2023...they looked sooo good and relaxed, having fun...🥹🫶
I could go on and on, but then this post would be never-ending 😅 so i'm gonna stop here...and everyone is more than welcome to share their favorite piarles moments with me via dm or an ask, i'm curious! 🥰

Una Notte A Napoli (P.G.)
Lilly (pt. 1)
warning: smut, mentions of Anthoine Hubert
Summer break finally came. All those races and the hard work were rewarded with a month of no worries about who is going to win the race, who is going to disappoint their teams or who is going to be happy at the end of it even if they didn't get a podium.
Lilly was tired. Her first season as an official driver of Formula 1 was hard, she was observed 24/7, all people hoping to see her fail. But she fought. She finished nearly all races, except that one in Miami where she retired after a problem with her car.
Pierre, otherwise, had a good start of the season. Not a podium, but some points on his side and a contract of more years with his team.
Both of them never talked again. He did what Charles told him to do, but every night his mind went to that room in Miami where he had the chance of having her in his arms. He wished her eyes searched for him during race weeks, he wanted to hear her voice again, even if it was as cold as ice. Sometimes he was jealous of how she talked with Charles, so different from how she talked to him.
But when the race of the first half of the season finished, he saw her smiling. For the first time, he saw a warm smile on her lips while she looked at him.
Belgium is a hard race for him. Everytime he comes here he has nightmares, remembering the moment he discovered his best friend Anthoine was dead, his mind playing games to him and repeating that feeling over and over again. The day of the track walk he woke up early, taking the keys of his car and driving towards the usual flower shop he has been visiting for the last few years, buying a similar flower bouquet to the one he bought a year ago, and walked out of there, sighing when he walked to the car placing the flowers on the seat next to his. He hates that everytime he does this, walking inside the paddock with flowers on his hand, many photographers follow his way to the hospitality, waiting for him grab the bike and ride it towards Eau Rouge, that deadly turn that was the last thing his best friend saw. He was there, kneeling in front of the barrier that already had some cards with sweet words and gifts in memory of him.
She saw him. She saw how he walked out of the hospitality, with many photographers on his back and a bouquet of white flowers on his hands, his head looking at the floor and not saying a simple word. But when he walked past her, she felt the cold wave of his feelings, how sad he was. His internal battle was too loud. So when she did the track walk with her engineers on the bike and saw him there, kneeling in front of that barrier with his eyes closed and his lips saying quiet words, she decided to walk away from her engineers and get closer to him.
“You okay?” she asked him, standing some feets behind him, watching his head slowly turn around to look at her.
“Like if you care” he groaned. “Sorry… Eh, he was my friend”
“Hubert?” she asked him, walking closer and looking at the barrier decorated with flowers and cards. “Oh… I’m sorry” she said with a weak voice.
“Yeah” he nodded and looked back at the flowers he placed there minutes ago.
“I’m sure he’s proud of you” she said with a smile, placing her hand on his shoulder and then walking away.
That was a week ago, and the way her cherry lips curved on that smile was still on his mind. He missed the way she smiled at him during all that week, somehow the intrusive thoughts of her having pity for him never came. He thought she finally warmed up for him.
She loved Italy. The beaches, the villages and the food. She was really happy all the times she visited that country. So when her friends and her planned a trip to that land, she couldn't help but be smiley all the time. Even Charles or Max were surprised to see her smiling during the race week.
It has been some days since she arrived to Italy, to Napoli. Normally, she would enjoy being on crowded parties, with loud music on the speakers and her body moving with the rhythm of it. But here, on this city, she wanted to be different. She wished that she wasn't famous, she wanted to be normal.
So she acted like if she was a normal person. She went to the beach, walked around the cities she visited, ate all the pasta and gelato she wanted not caring about the first she has to follow. She wanted to enjoy her time here.
What she didn't expect was to find the same man, the one that was on her mind since she saw him kneeling in front that barrier, walking on the same street as her.
