I like to think their one night stand decades ago is regarded by both of them as the worst decision of their lives.

But as I started to fill this out, I started wondering if perhaps they were childhood friends- or as much as AfO had any, anyway- and the sexual tension remained unresolved as they ended up on opposite sides. Then I realized I was thinking about it too much, and was afraid about ending up in the "(interested)" square instead of the "(horrified)" one so I stopped.

“The Rat King” This image suits Destro very well. I think so because of the original MLA emblem in the form of a rat on his shoulder. Who's the leader then, but the rat king? If you give ordinary people such an ominous name, they will immediately see him as an enemy.
