MC Being Call Back from the Void

If MC 'loses' the fight with Nifara in Book 3, she really messes them up (here). The full scene is here, but the person calling you back changes. Note that nothing else changes- it's always Tyril and Nia who verbally react to MC returning, there's always a long look with Midys.

considering the mc didn't know about aerin sketching a portrait of them until now, all i can imagine is that he would randomly stare at them for prolonged periods of time throughout the day before going home to continue it. he probably thought he was being subtle, too — in reality he was directly boring into their face to get all of the details.