It was a sunny but not hot day. Her friends wanted to stay at the beach while she just decided to go for a walk around the streets with a gelato on her left hand and her phone, guiding her through the crowded streets, on he right hand. The moment she looked up from the screen and saw him was like one those rom-com movies: the people around her walked slower, and she only could see into his eyes. She didn't even had time to react and hide the smile she was portraying all week.
"Hey" Pierre said walking towards her.
"Hi" she said putting her phone on the pocket of her dress. "You seem better"
"What?" he frowned. "Oh, yeah. Belgium"
Then, an award silance invaded them.
He was surprised to find her there, with a smile on her lips and a gelato melting on her hand.
"Where are you going?" he asked her biting his lip. "Are you here alone?"
"Yeah... I mean, no" she said nervous. Why is she nervous? "I came with some friends, but they decided to stay at the beach. And you?
"Oh, I was actually going to the beach" he said rubbing the back of his neck.
"Well... Have fun" she said and grabbed again her phone, walking away.
That was the first time they bumped into each other during that week. But not the last time. The next one was the same day, but a few hours later.
Lilly was with her friends on a restaurant near the beach, eating her favourite pasta while drinking a wine. Blame it to the alcohol, but she could bet that the man that was three tables in front of her was the him. She heard his laugh.
"Hello, Earth to Lilly?" one of her friends laughed shaking her hand in front of her face. "You okay?"
She just frowned, licking her lips and going back to the conversation her group of friends were having. Something about going to a party, again.
"Lilly?" She heard and then she looked up. Pierre Gasly. Yeah, it was him the person that was on that table. "Well, hello again".
"Hi" she said, this time trying to erase the smile of her lips. But failing. Again.
Her friends and his friends looked at each other surprised. None of them were talking, but a weird atmosphere was made around them. The "damn, he's so hot I want to fuck him" or the "God, I'm crazy for her" one.
Pierre was looking at her, amazed. She was wearing a white dress the fitted her like a glove, and her hair was tied on a braid like the ones she wears on the races. It was like if he was looking to an angel.
"Hey, we were talking about going to a party near the beach" her friend said, taking the outnof that weird bubble they created with the staring contest. "Why don't you come with us?"
They all agreed, of course they did. So after paying for the dinner, the now big group of people started to walk towards the place, am open area where people were already dancing and drinking.
"Uhg, not a fan" she groaned, trying to walked between all the people that didn't let her pass inside the club.
"You don't like parties?" Pierre asked chuckling, feeling surprised if how confident he's feeling. "I thought you did"
"Yeah, the ones we do after races, with known people and not too much crowded, just the normal amount of guests" she sighed, looking around her. "And half of the people here are drunk" .
He laughed and looked at her. The lights of the party were on her face, painting it of blue and red. She looked really cute, he thought, without that frown and cold semble she has every time he sees her during race weekends.
"Come with me, then" he said looking down at her, smiling warmly and praying that she doesn't rejects him. "I was going to go for a walk through the beach after dinner. The party thing wasn't planned".
She looked up at him, meeting his blue eyes, and nodded, looking then at her friends and biting her lip. They were already far from her, dancing and enjoying their time with Pierre's friends. She has to text them, then...
"Alright" she sighed, walking with him and placing her hands on the pockets of the dress.
They walked in silence, with a little distance between them, and stopped at the end of the stairs that lead to the sand, taking off their shoes.
"Can I ask you something?" Pierre said looking at her, breaking the silence.
"You already did" she said trying to not laugh. "But yeah, go on"
"Why are you like that?" He said, stop walking and looking at her. "I saw the way you act around Charles and then how you act with other that are not him... Why are you so cold? So... So distant?"
She looked at him surprised, frowning. She won't let her walls go down. No.
"Why?" she said laughing bitterly. "Well, maybe some men deserve to be treated like that. Not giving them hopes, not showing them emotions, feelings. You would be surprised of what powerful men can do".
