what's your favorite pokemon?

Ooh thank you for the question!

My favorite has been Bulbasaur since I was about four years old! Some of my other favorites are Swellow, Flygon, Empoleon, Glaceon, Latios, Mawile, and Mienshao (can you tell I was a Hoenn/Sinnoh kid? lol) My favorite Aevian form is prob Sigilyph (love the design, lore, and typing!)

I want to start drawing pokemon but I’m so intimidated—I’ve stuck to people for so long. But I really want to do at least Aevia with an Aevian Sigilyph (the colors!!!) so maybe perhaps expect something like that someday perchance!

So, after some like RP stuff, Rumi has decided to become a proper trainer (even if. Like being a trainer who might wanna do the gym challenge does not actually work out too well in Aevium due to plot reasons...) So I've been brainstorming a proper team for them!

So already, as of current RP stuff they already own a Luxio, Helioptile, and Tyrunt.

But overall what I'm thinking their team (or primary 6, just like my other ocs she'll have more then 6 total) will be is

-Luxray

-Heliolisk

-Tyrantrum

-Aevian Chandelure

-Lanturn

-and I'd like for Rumi to have an Iron Jugulus but... Well barring some like wormhole shenanigans the chances of Rumi getting a Paradox pokemon in Aevium is... Nonexistent.

Other options I've considered include Dracozolt, Potentially one of the Applin evolutions (uh, depending on if Rumi is gifted one at some point, they wouldn't seek it out themselves), and frankly any one of the normal versions of the mech pokemon (but in particular Rumi would like Aggron, Sigilyph, Claydol, or Magneton/Magnezone)

Also something I always find fun to think about, even if it never becomes canon to the OC, is thinking of a legendary that fits them. And I actually think Zekrom is a great fit for Rumi...

Got three OCs and all of them are a different type.

First is Akira whose specialized type is Bug types. Very much based on the Bug and Ghost challenge I got going on and despite me using more Ghost types in the run, I do like using Bug types a lot in the team. For the field I believe I would probably use Forest field with Rain set up at start. Team is specialized in Singles and would be Scolipede, Orbeetle, Vivillon, Leavanny, Escavalier, and Yanmega. Can’t really choose what Ace I want so it’s either Scolipede or Yanmega. Those two are very much my favorites and are the Speed Boost Siblings. As for character itself, Akira is someone who uses deadpan humor and makes dry jokes a lot. Generally helpful but sometimes he’s passive aggressive about it. So if he has to help the Rebornverse Protags, depending on how well they treat him he may go and poke fun at them. They probably are forced into the main character roster despite saying he doesn’t want to be involved.

Second is Oz who specializes in Ghost Types and uses the Haunted Field. He also specializes in Single Battles like the above. Team would be Decidueye, Mismagius, Spiritomb, Basculegion, Aevian Sigilyph, and Hisuian Typhlosion. Ace is Hisuian Typhlosion, very much like the little guy and I like giving everyone burn and status conditions with him. Oz himself is a friendly guy and does try to help everyone he can. Probably goes into the more shady parts of the city he’s in and hangs around with the people in them without disclosing his status as Gym Leader. If he ever does meet Rebornverse Protagonists he probably does stick by them for a while not telling them that they’re the Gym Leader and just helping them with their woes in the city until their Battle.

Last guy is Reynard and honestly this one is hard because they in themselves really do vibe with a lot of types. I think though their favorite and specialized type would be Grass Types. Field would be Flower Garden Field and they really do be using all the mechanics that field has. As for the team, the one I have in mind is Hisuian Lilligant, Cradily, Meowscarda, Serperior, Leavanny, and Ludicolo. Ace is Serperior because honestly it is a very cool Pokémon. They honestly do not care less about what is happening in the Rebornverse plot and simply just wants to hangout with their neat grass types. If the evil team comes up on their doorstep though they will blast them with their Serperior. Get Leaf Stormed idiot.
