Some RE8 Easter eggs found in RE7!

If anyone is interested in following AestheticGamer on Twitter (AKA DuskGolem), he has some really interesting takes on RE8 and a lot of theorists hang out on his page to discuss the trailer and draw theories but BE WARNED: AestheticGamer is a verified leaker/leaked info on RE8 and a lot of what he said has come true. He also has info on other games as well. If you want a spoiler free experience of RE8 or are concerned of other games being spoiled for you, I’d suggest following at your own risk. However, if you don’t mind potentially knowing the plot (especially if you’re scared about RE8 turning out to be like TLOU2) it’s a nifty account to keep up with.

(I should add that while AestheticGamer knows a LOT about RE8, he doesn’t know everything so the odds of the entire game being spoiled are slim. There are other spoilers out there that he has commented are not true, but he will not verify which ones as to keep the element of surprise to the game.)

Anyway, I thought I’d share as I haven’t replayed RE7 in forever so maybe bigger fans of that game might be able to find more Easter eggs hidden in it. :)

May is Mental Health awareness month, and I want you to know your feelings are valid! I’ve struggled with anxiety since I was a kid, and it comes in waves. I’ll be really good for awhile and without triggers I’ll have lasting anxiety for weeks. I’ve had some episodes lately where I feel anxious and can’t stay focused. What helps me is having a routine. The days I get up and make coffee, have breakfast, try not to look at my phone too much. Make a to do list for the day, are usually better days then not planning them out. When I sit down and continuously scroll social media or I want to read/write but instead I don’t get anything accomplished. It’s important to accept that things are hard sometimes. Reminder: You’re human, and you’re struggling, and thats okay. QOTD: Need a new spooky cute mousepad for spooky season? Back in 2020 when I was just starting to make stickers and pins I came up with this set of autumn themed designs, they were later turned into a couple of pin designs (pumpkin, skull, green cauldron, purple potion bottle, purple crystal, spellbook, the little witch, and the moon) but more recently I found myself wanting to upgrade my gaming setup, while also having something that would be cute for autumn…as a result this cute little pattern mouse mat came to life! It’s thin enough that I can throw it in my laptop carrying case when on the go but sturdy enough that it doesn’t slide around and my mouse has worked great with it- a lot better than on a plain wood desk!