"And what did I do wrong?" he asked frowning. "Really, because since the start of the season you have been ignoring me. Even after what happened that night of Miami. And okay, yeah, you hurt my pride. But, God damn it! Am I that bad to be ignored? I think I pleasured you pretty well, didn't I?"
She looked at him speechless. He mentioned that night. The night she broke her own rule of not fucking a rival. Of not catching feelings. Of not letting her walls down, even if that meant moaning his name. She never moaned anyone's name.
"You weren't bad" she whispered walking towards the water. "But the problem here is that you are a driver like me, and from other team"
Pierre looked at her frowning, walking towards her and stopping at her side, looking at her features. Sighing, he moved his eyes to the water, with moon reflected on the sea.
"What a beautiful view, hm?" she sighed crossing her arms on her chest.
He looked down at her, frowning. The way she changed the tone of her voice, not ironic or cold anymore, shocked him a little bit. And now, with the soft ocean breeze and the way she looked with the little hairs and her dress moving with the wind, he thought he was in front of an angel.
"Right now we are not drivers" he whispered looking back at the sea and then up at the stars. "We are two normal people that found each other during a trip".
She sighed and looked up at the stars too. Lilly knew Anthoine Hubert. After all, she was driving a car some positions in front of him when the accident happened. He was a nice guy, her teammate, and a person she could go to when she had problems. For sure right now he might me facepalming himself looking how idiots they are.
"Come with me" she said, turning around and walking away, back towards the stairs.
Pierre started following her, confused. He doesn't know where she's going, until he looked at her grabbing the keys from her little bag.
"You said we are not drivers tonight, right?" she said turning around to look at him. "Then do what you want. Do what normal you would do with normal me. Only tonight"
Okay, what? What type of joke is this? There might be a hidden camera. This is a cruel joke.
"I won't do anything" he frowned taking a step back. "You think I'm a toy you can play with? Really? God, Lilly. I thought you were smarter"
"You are not a toy" she said frowning. "I already told you! The problem of why there can't be an 'us' is because you are a fucking driver!"
"And Charles, George and Max are drivers too and you are friends!" he exclaimed looking at her.
"But I don't have fucking feelings for them!" she exclaimed, nearly screamed, making him shut up and look at her with his mouth a little open.
"You are joking, right?" he frowned and laughed tired. "Come on Charles, time to get out of the wardrobe. You played it nice. Good job, man".
"I'm not joking" she said now a little mad.
"You know what is your problem, Lilly?" he scoffed, now taking steps towards her and staying close. "You love playing. You play on track and out of track. You can have every men you want and you know it, so you take them to you bed when you want. You fucking ruined me, you know? When I want to be with a woman I always compare them to you. I search for the feeling of your breasts in front of my fucking eyes, of how tight you are, how you moaned. But guess what? I can't have that. Because you played with me and-"
She stopped his word with her lips on his, cupping his cheeks with her hands and pressing her body on his. It was an unexpected kiss, but he didn't waste time and kissed her back.
"If you want it you can have that back" she whispered on his lips, start unbuttoning his shirt and taking it off.
"Of course I'll have it" he groaned and kissed her deeper, picking her up and holding her closer to him, her legs wrapping his hips. "And I'll make you see that you can have it when you want"
He walked towards the first room he found, making her laugh when he threw her to the bed.
"Yeah, no. This is not my room" she laughed, standing up and grabbing his hand. Together, they walked to another room, that was definitely hers since it smelled like her.
She looked at him, biting her lip and kissing him deep, taking off the shirt that was unbuttoned and he placed his hands on her hips, pushing up her dress.
He missed her warm skin, how soft it is, how little she is compared to him. How sweet her lips are.
"So perfect" he whispered, taking off her dress and looking down at her. She was naked, no bra and only her panties.
"Pierre..." she whispered with her eyes closed, feeling his lips brushing the sweet spot of her neck and his hands taking off the only underwear she was wearing. "You have way too many clothes..."
He chuckled and took off his shirt jeans, pushig them away with his foot and looking again at her, attacking her lips with a deeper kiss. He's hard. After all, watching the girl he dreamed about for the last months naked in front of him, her breasts against his chest and her lips on his, letting him kiss her how he wanted.
When she felt his fingers on her core she flinched, but relaxed immediately opening her legs and giving him more access to her.
"Fuck... You are so wet" he whispered on her neck, sucking the skin, leaving wet kisses there. "I could fuck you right now..."
"Do it" she moaned, rocking her lips on his hand searching for more friction. "Do it, Pierre. Please".
She begged. God, he's going to die.
Pierre picked her up and walked to the bed, laying her there carefully and talking off his boxers. He stood between her legs and teased her clit with the tip of his lenght while he kissed her breasts, cupping them with his hand.
"Motherfucker, stop teasing me" she moaned wrapping her legs around his hips and pushing him down on her. "I need you, Pierre".
That's it. His name being moaned by her. He groaned, pushing slowly inside of her, burying himself on her until he filled her how she deserved.
"Move" she moaned on his ear, placing her hand on his neck and burying her fingers on his hair. "Fuck, move!"
He did what she asked, moving his hips back and forward, burying himself on her on a rhythm that pleasured them. And then he started to go faster. And faster. And faster. Until the only sounds that filled the room were their moans, their bodies colliding and the wet sounds their intimate parts did while moving, getting wetter.
"I'm close" she moaned holding him, hugging his shoulders.
"Me too, fuck!". He started moving faster, his hand going down to her clit to run circles on it, helping her reach her orgasm just go arrive together there.
And they did. They came at the same time, with a moan that the person of the next house could hear, for sure.
"You are so beautiful" he whispered looking down at her, leaning close to kiss her lips, this time slowly.
That's how, one night in Napoli, two rivals became normal people so they could enjoy the body of each other. That's how, under the moon and stars, they found each other again.
"You were right" she whispered biting her lip. "I want it again. More times. With you"
"Don't play with me" he sighed looking at her.

Like how bad was this falling out with pierre and esteban? Surely if it's just childhood stuff they'd have let it go by now, and at least have a respect but healthy rivalry with someone they'd call a mate. But it seems like they are enemies more than anything, or maybe the media are just making it out that way
that's the thing it wasn't regular childhood stuff. It was about racing. The media doesn't even talk about them much. Pierre has clearly stated they aren't friends now.
When they were kids they would spend all their time training together. Pierre had shared how they would do a few laps in the snow go back inside warm their hands and go for another round. Pierre wrote blogs about his friend Este , Charles and Anthoine.
They were almost like brothers. They pushed each other to do well because they wanted to beat each other. Then at one point, their relationship started getting bad when they fought for championships.
According to Pierre, it started in 2009 at Bridgestone cup where they were battling P3. Pierre collided with Esteban during the last lap which resulted in Esteban taking P4 while Pierre got on the podium with P3. Later next year Esteban collides with Pierre in one of the races.
They stopped training together after that 2009 incident. A few more incidents followed after that. According to Pierre, he tried to talk to Esteban about their actions and tried to save their relationship by but Esteban didn't show any interest.
Their rivalry continued in the single-seater as well. They raced each other in Formula Renault 2.0. Esteban finished P3 while Pierre had gone on to win the championship in 2013 In fact, Pierre still considers Esteban his biggest rival.
Esteban got a seat in F1 before Pierre did. Pierre in his very first driver's debrief sat with Esteban despite having other friends there. Let's not forget their contact at French GP 2018. It was Pierre's first home Grand Prix and Pierre ended up colliding into Esteban's car from behind ending both their race in lap 1 itself.
They are petty as heck about each other. Pierre says he was waiting for an apology from Esteban that never came. The lack of apology really disappointed Pierre who wanted to have mutual respect between them. I personally think Pierre has a harder time taking Esteban's name than Esteban does with Pierre's name. While Pierre is happy about them both being in Formula 1. They have never celebrated the fact together.
Now all this is Pierre's version about the events. Esteban stays silent about the topic. He has only ever talked about how he had introduced Pierre to karting.
They don't follow each other on social media. they are seen interacting in driver's parades and media pens on rare occasions. They congratulated each other on their race wins on social media. Pierre congratulated Esteban after the race during media interactions as well. The funny thing is that Pierre likes posts about Esteban's podiums and his birthday on various accounts including Esteban's own despite not following him on Instagram.
They rarely mention each other's names if they are asked questions, about their fight for P5 in the championship.
In Brazil, Esteban was asked about the championship with Alpha Tauri during his press conference on Thursday with Yuki. He even took Pierre's name even once always using Alpha Tauri. Also while Esteban was talking about Pierre in his post-race interview and calling him Gasly. Pierre didn't even mention his name during his own interview and referred to Esteban as Alpine while he took Alonso's name talking about P5 in the constructor's championship.
I did say they are a milder version of Brocedes. I think there are hopes for reconciliation.

I am so sorry for spamming you with these, this is the last one for tonight but... 2019. Pierre has spent a lot of this season so far with rosalie and meline glued to his side. Charles is glad to be able to provide any kind of comfort to pierre as the media get meaner and redbull colder.
In the end Pierre is demoted and he barely returns charles' calls, going almost radio silent save for one text letting Charles now he's safe at home. And when they come back to race something is clearly wrong. Meline doesn't seek him out, pierre won't touch Rosalie and the two daemons barely touch each other. When they do touch, he can just about feel the burden and misery weighing on Pierre's soul but he has no way to fix it and it kills him. After years and years of constant closeness, to be shut out like that feels like he's missing half his soul despite rosalie being right there beside him
The rest of the grid notice too, and the other drivers don't mention it specifically but he can feel them watch Charles with questioning eyes and he can't give them an answer.
Then spa happens, and pierre finds him before the race, meline half hidden in the neck of his fireproofs and asks him to win, for anthoine. Charles wants to reach out, comfort the other but he can't, doesn't know how, but he knows how to win. He can do that for pierre. After, once he's won, he's bowled over by the feeling of Meline scampering up his leg and into his arms in the Parc Ferme. It's been weeks since he's felt pierres soul, and it feels a lot like winning did.

Extremely fascinated by your wag AU tag 👀.
thanks bestie so am i.
okay lmao so this isn't an actual fic that'll ever be written but. i was talking to my friend about it who still hasn't finished dts season 3 unfortunately but it means that i've switched around ages and years etc. i promise this has the potential to be a fun and sexy time but there's just s o much background shit that needs to be discussed. tw for mentions of irl deaths etc:
but pierre & charles meeting when they're 5-6 (which is what i think charles actually says irl but someone said it might've been closer to when they were 10-11? regardless.) and charles' dad passes away when they're 9-10, and jules when they're 13-14 and charles quits racing then. (fyi i know that irl jules passed away first)
he thinks about quitting when his dad passes away but keeps going with help from jules. so when the accident etc happens, it's not even like an active decision he ponders. he just knows there's no way he'll race again.
and pierre's been with him throughout everything, his best friend who he can talk to when he can't bear looking at his own family. so he doesn't understand when pierre tells him he's going to keep racing. when charles had told him he was never going to get into a kart ever again, pierre had nodded, grabbed his hand and squeezed it tight. important to note that they're barely teenagers rn so yes charles feels betrayed that pierre isn't feeling the same things he is and isn't choosing the same future for himself etc.
they have a huge fight, lots of crying, lots of dramatic teenage angst. but it ultimately ends with charles shutting pierre out of his life. which is easier said than done when it's your best friend whose family is super close with yours. but it works because pierre is off racing around the world and charles has done all he can to never have to think about that stuff.
so charles goes to school, is doing uni somewhere in europe. studies something generic like business or maybe if i'm feeling suuuuper indulgent i will have him major in environmental studies like moi <3 pointedly does not come to monaco during grand prix weekend or the week before or the week after.
and then anthoine passes away too. (they're 20-21 now)
they see each other again at the funeral but don't talk, they meet up afterwards. pierre breaking down in charles' arms, clutching at his back, telling him he was right. pierre should've quit, he can't do this anymore either. they haven't said a word to each other in 7 years but charles still knows pierre, and knows that this isn't actually what pierre wants. or what he should do. (charles vaguely knows pierre's in f1 but doesn't know he's with redbull, doesn't know redbull's the top team etc)
"you can still do this, you will," charles tells him.
"not without you again."
so then comes the challenge of mending their relationship while still working through the shared trauma, and the Layers of past trauma. and also just the general awkwardness that comes with a friendship breakup/makeup situation you know! they can't just act like nothing happened but would it be easier that way?
they start texting first, then they play fifa or cod together. (sometimes pierre's british friend lewis joins too.)
slowly slowly slowly, they become friends again and then inseparable too. maybe even closer than they were before and charles only now realizes how much he missed pierre. while pierre still can't believe he has charles back now, it's as good as he let himself imagine.
the part i'm unsure about is if i would want pierre's career trajectory to be the same or not. because i think the demotion adds SUCH a painful but interesting aspect to his ~storyline. but ultimately i think maybe he just doesn't get the second seat immediately. spends more years with toro rosso/alpha tauri before getting "called up" (sorry i have no idea what the proper terminology is haha ignore the nba/nhl terms).
he invites charles to his first race in the red bull and charles says no. immediately. pierre's quiet on the other side of the phone, internally thinking he messed this up somehow. he thought things were going well and he takes this as charles doesn't want to see him. but he knows there's a lot more that's stopping charles and he also knows charles will definitely pull back if pierre asks about the other stuff. so he moves right along, asking charles about school, the weather, and tries not to let it show in his voice that he misses his best friend and needs him too.
"i'm going to try to watch," charles says, after pierre's yawned goodnight through the phone and is waiting for him to hang up. because you know pierre's not going to hang up first.
"what?"
"the race. i'm going to try. goodnight!" mentally charles slams the phone shut but really he just smashes at the red button before shoving it under his bed and looking at his hands trying to get answers for what he just did.
his only relief is that he didn't promise pierre he would watch, just that he would try. couldn't even choke out a, "good luck." (insert long paragraph about charles letting pierre down or thinking he has).
he only watches qualifying. pierre p3. already knows on saturday that there's no way he can watch the actual race.
but on sunday when he's supposed to be going over his notes for his climate change science & policy course (yes.... i did it...) he finds himself with his heart in his mouth refreshing formula1 dot com. watches the random names move up and down while keeping his eyes on 10 - gasly. (starts shaking for a second when he sees pierre's name drop until the IN PIT sign comes up across his name. fellas the thing about triggers is-- anyways.)
the scariest part is that by the time he's scrolled through all of red bull's socials to look at pictures of pierre on the podium (he finished p2 sorry i know this truly does not matter), he's forgotten about the race. the anxiety sits small in the back of his throat, his happiness for pierre is bright and loud in front of him. charles sends him a message, asking him to call whenever he can and adds a blue & red heart emoji which feels like a Big Step. but basically pierre calls and acts like nothing has happened since the last time they talked. mentions the breakfast he had in detail as if he didn’t get a podium in his first race with red bull. finally with a big team. but charles embarrassingly realizes that maybe his text didn't exactly imply in literally any way whatsoever that he knows the results of the race and was trying to congratulate pierre with this call. charles probably feels so embarrassed at this point but somehow still can't manage to say anything about the race until the next day maybe.
maybe texts pierre, good job. or, you were great. or something about him and not the race. or maybe reposts a picture from red bull but not one of pierre in his car, pointedly. only one of him on the podium. and pierre probably reposts it with the squid emoji and/or my favourite sentence in the world, merci petit calamaro.
charles cries when he reads it.
not to be lazy now but [insert 10k words of them building their friendship. meeting up in monaco with both of their families. meeting in milan or london or paris idk where pierre would live. but he flies charles out. not on a private jet because charles flat out refused lol. not because he's an environmentally conscious king he's just too, embarrassed? overwhelmed? by pierre doing Things Like That for him. even though he wants it lol. like when he graduates he's soooo annoyed that pierre couldn't come celebrate immediately because it was race week. but when he comes home his apartment is filled with flowers (roses, his favourite) and balloons and a giant teddy bear as tall as charles. and he DOES post 12 instagram stories to go with the other 30 from his other friends congratulating him. so yeah charles goes through a lot of personal growth and therapy. to the point where he's watching pierre race again, and waiting for him to invite him to a race again!!! do not even think about actual dates i'm fucking begging you but the one he goes to is monza :))))]
ultimately charles' path to understand/accepting/moving on from, his trauma, happens once he has pierre back in his life. it's also encouraged by pierre, but it's also not entirely because of him. not sure how to word that but yeah. these things are happening at the same time but charles still has to go through them by himself.
pierre takes him on romantic dates all around the world and charles doesn't realize that's what they are. fully in his bestie vibes only mood while pining for pierre in a way he doesn't even quite understand. almost a self deprecating, jeez whoever gets to date pierre is going to be so lucky :/
fanpage on ig: met pierre's alleged bf he's so pretty and sweet, i complimented his shoes and he was so nice. charles reading that: i didnt know he was dating someone :( why wouldn't he tell me :( well at least someone complimented my shoes today :(
pierre doesn't necessarily think they're dating, but he does know charles doesn't quite realize what they're doing so he's just waiting for him to come to terms with it.
not to give this au 10 different subplots but yeah that miscommunication plot becomes our prize for surviving through the first part of this.
but yeah at the last race of the year, that pierre wins because i said so? charles finds him before he goes on to the podium, kisses his helmet. says i love you, i'm so proud of you.
THEN, finally, charles does become pierre's wag. we made it kids. we did it joe.

6, 48, 50 and 57! ✨💜
hi katharina thank u for asking!! <3
6. why did u first start watching f1? watched along with my dad! ive always liked the cars go vroom even as a kid but when dts came out in like late 2018 i watched it with my dad as well and i was SO intrigued by charles mainly that i decided to actually watch the season lmao
48. favourite f2 overtake? my memory has abandoned me. for some reason theres only a few that have stuck with me?? literally nothing from last season lmao the only one that comes to mind is. hungary 2019 where anthoine went around the outside of ?? someone else, idk who, but it was a great one and f2 posted the video of it at the time. im literally digging so deep into my memory rn but im blank lmao
50. who will win f2 this year? realistically? there’s so many options and it’ll be even tighter than last year i have no idea. wishful thinking? marcus, with juri as vice champion <3
57. one of ur spicy f1 opinions? alex albon was given many more opportunities and shown much more patience than they ever did with pierre, he got the experienced engineer pierre asked for but never got, and they never publicly trashed him like they did with pierre (’we’re running out of spare parts’) or sent him into a room full of journalists after his demotion on THAT weekend in spa :) yes, red bull is a horrible environment for anyone not named verstappen, but albon got much more space and chances to work with and he still wasn’t able to capitalise on it and do well. they got rid of pierre after half a season, albon got a season and a half. i think the final nail in the coffin was ‘they race me so hard’. is this even spicy? i feel like it’s mainly just truth at this point. should they have promoted either of them that fast? no, absolutely not. pierre got lucky there was space for him to be demoted instead of being dropped from the sport entirely, because he only started thriving back with toro rosso. on this topic, i don’t think sky were bashing him either. they were (rightfully) concerned about his performance which was below par from what one would expect from a red bull driver. as they were with pierre. and pierre was treated so much worse by the media on top of it, i came into f1 early 2019 and everyone seemed to hate him?? it was weird
f1 asks!
